Cette belle villa moderne de 7 chambres (dont un appartement attenant de 3 chambres) dans ce quartier exclusif de Javea, et à seulement 5 minutes du front de mer, est parfaite pour une grande famille ou avec 2, 3, 4 ou même 5 familles - avec beaucoup d'espace personnel pour tous. Beaucoup de nos réservations proviennent de différentes générations de la même famille. Avec climatisation dans toutes les chambres et espaces de vie, WiFi rapide partout (500mb), HD TV dans les 4 chambres principales et les deux salons (avec films complets, sports, chaînes pour enfants), Netflix, Amazon Video, Disney+ et les dernières unités Amazon Echo pour vous aider dans votre séjour ou jouer à notre listes de lecture de musique uniques - Villa Lucero a tout le luxe de votre maison, et plus encore. La terrasse est orientée plein sud et comprend 10 transats et une très grande piscine (qui peut être chauffée). Pour vos enfants, il y a une salle de jeux, 2 x consoles Xbox One (avec 2 contrôleurs pour chacune) et un trampoline Jump King de 14 pieds dans le jardin.

Vous adorerez la «cuisine d'été» extérieure et le bar pour recevoir (avec grand barbecue à 5 brûleurs, réfrigérateur / congélateur, évier, etc.). Le bar dispose uniquement d'une pompe à bière - vous pouvez donc vous servir de la bière espagnole bien fraîche. Il y a tout l'équipement prêt pour vous - de la création de cocktails à la cuisson du poulet. Un toit crée de l'ombre pour la journée - et le bel éclairage LED constitue le cadre idéal pour que vous puissiez tous profiter des boissons du soir et de la nourriture en plein air, avec un Amazon Echo extérieur jouant l'une de nos listes de lecture thématiques, ou la musique de votre choix.

Une autre caractéristique exclusive est un four à pizza à bois et un grand brûleur à paella. Cela fait partie de la zone de divertissement extérieure étendue - rendant la maison encore plus parfaite pour les grands groupes. Il est probable que toute votre cuisine aura lieu à l'extérieur - que ce soit sur le grand barbecue à gaz, les pizzas, les rôtis ou le tandoori dans le four à bois - ou de fabuleuses paellas utilisant le grand anneau / casseroles à gaz de la paella. Votre propre restaurant 5 étoiles, bar et cuisine d'été. Il y a même un deuxième lave-vaisselle à l'extérieur.

La piscine est orientée au sud et bénéficie donc du soleil toute la journée - mais avec de nombreux sièges et des zones ombragées pour que vous puissiez vous rafraîchir et vous asseoir ou manger ensemble - ou avoir votre propre «temps pour moi» loin du groupe. Il y a des tuiles antidérapantes autour de la terrasse de la piscine. La piscine elle-même dispose d'un système de chauffage ultramoderne qui vous permet de nager toute l'année dans une eau chaude et agréable.

Nouveau pour 2020 - une table de billard extérieure professionnelle.

À l'intérieur, la grande cuisine de la villa, avec de beaux plans de travail en granit noir, a tout ce dont vous auriez besoin en vacances, et plus encore. Sur Amazon Echo, vous pouvez écouter Radio 2 ou 4 pendant le petit-déjeuner, juste après avoir préparé votre café préféré avec la machine à café Dolce-Gusto.

À moins de 10 minutes à pied, il y a 4 excellents restaurants, un club de tennis / bar (qui sert une délicieuse cuisine de tapas), un salon de beauté, un café et un bar RoadHouse. Un petit magasin / boulangerie se trouve à quelques pas, ainsi que quelques autres restaurants. De nombreux autres restaurants sont à seulement 5 minutes en voiture sur le front de mer de l'Arenal. Pendant les principaux mois d'été, une navette gratuite circule toute la journée vers et depuis la plage de Granadella (élue meilleure plage d'Espagne à plusieurs reprises et utilisée comme lieu de cinéma pour de nombreux blockbusters). Cet arrêt de bus est à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la villa.

