SoCo Cool! Huge, stylish and great location!

Super comfy, extra large, 3 bed, 2 bath condo that backs up to a peaceful open space off our back patio, while out front is the pool, cabanas, BBQ, and the energetic South Congress neighborhood. Just a few blocks from downtown, and the convention center.

We also have a newly renovated clubhouse that includes a new fitness center, a games room with free arcade games, Skee-Ball, and foosball, and a gathering space. We are conveniently located steps from TONS of live music, restaurants, + shops

We love to travel ourselves, and after spending countless nights in AirBnBs and hotels we know it can be kind of a crap shoot, so wanted to create a fun space that had the best of what we liked and avoid the stuff that we don't like. A clean well maintained space in a great location.

Really comfortable mattresses and beds, high thread count soft sheets and towels, strong showers with rain fall shower heard, and lots of other little extras.
Someplace homey, comfortable and fun! Someplace that feels like the city your visiting and has more style than a generic hotel room. Fyi, occasionally we have really low last-minute prices if we have a cancelation or something, so jump on those fast.

This is a very large apartment, designed by Austin locals to be a fun comfy, sparkly home away from home right in the heart of everything. The apartment is well air-conditioned (it gets hot in Austin). Whether it's nightlife, brunch or hike along the lake, it's all right there. We're located near a ton of great places in Austin and right in the middle of all the South Congress fun. There is easy free parking on-site and the apartment has easy access to S. Congress Ave. and the neighborhood and a few blocks from downtown and the convention center.

We want you to feel right at home in our place and our city. So if there's anything we can do to prep for or help you out during your visit don't hesitate to ask! Even with the current situation, there is still always something amazing going on in Austin, and we'll be happy to give you some great tips on where to find the best of it. whether it's live music, fantastic food, or the lowdown on what's going down while you're here. Our place sleeps large groups comfortably. We have 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a fold out queen couch, all with top rated memory foam mattresses, and 3 separate bedrooms. There is also 2 fold-flat futon couches, and queen size 21" air mattresses are available if you have a really big group and don't want to be separated.

You'll have a coffee maker and coffee for when you don't feel like walking over to Jo's for an iced latte. A Sonos sound system for when you need to hear more of that amazing band you were listening to last night. TVs all over the home with DirectTV, HBO and Netflix, etc. for when you any of you just want to stay in. A full kitchen if ya want to cook, and a large washer and dryer if you want clean clothes for the next stop.

While we always take cleanliness very seriously, we understand the extra importance right now and are prioritizing and go above and beyond the best recommended Covid 19 sanitizing and disinfecting protocols.

You have exclusive access to the whole apartment as well as use of the pool, BBQs, fitness center, games room, and common areas. We have a coded self check in process that allows your group to arrive and leave at their leisure and no need to coordinate keys.

We have a whole team and try to be available day or night to help with anything at all to make your visit amazing.

We are located in the vibrant local SoCo neighborhood steps from music, food, downtown, the river and Zilker park, and the convention center and Rainey St. are just beyond.

We have free covered parking on site for one car. other free parking for more vehicles. Left and Uber are never more the minutes away. scooters and bikes are also always on the ground and nearby.

Rule number one: Have fun!

We have no minimum stay on weekdays.

April 2025 are fine for single day reservations. Otherwise, Friday and Saturday must be booked together on weekends for a 2-night minimum stay.

Occasionally there is a 3- night minimum during holidays or special events (SXSW, ACL, F1, etc.). That isn't very often and we can be very flexible with that, so just check in with me.

We are always willing to consider special circumstances or needs, just message us with any special requests, questions, or potential exceptions to the house rules prior to booking. I'm happy to try and work with you.

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace or outside, please.

No glitter or confetti. It takes a HazMat team to get rid of that stuff.

Pets are usually very welcome at no extra charge, but please check with me first.
