Was perfect for what we needed. The communication was excellent. Always wish it was a bit less expensive but it was Labor Day weekend so understandable. Was very competitive in the way it was priced. And was only a block from the beach! Thanks to the property owners, was perfect.

A nearly perfect location for beach going. It was clean and felt "fresh".The host was responsive and the communications cordial. The kitchen could use a larger pot, but remember to bring along condiments, spices and sugar.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of the unit. The location was ideal. We would have appreciated coat trees for hanging items and a choice of softer pillows and also a kitchen scissors because we cooked our meals and needed them to open packages. We would highly recommend this accomodation to other travelers.

This was a perfect location for my girls trip. One block from the beach, a hot tub was wonderful. A place was clean and well stocked. We had an issue initially with the plugs next to the bathroom sink, but it was remedied quickly. thank you for letting us enjoy your place.

C2C recovery

Stayed here with my friends and pit crew following the Coast 2 Coast cross-state gravel race. Crew was able to get in prior to my race conclusion and then was a great place to hang out post race. Decent stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and individual suites with bathrooms were perfect for crew families. Stayed 2 nights while enjoying city beach and local restaurants. Would stay there again.

Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Mitten Flats. The apartment was very basic, but pretty much had everything needed. The owner was very responsive. The location was excellent! Beach a block away and walking distance to downtown. Can’t beat that! The firepit area was great as well!

We were pleased with this property. It was clean and just like the photos. The only things we were wanting were a hair dryer and washer/dryer. We recommend this place!

Great location. Great get-away

You nust check out Mitten Flats if you're coming to Ludington! Location can't be beat, a couple of blocks from the beach and the downtown area. Newly updated rooms and the shared patio was so nice! Overheard another guest using the grill talking about how awesome it was. Great communication with Michael as well! Thank you!

Close to everything. Quiet at night even though on the Main Street. The only negative was that the floor needs a mopping. Vacuuming only goes so far. Kids feet were black. They are washable so no harm no foul.

Les points forts : Arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l’annonce
Overall, it was just disappointing. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The listing stated that there was room for 10. The kitchen supplies did not accommodate cooking or having a meal for 6 people let alone 10 ppl. The dresser drawers were falling apart and we couldnt use them. The handles on the kitchen cabinets fell off as soon as we touched them. We had to keep one of the cabinets open the entire time because it was very difficult to use the turntable in the cabinet so shutting it made us worry that we would break it. Toaster...broken. The shower was so backed up that the water did not drain and we had to stand in ankle deep water. My husband ended up using the plunger and he pulled up a huge clump of hair. It helped but didnt fix it completely. The windows were very difficult to open and close and they were sooo dirty it took everything in my power to not wash them myself. The floors were dirty and the bottoms of our feet were black. Not the property's problem but the traffic was soooooo loud! Not at all relaxing. And on top of the extremely high price for 5 nights (3,000 ) they sold wood for the fire pit that cost 15 per bundle! Outrageous! Overall, I would not stay here again. Big disappointment for the cost. Do yourselves a favor and keep looking for other options.

Great location, needs bathroom update

T he GOOD: Walking distance to Sterns Beach and downtown touristy shopping. Near State Park. Clean, decent matress/pillows. Host was prompt to answer questions. Wonderful little touristy town! Half an hour's drive to Silver Lake sand dunes/ATVs. Theis is an old property with cosmetic updates. The BAD: mini toilet with a loose seat, enough hot water for about 2 showers, shower head not work properly, window AC in each bedroom/ no AC in kitchen/ living room, wifi is not mitten flats/ is is mittens flats, strange coffee maker.