Remarque: la Villa Lucero utilise un nouveau système de nettoyage de l'eau de piscine naturelle. Vous ne pouvez ni sentir ni goûter le sel, et il est beaucoup plus doux pour la peau et les cheveux.

Perfect holiday villa

Everything written about this villa is true, our family of 11 had a fabulous time. Any problem we had was sorted straight away by Debi, I would recommend this villa one of the best we have ever stayed, no I would say the best we have ever stayed in.

superb unbeatable villa in Javea

Just to say that the villa was exceptional, literally everything you want for the perfect holiday is there, from heated pool to pizza oven, from underfloor heating to air condition, from outdoor kitchen to Amazon echo's all over to listen to your fav tunes Trust me this is the perfect villa for any family vacation, really well located a smattering of local restaurants, and just a couple of minutes from the town and beach book it before somebody else does....Like us!

Great family holiday had by all

I don't usually leave reviews, but after having researched a lot of villas all over Europe we finally settled on villa lucero and this short review might help others make up their minds. We had a fantastic family holiday and the best times were had in the villa. Clean, spacious, well equipped, large private heated pool and perfect for friends and/or family sharing. Only wished we stayed longer. Only 8 mins drive to a big sandy beach, and 5 mins to a pebbled beach perfect for snorkelling. A couple of excellent restaurants within walking distance and the port and old town of Javea nearby. I hope others enjoy their stay at villa lucero as much as we did. Also worth mentioning that the owners are always on hand to help via text or email. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful villa in peaceful setting but near Javea

We thought Villa Lucero was extremely comfortable and beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly want (and more). We especially appreciated the outdoor shaded seating and dining areas, as well as the shade provided by the trees and shrubs in the garden. The colourful shrubs and the night lights in the trees added to the attractiveness of the villa setting, and we all very much enjoyed being able to live outside for so much of our time on holiday; the outdoor kitchen area with barbeque grill made cooking pleasurable in the Spanish heat and sociable too with the bar area with bar stools. Brett is extremely friendly, helpful and very keen that everything should be properly in place for your stay and any questions/difficulties are answered and dealt with very promptly. As an indication of Brett's commitment to ensure that everything in the villa and grounds is maintained to the highest standard, during our stay the trampoline's bouncing mat was completely replaced because one of the springs had come loose from its hook. We were very grateful for the meeting and handing over of keys arrangement. We would like to send special thanks to Brett and Debi for arranging for Debi’s being at the villa to greet us when we arrived at an ungodly hour after our flight had been delayed. It was really appreciated, especially by our sleeping baby! In all, we were quite delighted with our choice of this villa. Irene

Best holiday rental property ever stayed in!

We stayed at this wonderful villa for a week from 29th June 2013. We were a large, family party of 11 people ranging from age 2 - 65, looking to celebrate a special family birthday together. We decided to book Villa Lucero as it looked to suit our party ideally in terms of number of bedrooms, facilities, location etc. after hours of painstakingly trawling the internet for a suitable property and we certainly made the right decision in choosing this lovely villa. The booking process and assistance prior to and during the holiday was absolutely first rate by the owner, Brett. He was incredibly helpful in our pre and post booking questions and providing information about the area and directions to the villa from the airport. I can honestly say in many years of renting holiday properties that Brett has been the most helpful, prompt and informative of all the property owners I've ever dealt with. The photographs of the property sincerely do not do it justice. It is beautifully presented with everything you should require for your stay. We particularly found the facilities for our 2 year old boy outstanding. There were not one but 2 travel cots, a highchair, blankets, toys, books and a huge selection of DVDs. The swimming pool area and gardens are beautifully maintained and the area in which the property is situated is peaceful yet only a short distance from several supermarkets and restaurants along with the gorgeous Arenal beach in Javea itself. The property has air conditioning, the full Sky television package (including Sky+) and a fantastic, outside entertainment area including a large BBQ and outdoor kitchen area, plenty of outside seating and dining space under the covered terrace and music system which can be piped inside and outside! All of which added to our enjoyment of our stay and that doesn't even cover the huge trampoline (with safety net) in the rear gardens of the house! The pool area has plenty of sunbeds, an outside shower and is extremely well-kept. The main kitchen is very well-equipped and we found the fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser invaluable. It seems great thought has been put into the equipment / facilities in this villa to give any renter the best possible holiday. I cannot recommend this property and owners enough for anyone considering renting a villa in this area. Thank you, Brett, for a wonderful stay and a truly memorable family holiday.

