Ground Floor:
-A Queen Suite (with Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and Ensuite facilities including a Large Shower with an access door to the Pool Area).
- A Queen Bedroom(with Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and a family Bathroom with shower that is located next door).

Upstairs there are 4 Bedrooms including -
- A King Suite with King Bed, Flat Screen TV, Ensuite Facilities consisting of a Bath with separate Shower and a Double Sink Unit.
-A Queen Suite with Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV and further Ensuite Facilities.
-A Twin Bedroom with Flat Screen TV and a Jack and Jill Bathroom.
-A Bunk Bedroom with another Flat Screen Television and a large bed on the lower level that could accommodate two if necessary which also has access to the Jack and Jill Bathroom.

Pool Information: -
Pool Size is approx.L: 25' 7" W:13'. Home has a pool alarm
Pool heater is Electric appox $45 a day – min 4 days are required. (The pool would be heated for approx. 12 hours per day, normally 8am-8pm).
Pool is cleaned and checked every Tue.

For the BBQ grill, We have a brilliant rental partner who can deliver a serviced and clean grill to you. There are 2 options:
*2-Burner BBQ Grill: $75 + tax
*5-Burner BBQ Grill: $110 + tax
This includes a full propane tank

Game Room:
We have a game room at garage with pool table and football table. No AC or heater at that room though.

LAUNDRY
There is a full size washer and dryer (2 dryer balls), iron and ironing board, and pool towels.

Upon arrival, you will find an initial start up of supplies for your use. Supplies provided are:
* 1 x roll of paper towels
* 1 x dish sponge
* 2 x dishwasher tablets
* 1 x small dish soap
* 1 x trash bag per bin
* 1 x toilet roll in each bathroom
* 2 x sachets of laundry soap
* Small hand soaps in each bathroom
* For all of your other needs, there are grocery stores within 3 miles (Publix, Aldi)
* In addition to your groceries, we highly recommend purchasing additional items to the startup list above - especially extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.
