Cette belle maison de ville vient de terminer sa rénovation. Il est parfaitement situé dans les villages de Camelback au sommet de la montagne. TrÚs proche des pistes.

Cette unité peut accueillir confortablement 10 et dispose d'une télévision à écran plat dans chaque chambre. Il dispose de 2 unités de climatisation et de ventilateurs de plafond qui maintiennent la maison trÚs fraßche les jours d'été les plus chauds.

Le salon joliment dĂ©corĂ© dispose d'un foyer au bois et d'un joli bar avec Ă©vier pour votre dĂ©tente. Il y a un canapĂ©-lit gigogne dans le salon. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec de nouveaux plats, casseroles, poĂȘles, argenterie, tasses Ă  cafĂ©, verres, etc. Et a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir comme chez vous.

La terrasse extérieure, qui s'enroule autour de l'unité, est parfaite pour les repas à l'extérieur ou simplement pour se détendre. Avec l'une des vues les plus spectaculaires de tout Tannersville, n'hésitez pas à apporter des hamburgers et des chiens pour cuisiner sur le nouveau barbecue, ou allumez ces steaks en T si vous le souhaitez.

De nouveaux appareils électroménagers ont été installés dans toute la maison, y compris le réfrigérateur, la laveuse et la sécheuse. C'est comme votre maison loin de chez vous pour rendre vos vacances aussi simples et agréables que possible.

We loved our time at the pocono’s, the house was so close to camelback mountain. The scenery was beautiful and lots to do. Wasn’t enough hot water to use the jacuzzi tub and the stopper didn’t really work, other than that it’s an amazing property.

Mediocre at best

Overall stay was ok, it was the little things that added up getting the mediocre rating. With the property we got attacked by very aggressive hornets on deck as there was a nest that we were not informed of. Hot tub didn’t work, rusty screws in upstairs bathtub, toaster defective, place was not cleaned very well. None of the remotes worked and there were no batteries and no instructions on general house rules or usage. With the community the hot tub did not work, it was cold water and the sauna didn’t work. Unfortunately this could be a great property but needs more care and general over sight for the amount being charged.

Girls birthday weekend

Overall the condo was not bad but it was not the greatest experience we have had in a rental property. When we got there the code to unlock the door was wrong so we stood outside for 15 minutes while the owner gave us the correct code. The house was clean on the inside but the outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work so we had to do our hair in the bedrooms. When we tried to message the owner about this we never got a response. The lights for the ceiling fans didn’t work in the downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen was minimally stocked with only one frying pan. The house overall was pretty clean and decorated well. The views were beautiful and the community was very safe.

JUST AMAZING!!

Our family found ourselves without a home when we unexpectedly sold our house much quicker than we ever expected (It sold before we had a chance to put it on the market). We have two children (ages 20 and 21), two dogs, and a cat. We had purchased another home in the Poconos but were in the process of renovating it and could not move into it by the time our house closed on July 31, 2017. Our immediate goal became obvious: To be near our house in the Poconos, find a nice home that we could that took animals and of course, be affordable. This was no small feat! We found such a home--a three-bedroom condo at the Villages on Camelback Mountain in Tannersville. Our entire family, animals and all, moved into the place at the end of July. The condo is nestled in the Villages just up the road from Camelback Resort. It offers lovely forest views and was quite comfortable. It was nice to have such a large condo so that we could get comfortable. The condo was close to all that the Poconos have to offer—fine restaurants, water parks, hiking, casinos, and other attractions. We took advantage of all of these during our stay. It was also within 10 minutes of the Commons Outlets and Route 80. Even though one felt very secluded in the mountains, we were always close to everything. And the views were just fantastic. I loved taking our dogs for walks through the many hiking trails that the Villages have to offer. In addition, the pool and workout gym from the Villages were great! The owner, Mike Bernstein, was so accommodating and responsive. We ultimately stayed in the condo for four and a half months. And Mike quickly met any of our needs ranging from getting us more wood for the fireplace to fixing a dripping faucet. We highly recommend Mike’s condo, either for short term stays to take advantage of all the Pocono’s have to offer or for long term stays when you are relocating.

Dishonest, Misleading - Don't trust

At the time I booked this, the owner was marketing this unit as easy walk to the slopes. The unit is actually about a 1/2 mile to the slopes on very hilly terrain. Way too much for a skier in boots and carrying gear. Owner claimed he didn't know how far his unit is from the slopes because he isn't a skier. But said he revised the website description. After his edit, it read: "“Very close to the slopes. Renters tell me they walk to the slope all the time” Clearly, he wants to continue to pretend his unit is walking distance to the slopes even though he certainly knows it is not. Very dishonest. I splurged for a ski in/out ski weekend, and was tricked by a classic bait and switch scam. Buyer beware: if you intent is to ski, you will need to drive to the slope, in which case there are cheaper options nicer than this one.

The place was nicer than the pics even portrayed it. Mike was super ez to work with and returned all of our calls within an hour as promised! It was so beautiful we extended our stay by one day and my sons still didn't want to leave! We would definitely stay there again!!!!

Amazing Girl's Weekend - 50th!!!

