➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Just a heads up, the entryway closet is inaccessible to guests as it is the owner’s closet, but you will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home

➤ Two parking spot passes available. You can find extra parking at nearby stores. No commercial vehicles allowed – violators might get towed.

➤ For those arriving early or departing late, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a bag drop-off service. However, you can use the Radical Storage site (https://radicalstorage.com) to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
Please take a moment to review our booking policies and confirm your understanding. Be sure to send a message indicating you have read and agree to these guidelines.

1. Please contact us via AirBnB messenger with any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind, including vaping, is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony and outdoor spaces. ($400 fine will be assessed for smoke odor removal)

3. Please be courteous to our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10 pm. Noise complaints will not be tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. Additionally, you may be asked to leave the premises with no refund offered.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and to be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply, if necessary, so we can effectively prepare for our next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last-minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob will result in a $300 fee.
