The home was very clean, but it lacked any personality. Not a single piece of artwork. Not a single item to make you feel welcome or wanted. Very minimal kitchen supplies. We didn't even try to cook because the supplies were lacking. For health reasons I'm not a fan of drinking and eating off of plastic and that's all that was available. While the beds were comfortable, all other seating was incredibly uncomfortable. The master bath upstairs didn't even have a towel bar or toilet paper holder (we later found them inside the bathroom vanity just waiting to be installed). Also an insufficient number of bath towels for number of guests the home can hold. While the home as the potential to be a gem it's currently a dud.

Great stay

The house was very spacious and clean. I only would recommend more towels. Definitely at least one for each guest staying. We had to go but laundry detergent to wash them.

Door to property would not lock properly. Reached out to management company, but was never contacted by the local team. Had to spend the first night in an unlocked home, a serious and disconcerting problem.

Beautiful stay!

We loved this house and it is fresh clean and beautiful! I loved the location. My only complaint would be the key and the key box. It was difficult to use and access. Took us forever to figure it out and we had different groups going different directions. A key pad on the door would be so much more easy to use. Just a suggestion.

Nice Spacious Home with a Great Location

We loved our stay in this home! The furnishings and location were great. This is a beautiful, new construction home within walking distance or a quick drive to just about anything in Port St. Joe. You can see the bay and lighthouse from the house/balcony. I would suggest bringing a baby gate if you have small children as this is a split level home with a downstairs master. We slept in an upstairs bedroom and put our toddler in the other upstairs bedroom so that we were all on the same level. This was not a big deal to us, but some may wish to use the true master. We also purchased a cheap baby gate at ACE Hardware. Overall, we loved the house and the location and I would stay here again in the future!
