What some guests may not love:
-The pool heater is offered at an additional charge of $20 per day to compensate for the extra energy usage it needs. You can upgrade to heated pool with us at any time! If the pool heater is used during your stay without first requesting, the fee is $40 per day. Please request first.

Our house comfortably sleeps up to 15 with 1 king bed in the master and 2 queen beds and 2 full bunk beds that can fit 4 people on each (might feel a little crowded, depending how you do this). We also have 2 good sized couches in the house that can be used if you wish. The home occupancy permits 15 people.

Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

You will have access to the entire place during your stay!

We do not live by the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.

*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.