Villa Lucero July 2020

We have just returned from our holiday at Villa Lucero and we were very sad to leave. We felt so lucky to get there at all after many weeks of isolation due to COVID-19. We couldn’t have chosen anywhere better to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was such a relaxing place to be, everything you could wish for to keep all ages happy. There are some lovely restaurants just a short walk away which we did enjoy but we were happy to spend most of our time round the pool and the lovely outdoor kitchen and bar area as well as making good use of the outdoor snooker table for a family tournament - obviously we let my husband win. ;)

Beautiful villa in a beautiful town

We loved our stay at Villa Lucero. Everything about it was what we were looking for. The place was spotlessly clean on arrival (a big thing in the summer of 2020, for obvious reasons!), and the tablet with all the info on meant we could find out about the area from the word go. Fantastic outside area as others have said in reviews, but also the inside is very nicely finished. We were all a bit apprehensive about our holiday (after the virus), but we should not have been - Brett helped every step of the way and could not have been more helpful. All the family agreed this is the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in, and Javea is such a beautiful town. We look forward to re-booking.

Terrific villa in a beautiful costal town

Our extended family booked Villa Lucero for a big birthday celebration (the BIG 50!). We did this months ago, having being advised how difficult it was to get a large quality villa when leaving it last minute. So after 12 plus months of waiting I can confirm that this villa did not disappoint. The pool and bar/outside kitchen area is super, we hardly left the house during our stay. The property has everything you could hope for in terms of facilities - every bit of detail has been thought of by the owners. The "concierge tablet" was a new touch I've never seen before - all the info about the villa and surrounding areas on a tablet for you to use (video instructions even). The kids loved the Alexas and the music by the pool was lovely. Too many words to express how happy we were with our booking. Stayed in lots of villas and apartments over the years - and this is streets ahead. The town, Javea, is charming. Lots of restaurants and beautiful. There's about 5 stunning beaches in the town - all about 5 minutes drive away. Thank you Brett for all your help. We will be back (I might have to make an excuse for the 'BIG 61'!!!!).

Perfect holiday villa for my mums surprise 6oth

The villa was perfect for our stay, 11 of us (8 adults and 3 kids). Had really nice personal touches and loads of stuff to keep the kids entertained. Check in process was really easy, everything was very clean and a couple of things in the fridge to start you off. Would definitely recommend this villa, felt very much at home and each room was as good as the next. Really nice areas to sit and catered for all. Information prior to arriving was great! The local area was really nice, really nice beaches that weren’t over commercialised and had a very Spanish feel. Nice places to eat and also bbq and dining area outside was good for when you wanted a night in. The tablet had all the information you could want about the local area and the villa.

Lifetime Memories

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Lucero. Everything about this place has been thought of carefully. The wardrobes are all full of lovely wooden hangers for your clothes, the Alexa speakers around the villa, the Sky TV, the pizza oven, the BBQ area, the pool, gardens etc etc. We loved hanging out near the pool and did not venture too far during our stay. Everything is there for you! However on a couple of nights we walked the short distance to local restaurants. Novas is very good - and well priced. They also have live music in the bar area behind some nights and we loved the quiz night too. The villa was beautifully clean on arrival and the communication with Brett was fantastic - he was always there to lend a hand with anything. Lifetime memories made here and we cannot wait to return one day!

