Villa de luxe spacieuse avec vue panoramique exceptionnelle - piscine chauffée

Casa Madelaine est une confortable maison de 333m², idéale pour rassembler famille et amis, se détendre autour de la grande piscine et gouter le meilleur de la Costa Blanca et du style de vie espagnol.

La villa se situe à Jàvea, entre Valence (à 110 km) et Alicante (à 95 km). Il est facile de s’y rendre, par la route ou en avion vers l’une de ces deux villes.

A quelques minutes de la mer, elle offre une vue fantastique, complètement dégagée, sur le parc naturel et la montagne du Montgo qui domine la baie de Jàvea.

Dans un domaine résidentiel calme et sans aucun bruit de route, la villa est idéalement située à 10 minutes de la plage de l’Arenal, 6 minutes de la vieille ville de Javea, 4 minutes du Golf.

Sur la terrasse principale (200m²), une piscine chauffée de 10x5m, un jardin planté d’essences méditéranéennes, une grande pergola et une cuisine d’été forment un très agréable espace de vie en extérieur.

La maison dispose de 6 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bains, 2 cuisines équipées dont la cuisine-bar d’été en bordure de piscine, 3 grandes terrasses dont une couverte, une salle de billard et de jeux, un réseau WiFi rapide.

Note pour nos jeunes locataires : nous ne louons pas la villa pour des événements festifs.

L’entrée de la propriété se fait par un double portail électrique et ouvre sur 3 places de parking sécurisé - on peut aussi aisément se garer dans le rue.

Les frais de ménage sont inclus dans le tarif de location, ainsi que le linge de maison - serviettes de toilette et de piscine, draps, torchons.

En été, la maison garde sa fraicheur toutefois les locataires peuvent utiliser la climatisation, installée dans toutes les chambres.
Du 1er avril au 30 octobre, la piscine peut être chauffée à la demande (35€ par jour avec minimum de 7 jours). Elle n’est pas sécurisée pour les enfants en bas âge.

Beautiful views, gorgeous villa and a wonderful holiday.

We had the most amazing 2 weeks at this villa. The views are just breathtaking and it is only a 12 - 15 minute drive to Javea beach front. Inside, the villa is decorated beautifully and contact with the owners and property manager was great. No issues and would absolutely love to come back again one day.

Lovely Villa with everything you need!

Stayed for a week in this wonderful villa. The villa is packed with everything you could possibly need for a comfy stay. Due to the lovely weather we tended to use the outside kitchen for the majority of the stay (which has its own utensils, dishwasher and fridge freezer). Pool table and dart board a bonus(although the games machine was not working while we were there). Location is very quiet, around a 15 min drive to Javea. Slight issue with the hot water, which was resolved the following day by Stella (property manager). Overall a very pleasant stay, would recommend. Thanks

Fabulous time

Myself and five friends have had a super week at this beautiful property. The reality is even better than the photos. Set in a quiet residential area, with stunning views, just a short drive from amenities (a car is vital), the owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need and more. With plenty of outdoor seating, the Balinese pergola is a delight for both shade in the day and evening entertainment. Communication with the owners and friendly Stella on site was really good, and a small issue noted was immediately rectified. I would highly recommend this villa!

Great house for 2-3 families

We were three families (6 adults + 9 children) staying in the villa for two weeks. It never felt crowded as the children spread out in the gaming room, living room and the pool-area. We especially enjoyed the outside kitchen, we only used this kitchen and had all our meals outside by the pool. At night we enjoyed the nice outside sofa-area. The villa is situated in a very nice and quiet area, only a 5-10 minutes drive to grocery stores and the beach. When we needed something the manager, Stella, sorted it out really quickly. So the communication with both the owners and the property manager was flawless. We all agreed that the stay was super and we can warmly recommend a stay in this villa.

