Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 4-bedroom house in Rockport. This quaint property offers a delightful blend of comfort and charm. With 3 twin beds, 1 full bed, and 2 queen beds, 2 Ottoman beds, there's plenty of room for everyone. The bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, bathtub, and shower, ensuring a refreshing start to your day. In addition to the cozy bedrooms, there's a lovely living room with a queen pull out bed for extra space. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Rockport and our brilliant house has to offer. The home is nestled under huge majestic oak trees, located on 3/4 acre lot! You can enjoy the privacy with a new, totally, enclosed wood privacy fence! Also, there is ample seating in the backyard with a patio. The backdoor has a doggie door, making this home inviting for small or medium dogs! There is room to park an RV, but not electrical for it. You would need a generator. It does have a wide 10 ft. gate for easy e trance, if you have an RV!. Inside, it has it all! Lots of seating in Livingroom, and there are extra folding chairs if needed. There will also be two additional Ottoman fold out beds, that aren't pictured. One lovely perk is the coffee bar, set up with a Keurig and drip coffee pot, coffee, creamers and sugar will make that perfect cup of coffee, along with teas! My plan is to add an outdoor shower in the near future! The 4th bedroom should be ready soon, we are working on the last minute details, it will have its own full bath! The driveway has room for 4 vehicles, and plenty of street parking if needed. Out back, is a huge fire pit for nice evenings to gather around. As an extra bonus, one sofa folds out to a queen bed too! Come stay, with just a 1.5 miles from the Blue Water Rockport Beach, and tons of eateries, shops and festivals!
