ChampionsGate Resort est d'env. 10 miles du parc Disney le plus proche et environ 15-20 minutes de tous les autres parcs, y compris les attractions, restaurants, boutiques et centres commerciaux dans la région d'Orlando. Il est à distance de marche du fabuleux clubhouse Oasis avec un parc aquatique. Idéalement fermer pour vous les amateurs de golf. Cette maison de 6 chambres et 2 étages pouvant accueillir confortablement 12 personnes avec salle de bains privative. Il a également une piscine privée. Chauffage disponible.

Poor house had musty smell when we entered. Dusty, rugs very worn and stained throughout the house. Towels was stained in most bathrooms. Rails falling off to upstairs and shower in downstairs bedroom broken would not open,fire alarms not working. Had to have maintenance come the next day. He fixed the rails and left us batteries to put in them and also he did fix the drains for the other showers and some of the sinks that did not drain. Pizza was left in the oven so never cleaned. Cleaning company never came. Pool table all the pockets falling off and the pool sticks are unusual no tips on them and missing cue ball as well as other balls. Beds old in kids room. Go outside by pool and lots of grass growing between the patio breaks. Hot tub corner falling in. The screens are so ridiculous riped bugs come in at night. For what we paid not worth it. Did ask for another place but never got a response just sent maintenance. This is no reflection on Champions Gate because we have stayed 3 other times at this resort and love the lazy river and club house. This is a house that needs lots of updates.

Great location, so close to shops, restaurants and a pharmacy if required. Check in at security upon arrival was very easy and only took a few minutes, daily entry after this was a breeze. The house was very spacious and comfortable but is showing signs of its age/popularity. Carpet on stairs was quite worn and tatty looking. The pool area could do with some attention. There are a lot of weeds growing around the edges and the mesh cover needs some repair work as there is some damaged sections and one complete section missing. Because of this we had some uninvited guests during our stay, from small lizards and damselflys to a snake we had to fish out and a mole that drowned in the pool. The pool table is in poor condition and the cues are tipless so a game is really not possible.The house can cater for upwards of a dozen people but there are only 2 sun loungers and 2 undamaged seats. We had earings that were left on the bottom of the pool from previous visitors. Trash collection is every morning which was brilliant. With all that said i would give this house a solid 7 out of 10. The other 3 are not too far away just a little attention needed to get them. We all had a wonderful time here dispite the few issues previously mentioned.

I was very disappointed by the property. The furniture in the listing photos were very clean and nice, but when we got there, a lot of of the furniture was ripped or not the same furniture in the pictures. The amenities like the pool table were broken and the hot tub didn’t even work.

The house matched the pictures for the most part. There were some repairs and updating that should be done but overall it was a great deal for what I paid and what I wanted and more.

Poor host service and could not talk to anyone on the phone.

First of all, it was me and my family and my two toddlers we got to the front gate with the guard and they were saying we did not have a reservation in the system as we received a confirmation email with directions how to enter the home when we got there.We waited there for 2 1/2 hours and host never called back or text us. The traffic to get in and out of this property was very ridiculous. If you had a visitor that was not on the list of people that were staying there they had to park almost a half a mile away at the Publix parking lot and you had to pick them up in order for them to come through the gate (This is if you have family or friends in Orlando area). This was a nice home but the carpet was very worn out and really needs to be replaced. The carpet will not be able to be stretched as this carpet will rip that is how worn it is and upstairs carpet is a trip hazard. I reserved by paying $220 for four days for the pool to be heated and the heater to be turned on in the pool , and they came back a day later after I started complaining about the pool being cold and they said that the heater was broken and the part will not be available until after our stay. If I did not complain. I would’ve been out of $220 and a cold pool and they would’ve never said anything about the heater not working and I would’ve been out of $220

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I arrived on Friday, June 22nd and departed on Friday, June 28th, 2024. Upon arrival, the neighborhood and the appearance of the home was great. Inside the house there was a slight musky smell as if no one had been there for a while. There were small issues, such as a crack in the tile in the downstairs bathroom, the shower door was broken(maintenance came on Tuesday to repair the door in a short period of time) and the carpet in all the bedrooms had seen better days. We are a take your shoes off in the home family, but others are obviously not and the carpet shows the wear and tear. The entire place could use some updating. The pots and pans looks as if many people have used them and they are quite damaged. The showers could use some bars to hold in too, especially the downstairs master. It is extremely slippery and an older person could get seriously injured. The blinds in the windows look worn and have seen better days. The overall quality is not up to the standards of the neighborhood appearance. The website says it’s minutes away from Disney, but it took 40 minutes to get to any of the parks. We would definitely stay in that development again, but not that particular home.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived at our rental unit, the door code did not work. Our call to the weekend supervisor was answered promptly and we were given a new code to get in. The door code was changed another four times during our stay. We've never had that happen before and are unsure of the reason for it. It continued to be an inconvenience as each time that we were locked out, we had to turn our phone on, at an added expense as we do not have an American phone plan. We paid for pool heat not knowing that our pool had a leak and they were not filling it. We learned that from the pool maintenance crew. You really couldn't swim in the pool because the water level was so low. The house was good but showed signs of wear and tear. The beds were comfortable. We would recommend that rentals do not have carpet as it does not hold up to a lot of foot traffic. The kitchen was very nice. The dishwasher ran but did not clean dishes. We reported this to be fixed after our departure. This was one of the cleanest rentals that we have had in our many years of renting.

