4th Street house

This charming house is well equipped with everything a guest could want. The kitchen had every pot, pan, dish and utensil one could think of. The washer and dryer was handy and the TV cable had a good selection of shows/movies to watch. An actual bed in the other bedroom would be more comfortable and leaving out the use of commercial air fresheners/sprays for those with chemical allergies would be most welcome. Thank you.

Great view great location

Visiting for a show and shopping, dining. Perfect little house for two a little cramped for four. Second bedroom more appropriate for a crib or office as it sits when you arrive. I was disappointed a second bed was not set up but it was remedied almost immediately when I notified them. Great service by the team

Lovely space

The listing was accurate and the home was lovely. Very clean and surprisingly large compared to the images. The only surprise was that it sleeps 4 but there was no additional bed/pullout bed. However, we did find air mattresses in the closet so it was all good. I may have read the listing wrong. Overall, a lovely space.

Very clean, has all you need

Very clean. Has everything you need. Communication to get in and out, as well as expectations was excellent. You can walk to downtown but not easily. I would recommend adding a couple luggage racks. Otherwise, met our needs well.

The house was perfectly comfortable, however, it's not really a two bedroom. The second bedroom is really small and a blowup bed is probably pretty tight. It's very close to the Juniper swim and rec facility but also near To a homeless hotel

Centrally located home in safe area. House was spotless and stocked pantry was a welcomed amenity. New appliances and comfortable bedroom too. Loved all the space and high ceilings.

Great Location

This home is located about 10 min from EVERYTHING we wanted to do in Bend, LOVED the location. Clean with an accommodating kitchen that worked well for cooking most nights. AC was nice to have, bring an air mattress for office to sleep more ppl. Only thing that could of made it better would be a better outdoor living space. Lawn is over grown and no sitting areas outside. Thanks so much! Will rent again as we are in town once a year.

We had a great weekend stay at this property. The check-in and check-out processes were flawless. The neighborhood was quit and it’s close to downtown. The home is super clean and the kitchen is well stocked. Perfect for a quick weekend getaway!

Perfect!

This home was perfect for our needs. My parents had treatment scheduled for a month at the local hospital and this house had all the necessities they needed to feel at home. Surrounded by all the stores and shopping, It was convenient. Communication with the management was excellent and efficient Would definitely stay again!

Nice little house

Nice little house. It met our needs very well. One room has a bed, the other a little desk, no bed. I brought my own mattress for the other guest so she would be comfortable. There are extra blankets and an air mattress we found in the closet. Would stay there again. Thank you!

The interior is very nice. The bbque grill worked well but the backyard was not a place we chose to be in. Overall, this house was great! A great location in a quiet neighborhood.

Just right!

This place is amazing!!! The locale is perfect for visiting old bend, old mill district, or simply hang out at the water. Quiet even with Les Schwab right across the street. We didn’t hear a thing!
