Summary:
Sierra Peaks is located in the Beautiful Sierra Lane community adjacent to Blue Mountain. Sierra Lane is a 7 minute walk to the heart of Blue Mountain Village where you will find the ski hills, restaurants, shops and more.
The Sierra Lane community has an outdoor swimming pool open in the summer months that guests can use during their stay.
The Space:
Sierra Peaks is a spacious 3 bedroom / 2 .5 bathroom unit located on second level that sleeps 8. The unit is centrally located in the the Sierra Lane community across from Blue Mountain Village.
The main living area is bright, and spacious with an open concept kitchen, living room, dining room area. Making it easy for hanging out with your entire group. The full size kitchen allows you to cook meals with ease and move to the large dining table and bar area to eat. Feel free to cozy up on the couch and enjoy the gas fireplace over looking the mountains. In the nicer months, step outside to BBQ, and relax on the private patio.
The primary bedroom is located upstairs and features a King bed, TV and private ensuite bathroom with shower / tub combo. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed overlooking Blue Mountain. The third bedroom is located on the main floor and is perfect for families with young children featuring 2 twin over twin bunkbeds. Need a little bit more space to spread out, enjoy the loft space at the top of the stairs. There are 2 additional bathrooms with a full bathroom with shower on the second floor and a half bath on the main floor.

There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay. Please don't bring any equipment into the unit.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course. There is an outdoor seasonal pool you can use in the summer.
Getting Around:
There is one designated parking spot for the unit and visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 7-9 minute walk, or 1 minute drive away. Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury are both within a 10-15 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
The seasonal outdoor pool is public spaces and shared with other guests staying at the resort.
** Pool towels are not provided, please remember to bring your own **
Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the exterior of the building housing unit 212 will take place in the Spring/Late Fall 2025. Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
