Description détaillée: Villa St. Paul est situé juste à l'extérieur des remparts du vieux village de St. Paul - à environ 7 minutes à pied du village.

La Villa est équipée de 6 chambres, toutes en suite (2 suites, 2 chambres vue mer et 2 chambres vue jardin). Toutes les chambres sont de qualité luxueuse et entièrement approvisionnées en draps, serviettes, etc.

Unbeatable Location and View

Beautiful property nestled on a hill just above the walled village of Saint-Paul. An easy to contact owner ensured our requests were honored. That said, lots of stairs to get up and down the many levels to the rooms and piscene. All in all a very good experience.

Great home for exploring the South of France

Well equipped home with everything you need for a great vacation. Great pool and wonderful vistas. All the desired amenities - AC throughout, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen. All of the rooms and facilities were as described in the listing. We stayed 10 days with 7 adults. Close to shopping, supermarkets, boulangerie and restaurants. Walking distance to St. Paul and 10 minutes from Vence. Super convenient to Nice, Cannes, Monaco and other great towns to visit off the beaten track. Can’t wait to go back. Just a great spot for a South of France holiday.

Excellent Stay

We just spent 14 days at the villa and had a fantastic time. The villa is lovely and looks as good as the pictures. All the rooms are comfortable, with your own ensuite and AC. The pool and outside sitting area is also of a very high standard. There is a a very large pool and for those who are looking for a little more shade, there is a nice shaded sitting area just outside the lounge. The villa is in a fantastic location and just a 5 min walk to St Paul de Vence where there are numerous restaurants and cafes. The whole booking process and assistance during my stay was also excellent. Ann was a pleasure to deal with from the start, helping us with all our requests including restaurant recommendations and general queries about the area. There is also a team nearby to help with cleaning and other issues. Highly recommend!

Villa St. Maxime is absolutely fantastic! We had a group of 5 couples, and all of us loved it. The house is very large and well furnished, with lots of contemporary art. The pool is huge, the views of the pretty views of the walled town of St-Paul de Vence were perfect, and the terrace (which has both covered and uncovered areas) is also very large. The house and grounds comfortably accomodated our group of 10. Rooms are spacious and each has its own private balcony. The whole house is modern and set up perfectly for a vacation stay, including 2 washers and 2 dryers. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you could possibly need. And it's about a 10 minute walk to the town of St-Paul, which is picture-perfect. There is so much to do in the area, and this is a great central location: we took day trips to nearby towns each day for a week, and loved all of them. And the owners/hosts are terrific. Besides great communication, they arranged for an outstanding chef to come prepare us a candle-lit dinner on the terrace under the full moon, which made for a magical evening.I've rented vacation homes all over the world, and this is one of the best I've ever stayed in.

Simply Amazing

We could not have been more delighted with Villa St. Maxime. The property was so beautiful, the house fully equipped, the views and the pool delightful, and Ann the owner such a warm and inviting person. Everything was really just perfect. The location is ideal with just a 10 minute or less walk into Saint-Paul-de-Vence and short drives to all the main other cities and sites. We were celebrating a special birthday and Ann went out of her way to help with every detail. It was a wonderful week and we all enjoyed it so much.

Top locatie en goede villa

Locatie is top en villa is OK. We hebben genoten zoals dat op eenn vakantie zou moeten...enkele strubbelingen tijdens de start (villa was nog niet klaar, ontvangst door Piers was maar zozo :-( Netheid en onderhoud tijdens ons verblijf had steeds nood aan bijsturing alhoewel we slechts de helft van de villa echt bewoonden. Dat zou makkelijk kunnen verbeterd worden door was meer aandacht

Fabulous luxury villa for family

Beautiful villa, pool, views, location all fabulous. The villa is modern and it’s very easy to walk into village for local restaurants and shops. So much to see close by but recommend renting a car for grocery shopping etc. although Uber readily available. It was the perfect place for our group of 12 of all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and table tennis. Great family vacation spot!

Næsten perfekt uge. Villa opfylder vores behov hvor 3 familier skal være sammen. Dog tydeligt at villa nor alt bruges til BB, men med lidt tilretning var alt super skønt.

Luxurious Villa with beautiful views/surroundings.

