Townhouse #2, known as the Aspen, is a well-maintained duplex offering privacy and charm. The main suite includes a flat-screen TV and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom features a small desk, ideal for those needing a workspace. The living room couch easily folds out into a full bed for extra guests.

Lovely Quiet Home

We came to Bend on a little family trip for mothers day, and this was the perfect spot for us.It is quiet and cozy and the neighborhood is really cute. Ultimately it was the perfect spot for us and our older parents.

Great place to use as a launching pad to Mt. Bachelor. The garage makes it easy to store your gear and the house was clean. Several Deer greeted us when we woke up with smiles as we loaded our gear into my truck. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay here and the convenient location to the Old Mill District and downtown Bend. It was very clean and the Aveda minis were a nice surprise. Seeing several deer right outside the door including a doe & her two fawns one morning was a highlight. I do have some suggestions for some things that would have made our stay even better. There were only a few hangers in the closets. I ended up purchasing plastic ones & leaving them for future guests. In the kitchen some serving utensils, serve ware, liquid measure cup (I purchased a plastic one & left it) and plastic drinkware would be great. Also a couple utensils for the grill would be helpful. The info book had instructions on using Roku for the TV, however, the TV in the living room is not Roku like the one in the master bedroom and needs instructions on how to best use it. All in all, we had a fantastic time in Bend.

The location is unbeatable—just a short stroll to the Old Mill District with all its shops, restaurants, and activities. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance.The home itself is beautifully furnished, with a cozy fireplace that made evenings so relaxing. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the dedicated desk space, which was perfect for catching up on work while still feeling like I was on vacation. The patio was a lovely spot to enjoy my morning coffee, and the private garage was a nice bonus for parking and storage during my stay.Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into making this rental feel welcoming. I can’t wait to book again for my next trip to Bend!

Good Enough

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was updated, clean and had all the comforts of home. Management company was very responsive and easy to work with. The only downside is the the location is a little odd. It's literally over a concrete wall from the Bend Parkway but given how busy that is, it's quiet inside. Not a place if you want to hang out outside.
