Canât beat this location in Nice. Also the apartment is affordable and has everything you need. The washing machine didnât work great, but that certainly didnât detract from our experience. Nice to ha e air conditioning in two of the rooms.
Great location with a wonderful balcony! Larger unit than the pictures shown. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes, etc. Many beach items in closets for use also!Bathrooms could use an update. One toilet was not working well. Washing machine didnât work well either.
The apartment is spacious, bright and clean. Comfortable.Segolene was very friendly and accommodating. Always willing to help. The location was very good, central and convenient. It was easy to orient ourselves and learn how to navigate the town from where we were. We had a wonderful 10 days.
The view from the apartment is exceptional! A few steps to the beach. The patio was fantastic! The apartment is very old and is long overdue for a complete renovation. No air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. It gets very hot in there. The bath towels are old and worn out. They should be replaced with new ones. There is a beach club across the street and it plays very loud music till 12am every night. Bring earplugs! Kitchen needs some utensils replaced. Not a single sharp knife in there. Nice is absolutely beautiful!
Fantastic place. Location to Beach, restaurants, coffee, pastries was the best.
Had a fantastic stay with coffee on the porch in morning and wine on the porch at night.
Would recommend.
Picture perfect apartment in an ideal neighborhood
The property boasts a picture perfect view of what Nice is about. The house looks even better in real life. The neighborhood shows its vibrancy as well as calmness at the same time. The hostess is courteous and responsive. Itâs nice of her to let us in a couple hours earlier. Iâve enjoyed our stay very much
Location, location, location.
View and balcony stand out features. Apartment has everything you need for a break in Nice. Two bathrooms a bonus too.,Conveniently placed for trams and buses, but can walk into city with ease too.
6 of us friends stayed here for a 3 day break to celebrate 50th birthday. Amazing view. Lots of shops and cafe to explore.
The apartment was clean, felt very safe..
All queries were dealt with by Segolene..
loved the stay here and will definitely be back!

This location and view were amazing! Comfortable unit and excellent communication!! We had everything we needed. Well equipped. We never found a hot tub, so they may be referring to bath tub?? I would definitely stay here again.
The location, directly across from the promenade and the beach, could not have been any better. And the apartment itself was wonderfully quirky in layout. It felt very French! Living room and balcony were great spaces to hang out if we didn't want to go to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to return again in the future.
We stayed three nights and enjoyed the ideal location along the Promenade. Thereâs the option for either a private beach or a free public beach across the street. The apartment has a few items like a small umbrella, cushions, rafts, sun tent, and beach toys to use but bring your own beach towels. The apartment is not fancy but a great option for being in the heart of town.
Great apartment from which to explore Nice and the surrounding Riviera. First time in Nice and didnât realise how busy and noisy the road on the promenade des anglais would be: but thatâs the price for the most glorious sea views. Comfortable accommodation and Segolene our host was very helpful
This apartment was lovely overall. Some things to note. The washing machine doesn't wash or ring things out very well. Must take quick showers or hot water will run out. The road noise off the promenade is much louder than expected even with shades drawn. The small bedroom doesn't really get air conditioning in it. There's essentially no parking available close by (a few spots at the street but they are never open). Must park 10 min walk away. Car rental not recommended. It doesn't help that they're was a high level summit/convention at the center in the adjacent C.U.M. building. Definitely check events here before booking. It made getting into and out of the apartment and area a hassle with having to check in with police each time with our passports and trying to prove we were renting the place with a language barrier, and extra police sirens blasting on promenade at all hours. All this being said, it was a stunning view. Apartment was decently located to things. Neighbors were friendly. Air conditioning worked well in most of the apartment. Was easy to use all facilities in the apartment and communicate with the host. If you're looking for a place with a great view, I would recommend.
We spent two weeks at this flat (early April 2024). The location was perfect for us, with nearby cafes, grocery stores, bakeries, and public transportation. Morning coffee on the balcony was a fabulous way to start our day. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed for a bit of very light cooking. Americans might be reminded that you won't typically find shower soap, wash cloths, or hair products, so plan to bring those along or pick them up in Nice.
You might like a pair earplugs, as well. The flat itself is very well insulated and the metal light-blocking shades are very effective. But you are overlooking a busy and fast-moving promenade that carries a lot of traffic am and late afternoon.
If we get back to Nice, we would definitely look to stay there again.
The location of this property is as described, overlooking the Champs des Anglais and the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. The property was clean and in good order. Don't plan on doing laundry as there was a very small washer and no dryer other than a dry rack on the back porch. There were not enough towels in the bath. Also no paper products (other than toilet tissue) so be aware that paper towels and kleenex will need to be purchased. The biggest complaint is that the second bedroom has no air conditioning and is very hot. We had to buy a fan to try to stay cool. Once we got the fan (which we left) it was better. Overall, it was a good property and met our needs.
This was the most beautiful property with an amazing location that I have stayed in. The host is very responsive and communicative, and we had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a beautiful place on the CĂŽte DâAzure with picturesque views! 10/10!!
We loved our stay. The check-in was seamless, the location was perfect and walkable to all public transit. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, and the promenade at your doorstep. The interior is dated but has everything you need, with great water pressure in the showers. The view is truly magnificent with a balcony right across from the expansive shoreline.