This was a wonderful place for my wife and I to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our family. There were 11 of us and we fitted well into the 6 bedrooms. All the rooms of Villa Maxime are furnished to a high standard with complete air-conditioning throughout. The walls are tastefully decorated with pictures and prints including some of Jack Vetriano's, Glaswegian Artist's, works. There is an excellent Terrace with outstanding views and beneath that is a good sized swimming pool. The Villa is cleaned daily by very friendly, accommodating staff. We dealt with Ann the owner directly. She was very prompt in responding to all our queries and very friendly and professional. The Villa is in an excellent position for visiting local attractions and numerous restaurants, a 5-10 minute walk to St. Paul de Vence. Our family voted the week as the best holiday we have had together and we would certainly recommend the Villa to the greater family and friends.

An unforgettable experience

We truly are seasoned travelers accustomed to luxury vacations. Villa St. Maxime meets and exceeds our standards. The setting is everything you can imagine in the pastoral setting of St. Paul de Vence area. The house itself is contemporary yet warm and inviting. The six bedrooms allow for a large family or group of friends to enjoy all that the Villa has to offer. Views of the valley, a very large pool, air conditioning, a stone's throw from the medieval town of St. Pauk de Vence, fifteen minutes from NIce, thirty minutes to Cannes and short drives to excellent restaurants and museums. The breakfast eggs and croissants are above and beyond. We stayed a month and regretted leaving. The Villa St. Maxime is a winner!!

Perfect Stay

We recently hired a villa in the South of France for myself and four colleagues with our spouses. Our intent was to do some business planning, share some creative thoughts and relax. We are all partners in engineering enterprise. This was in the fall of 2012. We finally selected this villla just outside an art village St. Paul de Vence. The Villa exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. One of the largest swimming pools I have ever used, surrounded by extensive gardens and a magnificent view. The Villa itself was exceptional. Ultra modern (a nice break from provencal), marble floors and columns, arched ceilings, beautiful rooms with knock-out views, art work everywhere, huge common areas, superb and well equipped kitchen. The glass ceiling even opened up. We also enjoyed the ladies who came in mornings to help out. The village was charming, lots of art and good restaurants. Happily it is centrally placed within easy range of most anywhere on the Riviera. We got our work done and had a great time. I recommend it.

Wonderful Villa

We had a two week stay at this villa last July. Beautiful villa, beautiful views and beautiful St Paul De Vence. Cannot recommend this spot enough. My thanks to Ann and John, the villa owners and a special thanks to Francoise and Laura for all their kind assistance and hard work. We are missing the wonderful surroundings.It really was a perfect vacation which everyone enjoyed immensely. The whole party left with a heavy heart.

Super Summer Place

My husband and I celebtrated our 50th anniversary in August and we decided to bring the whole tribe ot the south of France to pass a few weeks with us. We selected Villa Saint Maxime , overlooking the sea above Nice - and we were very happy we did. The place is beautiful, modern, fully equipped, spotless, with a magnificent pool. The staff was excellent and very helpful in makiing dinner and party arragements. And al of this wth fabulous views and within walking distance of St Paul de Vence. We wil most definitely stay there again.

Now we know how the movie stars live

Our whole family (10) decided to spend Christmas and New Years on the French Riviera (combined with a some business) and decided to rent Villa St. Maxime in St. Paul de Vence (in the hills between Nice and Cannes). We were given a wonderful welcome, complimentary bottle of wine, excellent Guest Information Book and a tour of the villa (kitchen/electricity/security/etc.). Amazing architecture, marble floors, beautifully furnished, commanding sea view and a huge pool (which we could not unfortunately use – too chilly – although we did have drinks on the terrace a few times). Everything fully equipped, wireless and PC, superb kitchen, TV's and DVD's in every room. All first quality. None of the "self catering" junk in the kitchen, or dining room. We were provided two excellent ladies who spoke English. Cleaned every morning (except Sunday) and were very helpful. All in all a wonderful property. We had a great time and recommend it highly.

From here you can walk to Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the Fondation Maeght, with their galleries, shops and restaurants, while still enjoying complete privacy back at the house.The villa offers around 450 m² of air-conditioned living space, including 6 ensuite bedrooms (sleeping up to 12 when rented in its entirety). Many rooms open directly onto a balcony or terrace, with panoramic views over the village, valley and sea, while others offer quiet garden outlooks and easy access to the pool.The main living area is spread over two levels:An upper lounge with fireplace and seating for 12, opening onto the large south-facing terraceA more intimate lower sitting area with games and direct access towards the poolOutside, a very large 18 x 8 m pool is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas, with pool towels provided.