Stunning villa

What a beautiful villa its in a lovely location and just a 10 minute drive from the beach. The villa itself is perfect for large family to enjoy a week away in the sun- it has all you need. Brett did everything to insure our stay ran smoothly. Thanks again would definitely recommend.

Lovely holiday in the winter sun

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the winter sunshine at this villa. The pool heating was a big bonus, and without it impossible to swim in the winter season. Javea itself is a great place for all ages - and unlike many places doesn't 'close down' after summer. We ate at some super restaurants, but especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen area at the villa itself. Fantastic fun making our own pizzas in the pizza oven. Lovely bedrooms and comfy beds, with lots of facilities to keep everyone occupied and happy. Will definitely recommend this villa to others and return as soon as practical!

Excellent Villa for a Family Holiday

We booked this Villa in order to take away all our grown up Children and Grand Children for my partners 50th Birthday celebrations. The description of the Villa and its setting did not disappoint. There is plenty of room for everyone, the pool is excellent and the outdoor entertainment area is fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend the beer tap (great fun) and bbq and pizza oven pack which are just so good to feed everyone. we also employed Phillip (one of the chef's recommended) to cook for all of us on the special day and he did not disappoint. Brett the owner, could not be more helpful before the holiday but also while we were there. If something is wrong he is straight onto it. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa and the Javea, it will not disappoint and I know we will be back again...........perhaps for my special birthday

The accommodation and facilities are excellent and the internet photos are an accurate depiction.

Truthfully,to date, I have not done a review of this kind before and I have been renting villas for over twenty years. I am writing this one about Villa Lucero because it is the best villa I have rented in that time. The villa and facilities are excellent and I was pleased that the internet photos were accurate and the villa lived up to expectations. The pool is great and a very good size.The villa itself is immaculate and very comfortable. We paid for a beer barrel which I would highly recommend and is a great feature. The outside dining area is lovely and again is exactly as seen on the webpage. We were a large party and the villa has two dishwashers which was really useful. The location is very good in the sense that it is in a quiet area but Javea is only a few minutes by car and there are a couple of restaurants within walking distance. We had great meals at Everest Spice which is nearby and La Tagliatella on the Arenal beach which is beautiful. In terms of organising the holiday Brett is very helpful and replies quickly to queries and questions. The drive from Alicante airport to the villa is a doddle. All in all, the villa is great, the location is very good and we had a fantastic holiday.

Excellent familyhouse

Villa Lucero had everything we expected, and more! We had a family reunion week, 9 adults and 4 kids, and we ha an amazing time! The villa is spacious for lots of people, and has a very inviting garden, around the pool. The gardenkitchen with beertap and pizzaowen, and all additional equipment necessary to cook whatever you can imagine, was very much apreciated! We love to cook, barbeque and make dinner on an experimental basis, which the kitchen really invited us to do! The kids almost never got up from the pool! The fouryearold started with floatingrings, and ended up diving and swimming, over and under water, after one week (gave me some worries). Enough sunbeds for everyone, and a lovely relaxing sofa where we spent the evenings (and nights)! Another positive experice was the beds - surprizingly good! We would love to comeback sometime! Just returned from a wonderful week celebrating my 60th with family at this terrific villa. 15 of us in total could not have been better everything was there in abundance facilities superb great outsde area and pool . Fantastic Week in this Superb Luxury Villa

Our party of ten (5 couples) have just returned from a wonderful week in the February sunshine made extra special by the quality of Villa Lucero. The owners Brett and & Carolyn should be congratulated, not just for the quality of this villa but also for their excellent care, consideration and response from initial enquiry through to completion of holiday and security deposit return. The directions, information and villa manual provided to us prior to our vacation were without doubt the best I have experienced in 30 years of villa rentals. We cannot thank Brett and Carolyn enough. The outdoor areas are the best we have seen with the outdoor kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven all superb. The garden enjoys sunshine from dawn to dusk and we were able to enjoy this everyday even in mid February. There are excellent restaurants within easy walking distance or a short drive to Arenal Beach if you can drag yourselves away from all that this villa has to offer. A fantastic villa that I would recommend without hesitation.