A beautiful villa with stunning views

We were 3 generations staying for the May half-term and we absolutely loved our time here! The villa is wonderful - tastefully decorated and spacious, it has a practical open-plan kitchen/dining/living space and a covered veranda on the first floor where we had breakfast every morning. The bedrooms worked perfectly for our family group (3 doubles and an enormous bunk bed room for the 4 grandchildren) and the master suite on the top floor is a dream! The star of the show is the pool area with the delightful naya giving shade on hot days, the outdoor kitchen and the fantastic seating area next to the pool for lunch and dinner. From nearly everywhere there are the most amazing views of wooded hills and of course Montgo Mountain as a backdrop. From sunrises to sunsets, we just loved this stunning panorama! Arenal beach is great for some seaside activities and a family-friendly night or two out, but it’s hard to tear yourself away from the villa! We did have a few issues during our stay but our hosts were quick to respond to our messages and workmen appeared very speedily to resolve most issues. We were also unfortunate to arrive to an unheated pool despite having paid the supplement for heating, but this was also resolved and our payment refunded. This gorgeous villa has given us many happy family memories. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us and we hope to be back! Paula and Paul Sent from my iPad

Amazing Villa July 2024

We stayed at this villa for 1 week in July/August 2024. We were a party of ten, 2 families of four and two grandparents. The villa is amazing. We have stayed in Villas for the last 15 years and this is by far and away the best place we have ever stayed. You can tell the villa has had a full makeover recently as everything was so fresh, clean and well done. I think they must have used an interior designer. The air conditioning worked great, and they even had it in the large upstairs kitchen/living room. There were only a couple of tiny niggles. 1. The drive is very steep with a high metal stud out of the floor. DO NOT get a low-profile car. This ripped off the heat shield on the underside of my focus. I parked it on the road after this with no problems. 2. The dartboard needs replacing, and they need a couple of new pool cues but we got by with what was there. Whenever I communicated with Stella by WhatsApp she responded very quickly and was on site within an hour. 3. The swimming pool was great although it gets deep very quickly so just be aware if you have very small children as they may not even be able to stand up in the shallow end. These were tiny niggles for us, and they didn’t really impact our holiday. Honestly the villa is stunning, with outside space galore and good quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. They even had mosquito meshes on all the windows…and they worked !! That’s a first for us in Spain. We would definitely consider returning, fabulous holiday.

Fantastisk hus

Storfamilien har hatt en nydelig ferie. Vi var 12 totalt, 6 voksne, 4 tenåringer og to yngre barn. Huset var stort og vakkert. Nydelig utsikt, flott utekjøkken. Vi savnet ingen ting. Bassenget ble mye brukt. Vær oppmerksom på at rensemidler i bassenget farger lyst tøy gult. Vi har ellers ingenting å klage på. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Well for once we had decided to skip the skiing holidays and go for the sun and it was the right decision, the kids had huge fun in the heated pool and all of us enjoyed the holidays and the house very much as it catered for everything we or anybody needs! Lovely villa a few issues

The villa is beautiful the location and view is stunning. The pool is big and the outdoor area is amazing. Just a few niggles the second bedroom in the top floor has the worst bed I’ve ever slept on. It has broken slats and the thinnest mattress I’ve ever seen. This led to 14 uncomfortable nights. Second thing was the oven in the kitchen was supposed to be fixed but he never turned up to fix it. So we had 1 small outdoor oven to cook for 12 people. In the downstairs bathroom the door handle wasn’t very good and the bottom portion of the sink randomly fell off in the middle of the night while everyone was asleep. Communication with the owner was good and the villa is nice and airy. Some things need updating like the tiles on the stairs and the paint round the pool. No handwash or cleaning products supplied such as bin bags and antibacterial spray which we had to buy. Would definitely stay again if the bed in the second top room was changed. Beautiful place.

The villa massively exceeded out expectations, the views are stunning and inside and outside the villa they have thought of everything. 10 minutes to the beach and shops , great location and would highly recommend, there were 10 of us 6 adults and 4 children and we never got on top of each other , do much space .