We rented this gorgeous house to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. Mike even had his cleaning crew decorate with balloons before we arrived! House was immaculate and fully equipped for us. We spent the days just hanging out, hiking, and we had a spa day at Kalahari. A well deserved getaway for all of us and we plan to come again in the spring.

A beautiful home in a fantastic location. Loved every aspect of it!

Very spacious, and nicely renovated. The home is towards the top of Mt. Pocono but is right next to Camelback and the outlet shopping. The community has helpful staff and a decent indoor pool. Overall it is a beautiful home that we would definitely return to.

Enjoyable stay for all

Rented this home for a weekend ski trip and it was the perfect home. Located right on the mountain with plenty of room for myself and guests. Beautiful views and quiet location. Overall a great rental for any occasion!!!

Great rental. One less bed that expected

Overall the townhouse was very nice. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. It is at a superb location just 2 min from Camelback ski resort. The shared amenities of tennis courts/basketball and pool were great. The house also had plenty of towels. The only problem I had with the rental was that in the description it says that it comfortably sleeps 10 and there are a total of 4 beds. The description said: 3 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10 Bedroom 2 - 2 queen Bedroom 3 - 1 queen Loft - 1 queen , Has full bathroom However, bedroom 2 only had 1 queen bed. As a result, 2 people in my party had to sleep on the floor. Other than this, the rental was great and we had a great time. I would definitely change the rental description though as it was very misleading.

A perfect vacation!!!

The pictures don't show the real beauty of this townhouse. The skylights over the dining nook, along with the huge windows on two sides not only let in a ton of natural light, but provided a spectacular view while we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The couches? OMG so comfortable!!!!! We discovered a ton of board games in the trunk that serves as a coffee table - what I nice surprise. There are also some books in the cabinet next to the fireplace. My Dad enjoyed reading in the sun drenched living room. There is literally nothing one needs on a vacation that wasn't in this house. The kitchen is beautifully stocked with cooking utensils, a fully stocked spice rack, pots, pans, bowls, and various electric appliances that I couldn't even begin to list - all tucked neatly away in the cabinets. There are plenty of plates, bowls, glasses of every kind and a ton of silverware - al beautifully color coordinated (see the photos of the dining table) The layout of the kitchen works really well for cooking a meal. There were even glasses in the freezer - nice touch!!!! The beds were super comfortable, we slept like logs. The loft bedroom has it's own bathroom with a walk in shower - no stepping over the tube wall. This was perfect for my 85 year old dad. There are two molded plastic seats in the shower where he could sit while he showered, I didn't have to worry about him slipping and falling, and he loved the shower. The water pressure was phenomenal! The two downstairs bedrooms were bright and airy and beautifully decorated. The Jacuzzi was heaven after a day on the slopes. Even though we were on vacation, some cleaning had to occur and there is plenty of cleaning and laundry supplies on hand. As I stated - there is NOTHING that one would need that isn't in this house. It was just perfect. It snowed this past Friday and even before I could worry about my Dad walking on the wooden walkway to get to the car, someone came by and shoveled the walkway. That was so thoughtful! The porch off the living room wraps around the house to the dining nook so the dog could go out there for some fresh air and sun, we could see here at all times and because there is a wire mesh on the railings, she couldn't fall out between the rails. It was very secure. You can even let children out on the porch and they would be perfectly safe. This was the best vacation I've had in several years. The beautiful accommodations made it all wonderful. Thank you for sharing your home!!!!

New, cute, quaint, yet surprisingly spacious condo

Arrived at the house Friday evening with clear instructions for accessing the condo. My immediate reaction was that it was very large for a townhouse and definitely felt like a single-family home. The house was very clean with folded towels, sheets, along with new sponges for the dishes. One of the only criticisms I will give it was they only supplied one roll of paper towels and toilet paper per bathroom. The house is truly only a 2 minute drive from Camelback. I wouldn't call it ski on/ski off, but still very easy access to the mountain. The house has 3 bedrooms but comfortably sleeps 8. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom along with a massive jacuzzi tub. The 3rd "bedroom" is a loft on the 3rd floor which had its own bath. It was fine for our guests but it was above and open to the living room which can be loud (just a heads up, would be good to give this room to children. Mike is very friendly as well as responsive and the unit provides almost everything you may need for your stay. Very convenient!!! Will definitely be back!!

Pictures don't do this place justice! Gorgeous!

My girlfriends and I rented this for a weekend away and it was wonderful! The location is spectacular and the home was gorgeous inside; fireplace, the bedrooms, the kitchen and living space! The views are so pretty and all the windows and sky lights let in a ton of natural light. The layout was so nice and we couldn't say enough to one another about how nice it was. We will be using this again in the future.

This was a great unit. Clean with all the amenities we needed. I would definitly recommend and stay there again. Owner easy to deal with. Loved that the master was upstairs and my kids were downstairs! ;)

I had a major life changing experience when I had 2 major brain surgeries and my heart stopped 3 times in 2009. Sadly, it took these events for me to decide to live life to the fullest while I am still on Earth. I always wanted to have a refuge where the family could spend together without the distractions of everyday life. Hence, we purchased our mountain home and have made and continue to make wonderful memories!