We had to go back! Love this place.

Second stay at our “holiday heaven”. It’s ours, nobody else’s! Loved it as much as the first visit - all the fam did. What else can I say? This time the lemon tree was in fruit - so we enjoyed the G&T’s with slices of home grown lemon. So many lovely touches at this villa. Love Javea, and love Villa Lucero.

Beautiful Villa, really well equipped especially for families with young children

Thank you for a great stay at Villa Lucero. The villa is beautiful and the owners really have thought of everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The outside eating and dining area is wonderful and perfect for groups travelling together to sit out and enjoy the warm Mediterranean evenings. We enjoyed it so much we only ate out once and spent the other evenings trying out the paella hob, pizza oven and numerous BBQs. The kids loved the pool and trampoline and pretty much everything you need when travelling with youngsters was provided (highchairs, cots, change mat, bed guards, even some toys) which minimised what we had to pack and made life so much easier. The adults loved the beer tap and we were surprised how long the barrel lasted despite a concerted drinking effort by some members of the group! The villa is also very secluded and not at all overlooked by neighbours but also within an easy walk of several restaurants (Alhazar was our favourite, described in the villa guide as 2min drive but you can also walk there is 15-20min) Would highly recommend a stay, especially to those travelling with babies/young children. Thanks again Brett and family for letting us enjoy your wonderful villa we hope to return one day!

Great villa, great location - gggggrreeeat!

We booked to stay in Villa Lucero about 15 months before our actual stay. We've never done that before, but looking at availability realised we had to with this place. Our stay couldn't have been better. Lovely welcome when we arrived, and a fridge and basket of goodies to get us going. The place was spotless. Beer on tap of course was a bonus - which we enjoyed and all the facilities were first class. In the months leading up to our stay Brett was available on email to answer our (often daft!) questions and even more when we were there. He recommended 2 great restaurants we walked to, which were excellent too. Whole family enjoyed and all wanting to go back asap!!!

We had a very good experience at Villa Lucerno.

Villa Lucerno is a well organized property with all facilities just a few steps away. It was a perfect place for our family of 11 people aged 6-70 years of age. The five children really loved the pool and two of the youngest actually learned to swim during our stay. The garden was nice with flowers and trees, and the basement flat was a nice relaxing area for the oldest ones from time to time. We had a chef and his partner, organized through the villa owner, to prepare and serve lovely meals for us a couple of evenings. Good restaurants were found at walking distance from the villa. We can really recommend this place.

Fabulous Villa

We all had a fabulous holiday at Villa Lucero. Brett was on the end of the phone of any query and there was only a few small things which was sorted asap. The rooms are spacious, the outside space was so perfect for all ages in our family and we would all go back again in a heart beat!

Nous vivons juste à l'extérieur de Londres et nous aimons visiter Javea quand nous le pouvons. Notre villa est de grande fierté pour nous - et nous aimons mettre à jour et apporter des améliorations chaque année. Ayant des enfants, nous avons essayé de faire une vraie maison «famille amicale», et, d'expérience passée en restant dans des propriétés locatives (où les équipements étaient rares), rempli notre villa avec toutes sortes de nécessités et de luxe. Nous avons planifié la villa à partir de zéro avec l'aide d'un architecte local, célèbre pour la création de l'hôtel Marriott 5 étoiles à proximité. La propriété est conçue pour «couler» avec des espaces pour les enfants tout à proximité de l'endroit où les parents seront (par exemple, la salle de jeux est juste à côté de la cuisine et à portée de vue de la terrasse extérieure). Les photos que vous voyez nous avons pris sur un iPhone. Nous avons pensé à utiliser un photographe professionnel - mais nous préférons vraiment l'honnêteté de nos propres images. Les invités disent souvent que "c'est encore mieux que sur les photos". Nous avons hâte d'avoir de tes nouvelles!
