The Space:
Welcome to Sierra Views, a spacious three-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom unit that comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. Enjoy breathtaking views of the first hole and the stunning mountains right from your private balcony!
As you step inside, youâll be greeted by an inviting open concept main floor designed for socializing and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the generous dining table comfortably seats your entire group, making it easy to host gatherings. When itâs time to unwind, retreat to the cozy living room, where you can bask in the warmth of the gas fireplace while enjoying a good book or catching up on your favorite shows.
On the main floor, youâll find a welcoming bedroom featuring a queen bed, perfect for hosting extended family and friends. This room offers convenient access to a half bathroom.
Venture upstairs to discover the spacious master bedroom, which features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom complete with a shower/tub combination. Additionally, there is another bedroom on the upper floor, also furnished with a queen bed. An extra bathroom on this level features a stand-up shower for added convenience. With ample sleeping arrangements, including a bonus futon in the upstairs loft area, this unit is ideal for families or groups of friends.

Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a couple locked owners closets. There is a ski locker located outside the unit to store skis and snowboards during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sierra Lane Community and adjacent to Blue Mountain Village. The unit is surrounded by walking trails, and the Monterra Golf Course.
Getting Around:
There is one designated parking spot for the unit and there is visitor parking for an additional car at a first come, first serve basis.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive. Also, within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.
Other Things to Note:
You must climb stairs to access the unit and within the unit. The seasonal outdoor pool is a public space and shared with other guests and owners staying in Sierra Lane.
Sierra Lane Community is undergoing renovations to the exterior of each building. Residents may experience construction noise in the community on weekdays. Please note that construction work for the exterior of the building housing unit 211 will take place in the Spring/Summer 2025 (tentative dates: April to July). Scaffolding may be set up on the decks outside, making them unusable during this period.