Thank you so much for a lovely stay in the villa, even though it was delayed from 2020 due to Covid. Thank you so much for your kindness in delaying our stay. After a long wait the holiday met all expectations. We are a group of 3 families, so the property offered us great accommodation and space. Las fotos no corresponden con la realidad. Estancias más pequeñas de lo que se ve en las imágenes y todo más viejo y deteriorado. Las barbacoas no funcionan, las máquinas del gimnasio no va ninguna. Limpieza pobre, baños muy sucios. Iluminación exterior insuficiente para cenar fuera por las noches. La piscina no venían a limpiarla a diario y algún día estaba sucia. La ubicación era buena pero lamentablemente no volveremos a repetir. The cleaning of the house was very poor in general. Games room, Play Station didn’t work. Gym, none of the machines worked. The lighting outside (over the table) was inadequate, we had to bring a lamp of the rooms to get more light at nights. The barbecues did not work either. One of the freezer drawers in the upstairs fridge was broken and couldn't be opened. The TV in the living room did not work with Spanish channels, only English. The location was good but I'm afraid that we won't return.

Beautiful well-equipped villa

This is a gorgeous villa spread over three floors and easily accommodates a large group of people, situated about 12-15 minute drive from Arenal Beach. The villa is very secure with electric gates and two well-equipped kitchens if you choose to self-cater on some days. We stayed the week over new year with extended family. There is a useful guide book with details of local restaurants and taxis, which proved really helpful. As it was winter and I think the Villa hadn't been used for a little while, there were a couple of issues with the heating etc but all credit to the owner Lesley, who had maintenance people to sort out the issues immediately. We had paid for the pool to be heated although it really was still too cold to use, probably due to the lowness of the sun. Due to the couple of issues and the coldness of the pool, Lesley kindly refunded this when we left. I would highly recommend this property and if you organising the trip, bag the rooms on the third floor which offer fantastic views of the Montgo mountains.

Lovely Villa Perfect For Families

I booked this villa to celebrate my 50th with my family. 11 people in total. The villa was super, very spacious and clean. In particular we liked the fact that the kitchen / tv/ bbq area was next to the pool so apart from going to the lounge to watch tv or use the games room we only needed to go to into the villa to get ready to go out. Didn't use internal kitchen once. My parents in their 70's loved the shaded area next to the pool where they relaxed reading and watching the grandchildren play. overall great villa and we will return in the future.

We had a wonderful vacation at this house. We were 16 people (8 adults and 8 kids) and there were plenty of room for us. Loved the pool, the outdoor kitchen and the seating area outside in the shade. We missed a tumbledryer and the opportunity to walk to a supermarket and restaurants (you have to drive 10 minutes). All in all a great house!

En ukes fantastisk opphold i en nydelig og lettstelt villa, som inneholdt alt man trengte, brukte kun utekjøkkenet, barna lekte i bassenget fra morgen til kveld, nydelig uteplass under tak, som ga skygge hele dagen.. Hadde god kommunikasjon med eier, som var imøtekommende og vennlig.. Var 12 gjester i huset, alle kjempefornøyde med oppholdet.. Frister til gjentagelse.. Anbefales på det varmeste..

Amazing stay

We had an issue on arrival where the previous guests had trashed the property but Sam and Lesley dealt with it efficiently and we were in the villa within no time. 16 of us (4 families of 2 adults 2 young children) had a fantastic stay. Jávea is stunning and everything was perfect. Any slight issues with the property were sorted very fast. If you’re going in colder weather (we stayed in June) it’s definately worth having the pool heated. We found it a great addition. The only criticism I could make is that the villa is feeing slightly dated now and the WiFi is awful. I’d advise taking extra data with you as you won’t be able to use the villas WiFi. You can connect but 1mb down is generous and it didn’t work at all for the last 5 days. Keeps the children off there iPads though so bonus 😁. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will be back!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Jávea est une destination d’exception jouissant d’un climat assez parfait. Avec mon mari Thierry nous cherchions une belle et grande villa, près des plages et au calme, avec une vue d’exception : nous l’avons trouvée ;-)

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Casa Madelaine est une grande et belle villa, avec de très beaux volumes et un espace de vie extérieur incroyablement agréable. On vit beaucoup autour de la piscine (chauffée si vous le désirez !) passant du bain à la pergola balinaise sans oublier de profiter de la belle la cuisine d’été. Un très gros plus de la villa : sa vue, époustouflante.
