We had a great stay here for the month of August and really enjoyed the cooler weather and the neighborhood Location with easy access to Prescott and Prescott Valley. The home had a great screened in porch to enjoy a view of the mountains. it was very relaxing. S. G and J. F
This was a beautiful home with a great fenced yard for our dogs. The home was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. We loved walking to a nearby park and restaurants, shopping, etc were all near by. Loved sitting in the screened in back porch and seeing wildlife walk by and the mountains in the distance. Loved it!
We had family and friends come and stay at different times. The home is big enough for 6 but not comfortable for sleeping 6. The master bed was very comfortable but the other two could use some help. The sleeper sofa in the 3rd bedroom needed a topper , which we purchased and donated to the property. The second bedroom bed slanted to one side. Also, the sofa in the living room was broken down and very uncomfortable. To the owner, spend a week there with friends and see for yourself. We did, however, enjoy sitting out on the screened in porch with our morning coffee and watching the wildlife go by. Not just cows, but white tail deer, pronghorn, coyotes and roadrunners. Very peaceful. Make it more comfortable and we would come back. Location was excellent, close to everything.
We really enjoyed our 7week stay. The home was perfect for us. The only thing we would have changed ..the couch in the living room, it was very uncomfortable.... Wish they could replace it with 2 recliners.đ
The location was great...outside of town, great, friendly neighborhood. Our favorite thing was the view, the cows, antelopes, a coyote and the roadrunners....it was amazing.
This property is beautiful. The cattle grazing in the back are breathtaking. However I think the whole unit could use a little updating. The pots and pans are scratched and I wouldn't use them , Carpet is very dirty. The rugs were worn and some towels had holes and rips.
Great location nice neighborhood enjoyed morning walks sunsets were great nice home but could use some attention needed to replace several light bulbs both sliding doors are broken cobwebs in corners yard could use some tlc enjoyed our stay would do this again price was reasonable
This house was perfect for our 2-month stay. Everything was comfy. We loved looking at the sunsets, antelope and cattle as well the occasional coyote. Nicely appointed with lots of linens. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. The folks at Bear Creek were so friendly too! I would certainly stay here again đ.
The home is in a quiet community with great views to the west. Sunsets were incredible.
While the property is located in a great place, it is very dated. The Viewpoint community is about 20 years old and virtually everything in this property is original and in dire need of a refresh.
The neighbors are really nice people.
As mentioned the views to the west are wonderful. Herds of Pronghorn Antelope regularly walk by right behind the property.
From a travel perspective, Viewpoint is just north of AZ 89A so access from a major highway is close. That being said there is but one way in and out of Viewpoint so at peak traffic times there is waiting at lights etc.
The property is far enough away from the Highway that there is no road noise.
If you bring 2 vehicles you canât get into both at the same time without moving one from the garage.
The kitchen is adequately stocked with dishes, pots and pans etc. The dishwasher is very basic and loud when it runs.
Washer and dryer are also very basic.
The property management team at Bear Creek are first rate, easy to deal with folks. Response to maintenance issues is quick and courteous.
For my needs (temporary housing while my new home finished construction) the property was adequate but far from over the top.
We especially loved the large screened in porch overlooking a great field where we saw cows, antelope and coyotes and beautiful mountains. Liked the master suite on one side and other br on opposite side. Very handy kitchen with walk in pantry.
We love the Prescott area. This was a lovely, clean home. The furniture wasn't the most comfortable. The best property feature is the screened back porch with an awesome view of the sunset. Often the antelope and beef herds were right close to view. We were not notified up front that no trailers are allowed to be parked in the driveway by rule of the owners association. Fortunately, ours fit inside the garage so it was allowed.
