Primary bathroom w/dual vanities, separate jetted tub, & walk-in shower! Secondary bedrooms are downstairs. The kitchen boasts new granite countertops, dishwasher, & an antibacterial sink w/touchless faucet. New fencing w/gates, washer/dryer! Home sleeps 10 comfortably w/ a king bed, queen bed, & 2 queen/full bunk beds. Enjoy the stunning sunrises/sunsets, fireworks, & water views on the balcony & 3rd story crow's nest! Very spacious and very good place to stay

It was a great place to stay very big rooms and it was very easy to communicate with the property manager

Easter Weekend

If you want to spend a few quiet days and in a beautiful place, this house is the option. The house is spacious, with many comfortable beds and very clean, the A/C cold, the kitchen with everything you need. Just a recommendation, you must maintain and clean the grill.Everything else is excellent !!!

Great host communication but a lot of stuff broken

There was some things that were broken already in the house, stair railings so that was not safe to grab and made it hard going up and down with stuff. Then discovered that after the house was locked, you were still able to open the door. This was the upstairs door. Other than that, nice home! AC worked great!!

The house was very nice and accommodated most of our family needs. The only thing is that it is not wheelchair friendly. My nephew had to crawl up the stairs because there was no other way. They do have a lift but it is off limits to guests. All in all, I would recommend to anyone who is interested.

Staycation

Absolutely loved this location and worked great for us since we have a boat in cove harbor so it was like a minute drive. I loved that the master and kitchen were upstairs and guests can be downstairs for more privacy. The upper deck porch was a great place to hang and of course the crows nest! The decor was super detailed and master bathroom was stunning.The host was super friendly and responsive.

Thanksgiving in Rockport

This is the 2nd time we stayed at this property, it works well for our big group. Only down side was the “lift” was locked down so we had to carry a lot of stuff up the steep staircase. The house is amazingly clean. They supply everything you need. Would stay again!

Wonderful !

We loved spending Easter in your lovely home! It is super spacious ,, well equipped kitchen , super comfy beds and a beautiful master bedroom and bathroom ,there was room for all !! ,we enjoyed the view and sipping a drink from the crows nest !! Nicely decorated and very clean 👍👍will be back ! Ty ty

Great stay at a lovely and clean home!

My family and I visited the area while watching my nephew run track at regionals in Kingsville. The check in process was super easy and Nina was very friendly! The home was clean and exactly as photographed. Lots of space for parking and we really appreciated all the extras like soap/shampoo/conditioner/make up removing wipes. Also loved that there were toys and games to entertain the kids. Highly recommend staying here and we’ll be back. Also, the nephew is state bound in track!

Perfect Large group getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rockport Escapes (Nina) was such a pleasure to book with. They are so friendly and helpful! We rented Wade Into Life and it was perfect for our group! We are a large family with younger kids, teens, adults and a senior, the home was great for all of us. If someone has difficulties with stairs they should probably pass since the kitchen is up stairs. Those with small kids may have to figure out how to block stairs at top. They are very steep. Our group was fine and we enjoyed all the space and amenities! Close to everything in Rockport too!

Great Place to Stay

I would recommend this place to anyone looking for spacious and conveniently located house in Rockport. The house was clean and updated. I would’ve given it a full 5 stars, had I been more aware of these few things before arriving: - Rockport Escapes email giving instructions for access may go to spam. I tried to contact them through the app chat for an hour, until I was able to look up their phone number and call. - There is an occupied RV parked on the same property to which you will be sharing the garbage can with. Definitely need another trash can. - Front door must be deadbolted at all times or it will blow open. - The Kitchen, living room, mastered/bath and spare bath are up a steep set of stairs. Quite difficult with heavy luggage and ice chest with food. Again, not a bad review, just some things to know when you book. We enjoyed our stay and will book again.

Not as expected

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Described as two lots with RV site, however when we arrived someone else was in the RV spot. Found out the “owner” of the property said he could stay there even tho we rented and paid for the entire site. The stair railing was not attached to the wall correctly and came out when grabbed causing my son to fall. The downstairs door know completely and off when we opened the door (this was all upon checking in on the first day). Thousands of pill bugs got in the house downstairs somehow, would clean them they’d be back a hour later. Never got a response from the owner or company. I love Rockport Escapes but would NEVER book this house again
