Nouvellement rénové 4BR 2BA maison conçue pour les locataires à l'esprit. Tout nouvel hôtel literie, draps, meubles et équipements de qualité. Le mur vidéo est doté de 3 nouveaux téléviseurs HD de 151 pouces au total! Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils neufs. Le nouveau patio dans la cour semblable à un parc comprend un foyer à gaz, un gril à gaz, un coin repas et un coin salon. Beaucoup d'espace vert pour lancer une balle ou jouer à des jeux de triage. Beaucoup de place pour 6 voitures hors rue et un grand parking dans la rue. À seulement 2-3 pâtés de maisons du campus ND et des bars / restaurants / boutiques de la rue Eddy. Nous essayons de couvrir tous vos besoins. Emballez simplement comme vous le feriez pour un séjour dans un bel hôtel et le reste sera couvert!

Hi there - my husband and I stayed at the house with three other ND parents for Junior Parents Weekend. House was in a great location and was well equipped for our stay.

ND CFP playoff game vs IU

Five of us stayed at the property for the ND-IU CFP playoff game. The house is great. Everything seemed new / newly renovated, the house was very warm amid a very cold and snowy day, and it is a *perfect* location for an ND football game (or anything ND). We easily walked too and from the game, to and from drummer’s circle, etc. Five of five stars.

Perfect for our event at ND

A group of six of us (3 adults, 3 teens) stayed here for the National Baton Twirling Competition that was held at Notre Dame. This was a perfect house for us both in terms of location and amenities. The only suggestion I have for improvement is that the outdoor furniture could use a hose-down every once in a while. Otherwise - the inside of the house was very clean and all in perfect working order! There were lots of extra blankets and pillows available and the washer and dryer were super handy! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Ideal family gathering spot

My family travelled to South Bend for a wedding. It was an ideal spot for grandparents, parents, children, and small grandchildren to stay. Spotless, roomy, plenty of places to sleep, nice back yard for the young ones to play tag. Cheers!

Great place for our family

Stayed here with my family of 5 and we had more than enough room and we only used one of the many TVs and two of the board games! Excellent location to the events at the school—walking distance for a 7yr old.

Wedding weekend stay

The house is in a quiet neighborhood within an easy walk to campus and Eddy restaurant area. It was clean, well-equipped with toiletries, kitchen items, lush towels and very comfortable beds and bedding. The layout worked nicely for our family members. We appreciated the washer/dryer but did not need to use the bunk beds in the basement with our smaller group.

Property clean and as advertised. Nice AC and great backyard setup. About 10 min walk to reach campus. Bill was very easy to communicate with and would definitely recommend for any larger group visiting ND

Clean, comfortable, great location

Great location, just a few blocks walk from Eddy Street or Notre Dame Campus main gate. Great owner who responded to requests and questions within the hour. Showers, towels & linens were excellent, A/C worked well and the property was clean and well-equipped for our stay. Highlight of the stay (in addition to the perfect weather) was the great outdoor area with grill, gas firepit, and plenty of seating.

Perfect place for an ND visit! Will book again!

Wow, Bill is probably the most organized and considerate VRBO host I've worked with. He's thought of everything one might need at his properties. This place had everything we needed and more! It was perfect for our family which included 3 children 3 and under. SO close to campus. Wish we got to enjoy it longer, but our travels stranded us in Dallas for half of our booked stay. Anyway, we will definitely try to book this place again for the next ND trip. Thanks Bill!

Perfect for what we needed

Bill, the owner, was an absolutely gem to work with. He was able to accommodate our request to get in early. The house was very clean. Tons of extra blankets, pillows and towels. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were good size. One small complaint would be a non slip runner in the bathtub. It was very slippery and actually had a guy fall, thankfully he didn’t get hurt. The complimentary bottle of wine was a great touch. Overall a great experience and would def stay here again. So close to the bars and restaurants and Notre Dames campus.

Great weekend!

This home was the perfect location for our family. We loved that we could walk everywhere! The home was very clean and comfortable. All the extras such as paper supplies, coffee, soaps and shampoos and the bottle of wine that was there to greet us were greatly appreciated. Communication with Bill was excellent from start to finish. The suggestions in the welcome packet were a huge help as well, especially highlighting the things to see on campus. We would highly recommend this home and we hope to be back again soon!

Walking to Notre Dame

This is a great property to stay at if you want to walk to campus or downtown!! We came to town for the Spartan race at Notre Dame. This was the perfect home for us. Bill was great to work with in getting it organized. Can't wait to come back again!!!

Wow!

Fourth Of July is my favorite holiday and this year's was the absolute best. My entire family was able to meet in Mishawaka and spend the entire weekend. We had two VRBO's across the street from each other. Literally, right across the street. This was my house and boy did I get the better end of the deal. From the very beginning of the rental my host was pleasant and communicative. The emailed information was awesome, and the printed information when we got to the house blew us away! My only complaint was that we did not go to the house before we did our shopping as there many things we didn't need to buy. The house comes pretty well stocked with condiments and dressings, maybe not all, but a good variety. The beds were hotel quality beds and linens. The house itself is setup for comfort and fun. We had 7 people and could have easily fit another 7 sleeping. Much of our time was spent in the backyard, with comfortable patio furniture and a variety of games folks from 6-60 had a blast. I would highly recommend this rental.

Outstanding stay in South Bend

This property (and property owner) checked every box on our wish list for a family wedding in South Bend. The house was spacious, well maintained, and in a great neighborhood close to Eddy Street and the ND campus. We highly recommend this property if you are in the area for any activity. The property owner was outstanding in our communication leading up to and during our stay. We will definitely consider staying at this property when we are in the area again. Thanks for making our stay in South Bend for a family wedding very memorable.

As an involved ND alum and proud father of one, I found myself traveling back to campus many times during the year. I grew tired of the hotels and other rental options available in the area and decided to fulfill my dream of owning a home at ND. I helped pay for this dream by renting it out for some football games. One thing led to another and now I have several homes that are all less than a mile from the stadium. My homes are now 100% short-term rentals only and I remodeled and decorated them with that in mind. Having traveled extensively myself for many years, I strive to provide the amenities of a nice hotel with the comfort of home. I have partnered with a very professional cleaning company and linen service to thoroughly clean and sanitize between guests. I have also partnered with the Center for the Homeless and use some of the revenue from these rentals to sponsor their guests. I love sharing my homes and my love for ND and would be honored to have you as my guest!