Not the worst/ could have been better

Giselle is great to work with! However, there was trash in the rooms, peeling paint, a child had written coco in several locations in the home. There is no cell coverage in the home nor was there internet or tv. There were roaches as well as some kind of flying ant looking bug throughout the home. AHVR sent someone out Monday, but responded within 24 hours of the issues. Giselle reset the internet and it worked after that
the tv never worked. Pay for the pool even in September.

This property was extremely dirty. Nothing like the pictures shown. We had to wait an hour after check in time because the cleaners were still there. It looked like they did nothing. Crumbs all over the carpet. Syrup on the stools. Dishes were still dirty in the cabinets. I don’t think any of the bedding was even washed. We found old pizza crusts in the couch cushions, Dirty socks under the bed. A dirty bra in another couch. The refrigerator leaked water all over the floor. The pool was unswimmable. Algae and grime all over. Not to mention the trash all over the patio. The property managers were not helpful at all. They had someone come out to fix the pool heater a few days after we arrived(we paid for a full week of heated pool) but no one cleaned it. I cannot stress enough to stay away from this Vrbo. Very dissatisfied.

The house was not what we expected

The property had not enough towels and the fridge was not working well, the fridge was full of water around it. Someone arrived to the house to fix it but the water still coming out. We had older adults in the house and it was pretty dangerous for them to fall down because of the water. Also, the mattresses in all bedrooms were very uncomfortable. We haven’t stayed somewhere with such uncomfortable beds. Overall my family and I were really disappointment with the house.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was nice. It was not very clean the bathroom in the bedroom off of the kitchen wasn't clean. The bedding on the bed in the upstairs master had a huge stain. Floors were dirty. Most all of the TVs did not work, I tried to reach out to someone and the phone just rang and eventually hung up, very hard to get a hold of anyone at the management company. I feel like this home needs a little TLC fresh paint and carpet would go a long way also new mattresses and more linens would be helpful. I would not recommend this property only because of the uncleanness and lack of response with the management company.

Best stay!

We stayed for a little over a week. The house was clean, in good repair mostly ( a closet door off track, and a wiggly handle). I would recommend this place and the management team. The team is helpful, kind, patient
. Never a bad experience! They rock!!!

Issues from the start

As we attempted to Check into the property at 4:37 P.M on July 13th we were unable to gain access so I called and the guy gave us a new code we tried that one and were yet again unable to gain access, called him back he said he’ll send someone out but didn’t know when he would arrive we sat for about an hr he came and said he had to come back because the door was dead. Let us in manually but stated how if we didn’t want to be locked out again someone would have to be in the house at all times which ruined our plans for the 1st night. Then the pool hadn’t been cleaned in i don’t even know how long as there were plastic cups, hair ties, bugs leaves and mold in the pool so I put in a maintenance request and called about our pool they said someone would be out the next day to clean the pool and yet they never arrived until the 17th (4th day being in the property) then the ice machine was not functioning properly as we had to go buy our own ice and the freezer wasn't working properly and all of our food was melted and or thawed out (we shopped for an entire weeks worth of food for a family of 16) No hot water in a few of the showers. Our wifi & Cable didn’t work until the evening of our 2nd day being there. No tissue except in one bathroom, The sheets in 2 of the rooms stunk like urine and had bright yellow stains on them. As many times as I had reached out to management Via Phone, voicemails, & emails & I have yet to hear anything back from anyone and my check out date was the 20th. I feel as if the hospitality, communication & accommodations were all horrible. The Neighborhood was Nice and close to everything.

Relaxing Vacation Stay

Enjoyed our stay! Nice and quiet community. My only complaint was acessing the entrance to the house. The instructions on how to open the door needs more detail. You actually need to twist the knob just below the key code (after hearing the noise and the green light indicator), then press the door handle to open. Other than the door, it's a decent home away from home stay!

Awesome property

This house had plenty of room for everyone. The kids loved the pool. The house was clean a nicely furnished. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
