This property is run down, everything looked falling apart and their were crockroches moving around in the walls and on the kithen counter and cabinets. The beds were all stained and nothing looked like the listing. This property is a health hazard. I attempted multiple times to contact the host and he or she never responded. I contact Vbro for assistance and I'm still waiting on a full refund since we were not going to stay in a property of that kind. Have to look in the middle of the night for another property after traveling for 16 hours. Having children, it was extremefy disgusting seeing the crockroches moving all over the place and dead ones on the floor just left there. You can tell this property has not been cleaned for a very long time. The ceiling fans were full of dust and the rooms as well, extremely disgusting and the place itself smell like mildew. I will gladly share some of the picture I capture for reference. Be very carefull with this host.

Girls/Cousins trip 2025 was great!! The home was beautiful and spacious and accommodated all 6 of us. The pool and patio area was really nice. There were a few hiccups but they were taken care of pretty quickly. We would definitely stay again!!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The 6 bedrooms was as advertised. The homes in this area are very close to one another but well maintained. The Mr Coffee machine was broken. We were able to purchase one at Publix. Many choices for restaurants and grocery stores in the area. We were put off by the chained up gas grill, very limited supply of essentials, soap, toilet paper...

Cold Pool

House was great! Basic supplies such as trash bags and toilet paper , paper towel were lacking for 9 people for a week stay. I chose this house because of the hot tub which wasn't a hot tub and an inground pool which I requested heat and then told that is not a possiblility. The water was freezing . Our family loves to swim and was very disappointed that we didn't get to use the pool daily as we planned. The house and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms were great. Loved the code to enter the home and the daily pick up of trash. House was clean with lots of space.

DON'T BE FOOLED! AVOID THIS PROPERTY!

I never write reviews but after my experience renting this property and my awful experience, I feel like I have no choice. I stayed at this property with my husband and 4 small children and had the worst experience I have ever had. Upon looking at other reviews I spoke with the property management company and was told that I should ignore all of the bad reviews because improvements had been made. DO NOT BE FOOLED like I was. Nothing was improved. The communication with the property management company was horrible. They never call you back. They are not available on weekends, and they have the worst customer service of any company I have EVER delt with. The house is extremely dirty, holes in the walls all over the place, the carpet is disgusting, the refrigerator was literally missing large pieces, the cupboards are falling apart. I have rented MANY other homes in champions gate, and this is god awful. Just do yourself a favor and RENT ANOTHER HOME.

Don't Book!! Cancel if you did!!!

"Our recent stay at this Orlando house was a letdown. It's not about being picky, but this place was just plain dirty – my wife even spotted a cockroach in the kitchen, and I discovered a dead one in the upstairs cupboard, adding to the unpleasant experience. The mattresses and pillows were lousy, giving me neck pain. Sofas were beat up, fixtures were falling apart everywhere. Dad got stuck in a bedroom with a busted door. Upstairs shower was a joke, just dribbles of water. Patio door latch was wonky, and pool heating we asked for is still a no-show after two days. We sent photos of the problems to the management company, and their response was a joke – they just said they 'took note of it' and did absolutely nothing! To top it off, we called again about the pool heating, and turns out they can't fix it because it keeps 'tripping out.' They meant to ring us but didn't. They claim there's nothing they can do about it. Seriously, save yourself the trouble and find a better place to stay."

Thanksgiving 2023 at Champions Gate

I booked this property six day and from the beginning nothing but problems. I was in contact with someone from the company and she was helpful but limited to what she could do in other word she was the MESSENGER. The property was filthy not clean at all, the linen was dirty and we had to go out and purchase new linen as well as towels which looked like someone used them to work on a car. The pool did not work properly, it was leaking water and not allowing anyone to use. Just so happen the pool guy showed up three days later and stated that he has to fill this pool up every time the house is rented so means that management knows their is an issue but continue to rent. The carpet is soiled and stained, that we had to go out and purchase cleaning material to attempt to remove some of the stains. I have a laundry list of other issues that need to be addressed. I have been renting homes for the last 15years and I have to say that this is the worst house me and my family has ever stayed in. I would not renting this home at all or rent from the company called At Home Vacation Rentals due the condition of this house. I am going to request a full refund.

Nice home but needs some TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival it was great communication until I asked her about the washcloth! There was absolutely no wash cloths in the entire house! The Wi-Fi code was incorrect info and she responded to that very promptly but anything after that no response! The house is infested with ants! The master bathroom downstairs sink stopped up! I needed to add my other guests the next day of arrival and they didn’t add them nor did they respond to my texts! So if you rent this home make sure you add everyone even if you’re not certain if they are coming! This is a nice home but need some TLC and how can you rent a home like this and not have at least enough towel sets for the guests it will accommodate! The master sheets are very cheap! Maybe 200 thread count and you all know what that means the fabric has beaded up and it feels like something is crawling on you! The mattress is a horrible mess it needs a mattress the springs and the mattress is wore out badly! A bad night sleep! I’ve rented many AirBNB this has been the worse! If they fix these hiccups the house would get better reviews! I’m very disappointed!

Poorly kept

There’s certainly lots of potential here. Sadly the house has not been kept up with. It was very dirty when we arrived, food and other items on the floor. Back sliding door lock didn’t not latch properly. There was hair all over the shower in upstairs master. We had to wash sheets in 2 of the bedrooms before we could sleep the first night. Furniture is all torn up. Property managers not very helpful. Also for some reason this property is on a no access list for Oasis club.

Not very luxurious and badly needs updating

Reviewer Comments: It wasn't a great start when we arrived the code given would not work,after contacting Gisele we were given several different codes before we got 1 that worked. When inside we were very disappointed, the villa needs completely refurbishing, paintwork is dirty mattresses are old and very uncomfortable,seats in living area are peeling and torn to be honest I washed the bedding as it didn't seem clean some of the curtains have staines on them and so do some of the mattresses.the pool wasn't clean when we arrived neither was the area around the pool, had to clean the plasters and hairbands away and then 5 days before we left the pool and spa pump/filtration packed up,and wasn't fixed before we left,overall this could be a nice villa but needs lots of work done on it.we won't be using this company again very dissapointed

Friends vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great vacation. The ac downstairs would not go below 76 so during cooking and hanging out it would get hot. House could use so updating. Limited to towels so bring your own. Pool was nice. Check in and out was very easy. We went to the clubhouse to use the pool area and my sons water bottle was taken and there was only one bar tender on who handled drinks and food order.

Filthy house

The house is filthy, needs deep cleaning, AC is not working properly on the first floor mostly stays at 79 degrees, all the bedsheets was with stains,visibly used and Not washed, on the first floor 2 TVs and both not working, we stayed for 2 weeks and only thing was fixed is outside pool light. Whoever be staying in this house just get ready to see alot of dirty surprises.
