Comfortable home with great outdoor & indoor space
Enjoy my one week stay in this home. It had everything I wanted/needed including a very comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and liovely outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again.
I canât say enough how beautiful and clean this place was, I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We stayed in the one bedroom on the back side, it has a huge King bed and a pull out bed on the couch, it was so peaceful and the yard is absolutely stunning and so beautiful to wake up to and have your coffee đ€ will definitely be back!
We drove over from California to enjoy the hiking in Prescott. Spent time wandering a few trails. Lots of walking in town. Good meals at various eateries. Brought the dog and she had a blast with the new territory to explore. A Snowstorm blew thru which forced us to sit and relax for 24 hours. That was actually really nice. Home has a comfy king bed and a pull-out sofa bed, which my adult son, 6 feet tall, said was "comfortable enough". The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cups and some pots and pans. We took the easy route and heated things up using the microwave. Hot water in the shower was really hot and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again! I highly recommend this comfy and clean and private place to stay in Prescott.Oh yes, the little back yard is well kept with a great table with chairs for relaxing and enjoying nature. Private and shady.
This one bedroom unit was a gem! Very charming and cozy. It was a quick drive to experience all of the hoopla of Whiskey Row and located in a cute neighborhood. Yes, it is on a little bit of a busy corner but the noise was not bad! The property is laid out nicely and we enjoyed having coffee on the back porch area in the mornings. We would stay here again!
The property and accommodations were great. I was just surprised that I had to inquire about the address and then again about the code to get in. It seems that those things would be supplied after booking.
The house was super cute and updated. Pretty clean. There was dog hair on the couches and the extra blanket needed to be washed bc there was white spots on there. Easy to communicate with owner. Very close to downtown.
We had a nice time! The property is as advertised. Everything was super clean, so clean it seemed like nobody had stayed there! The bed is very comfortable. The yard is pretty. The kitchen is small, but has everything needed - we cooked most our meals during our stay. We came to Prescott to hike, mountain bike, and explore the town. The place is centrally located and everything is within 15 minutes.
Corrieâs place was central and well laid out for our short stay with our two grown daughters. Walking distance to the rodeo arena - perfect if you are attending.
Pros- Cute design, enough space for 4, decent kitchen, comfortable bed in bedroom, full sized washer and dryer was very helpful, close proximity to Senior Residence where we visited family. Good value. And Corrie gave us a late check out so we could time our travel more conveniently. Thank you, Corrie!
Things to know -
Contact the host in well in advance of arrival to arrange check in. We thought there would be a text sent at check in time and had to wait an hour before Corrie was available to give us the door code.
Unit is part of a house with another rental attached. The other guest was very quiet so this wasnât an issue.
Heaters are very loud, cycling every hour or so, right next to the bed. I wasnât used to this, so had a hard time sleeping. Bring earplugs.
The main bed was super comfortable but the pull out couch was a bit broken & the girls had to sleep balanced on the outer sides of the bed. Corrie said that she would check it out and will likely have fixed this issue.
Water pressure in shower could have been stronger and it would be helpful to have more hooks for towels and coats, etc.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay. Thanks again, Corrie!
This property was perfect for my husband and I, we were just getting away from the valley to just relax. This really worked for us. It was very quite, clean and close to everything we needed. The host was quick to answer all of my questions. We would definitely stay again.
