It boasts 3 stylish bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms over roughly 2500 sq ft. Centrally located just a short walk (about 5 min) from either downtown or the beach, you'll have easy access to everything Ludington has to offer. Beautiful home. Everything was clean, updated and even toiletries in the 3 bathrooms. It was a nice suprise to find bikes in the garage along with air pumps! Nice location as we were able to ride our bike all over town. We will definitely be back!

Great Space!

Large house, 3 full bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms on main level hard to come by! Location close to downtown, beach and of course the state park not far. Host was responsive, we’ll definitely return!

The house is beautiful and well appointed. It was very clean and well supplied with towels and supplies, even keurig cups! There was plenty of room to be together or have alone time. It was an easy walk to town and if the weather had been warmer to the beach. Jason is very responsive to any questions. I would highly recommend staying at this VRBO.

Luxury in Ludington

Thank you for a wonderful stay at the Dune Cottage. The home is beautiful and the attention to detail for making the stay amazing for renters is notable throughout the house. I was working at the hospital for the weekend and the close proximity made for an easy commute. Will stay again if ever in Ludington.

One of the nicest VRBOs we have ever stayed at. Super clean and great communication with owner. Our only regret is that we only stayed one night there! We will definitely come back for a longer stay and enjoy the house and Ludington more!

Fantastic house and host.

One of the best spots we have ever rented. The house is perfect, the location is great and Jason was really easy to work with. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone looking for a hassle free and beautiful home! We will definitely be back next year.

The listing’s pictures were a bit blurry, but the place is absolutely beautiful inside and out! The cleanliness was also amazing. I was ultimately very impressed with this house and would definitely recommend!

Perfect property!

This house is incredible. It's close to the beach and downtown areas. The house has an open floor plan with a great kitchen, 3 amazing bathrooms and bedrooms. We came into town for my sister's funeral and it was really important to us to have a place where my family could come and go and be together throughout the weekend. The owner, Jason, was very responsive. Can't say enough great things about this property.

Loved it!

Beautiful property and great host! My only suggestion is no rod in the closet to hang clothes, easy fix. Would be wonderful to have some chairs on front deck. Overall wonderful home and would definitely stay there again!

THIS HOUSE IS BEAUTIFUL

Jason’s house was the perfect base to introduce out of town family to Lake Michigan and all the things upper MI has to offer. The home was extremely comfortable for 6 adults. Beds were comfortable and 3 full bathrooms were a huge bonus. The colors and finishes in the house are so beautiful. Enjoyed visiting in the Adirondack chairs on the porch. The beach and downtown Ludington are easy walking distance. Really appreciated the welcome basket of treats, upscale toiletry items, and information book on the counter. Really enjoyed Ludington Bay Brewing Company for dinner and Cafe 106 for a big breakfast. Hopped down the coast for a dune ride at Silver Lake Dunes- very fun. Great communication with the owner. We would love to come back.

Beautiful Relaxing Home Base

This rental home was above and beyond what we expected. Jason had a welcome sign with basket of snacks that made us feel very special. The home was immaculate and beautifully decorated in a blue dunes theme that made the atmosphere very relaxing and enjoyable. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. All furnishings were comfortable and upscale. It was a great location in a friendly neighborhood close to downtown, restaurants, wonderful local parks and a short drive to Ludington State Park and Buttersville Park both on Lake Michigan shores. It was also just a 20-25 minute drive to Manistee Lighthouse too. We hiked 4 trails, visited 3 lighthouses, walked along Lake Michgan beach and watched the sun set each night at Stearns Park or Buttersville Beach with our dog Lady. The local restaurants had great food and the local grocery stores had great selections including a brand of cream from a nearby farm that was so sweet and creamy with "As for God, His way is perfect" Psalm 18:30 on the bottle perfectly depicting the quality of the cream. It was truly a special week at a special home in a special city and we highly recommend this rental.

Love this house

Great house, perfect location, has everything you would need. Lots of cute touches and details. Love the binder with menus and what to do each month, very nice. The floors could use a good mop and the tubs and one toilet wasn’t very, but it was pretty good for the most part. Nothing that would prevent me from staying here again. Very nice host.
