DESIGNER DÉCORÉ !!
Ce condo décoré de designer est au 3ème étage avec une belle vue sur les montagnes, la cascade et une piscine lagon pittoresque. Il est pratique pour le club-house, le centre de fitness et le parking. Et oui, il y a un ascenseur !!

C'EST CALME ICI!
Ce condo est loin des bruits de la rue. C'est calme ici, sauf pour les sons de la cascade et les oiseaux dans les immenses pins.

CECI EST UN ÉNORME CONDO 1BR !!
885 pieds carrés plus le patio! Le plan d'étage est incroyablement bien conçu. De nombreux condos d'une chambre sont de longs rectangles avec le salon à l'avant et la chambre à l'arrière. Ce plan d'étage est un rectangle double largeur, donc votre salon et votre chambre sont à l'avant et les deux ont des portes coulissantes sur le patio. L'ensemble du condo est lumineux et lumineux! Vous apprécierez la différence!

April 2019 stay at Jo-Ann's Anazani condo

This was our second stay at Anazani but the first in Jo Ann's 3rd floor unit. Kitchen is very well stocked and there are loads to towels, pillows, etc. We particularly enjoyed sipping our morning coffee or evening cocktail out on the balcony to the relaxing sounds and views of the waterfall feature in the main pool area. Hoping to be back again next year.

Enjoyed our stay and plan to return

Anasazi is a wonderful place to stay and we already have plans to return. Jo Ann's vacation rental unit is as described and shown in the listing - spacious and comfortable. A few things are showing their age, wear and tear but still functional so not a big issue for us. Jo Ann is a very attentive host - we appreciated that she contacted us to ensure we had checked in successfully and had everything we needed. She also responded immediately when we had some problems with the tv remote and wifi.

Not clean

The apartment was not clean upon arrival. There were cobwebs everywhere. The fire alarm's battery was dead and was beeping. The light bulbs were dead in many of the lights. The bathroom had mold growing in it. However, the checkin process could not be easier. Accurate listing in gated community with pools. Fitness center extremely small and had broken/missing equipment. Property manager sent over a water heater technician when the place did not have a water heater.

Winter Getaway

Anasazi is in a great location. It is convenient to shopping, golf, restaurants and attractions. The grounds are very well kept. The view from the unit we stayed in was excellent, but the unit could use updating.

Spacious condo

Condo was spacious with a private balcony overlooking the pool. Condo has washer/dryer. Many stores and places to eat nearby. Complex has 5 pools.

AZ versus Virus

Great location and just right size for us. Need carpet deep cleaned and just a couple of brighter rugs in kitchen and bath. Flat ware was a variety of spoon etc. On the whole all small problems tolerable. Jo Ann very helpful. Have recommended it to friends for next winter.

Beautiful view of pools and waterfalls

Love JoAnns condo in Anasazi. Very spacious with comfy bed. It could use a little update but that didn’t bother us. Love the location with lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. The grounds are beautifully maintained with options of 5 swimming pools to choose from. Would definately recommend staying here!!

Jo Ann, is very nice and accommodating, the apartment, fit my needs very well. It is close to public transit and shopping. I do contract work and hate staying in hotels, this place was just right for me and very comfortable. Thank you Jo Ann.

Great location!

‘Love the location near pools, walking/biking trail, golf and shopping. The grounds were beautifully landscaped and clean. The condo overlooked a pool with the sound of gentle waterfalls. ‘Would have given 5 stars if the condo kitchen and bath had been updated. Overall, the stay was a good value in a great location!

The area is perfect!

Location was fantastic. Everything you need was close by! I could have walked to the Mall, movie theater,and Costco if it wouldn’t have been so hot out! It was quiet at night and people were friendly! Great pool right behind the building! The condo itself was comfortable, but needs to be updated. Otherwise I would still rate it a 4 star!

Great Anasazi location

This is our 6th year staying in an unit at Anasazi. You can't beat the location and the well maintained facility. This was the first year in this unit, on the 3rd floor. While it wasn't as updated as some of the units we stayed in, in the past, it served our needs. Jo Ann is a great owner who responded quickly when we had a sudden problem with a broken refrigerator. This unit is quiet with no street noise. Plan on staying here next year again, and are looking forward to it.

Ruhige Unterkunft in guter Lage

Wir haben die 4 Wochen genossen. Die Anlage war sicher, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Nette Bewohner und tolle Pools, die wir fast alleine für uns hatten. Von der Wohnung aus konnte man eine Vielzahl von Unternehmungen starten. Leichte Abstriche, weil die Wohnung ein wenig abgewohnt war.

Anasazi Village 314B, Bldg.11

It was very convenient to everything, including Mayo Clinic, which was the purpose of our stay. The buildings and grounds are very well kept. We appreciated the view of the pool and clubhouse, rather than looking at someone's patio. Loved the washer/drier in unit, free long distance calls everywhere in U.S. and the spaciousness of the unit. The trash, recycling and mail delivery systems are all very convenient.

Beautiful quiet place to enjoy any activity.

As the listing presented, this resort village has many amenities to offer along with it being very quiet and aesthetically appealing. Everything is well maintained both in the condo and on the grounds. The owner of this property is very accommodating and easy to reach. We would definitely choose to stay at this location in the future.

Anasazi Condo

This is our 5th year of a one month stay at these Anasazi Condos They have five pools & juccuzzi's to choose from & a short scenic walk to a golf course. We especially like the patio which overlooks the pools or golf course. We enjoyed many breakfasts , dinners there . Very comfortable super location We recommend these condos highly looking forward to our 6th year !

Relaxing vacation

We arrived just a few minutes before 4:00 PM today. The condo is wonderful. Everything you promised. We are very impressed, and will treat it with the same care as if it were our own. Noticed the new carpeting. Our shoes come off at the door! :) We are looking forward to a very relaxing month.

enjoyed Anasazi

We stayed in this condo Nov 2011, great location in Phoenix, close to shopping and lots of restaurants and a great golf course..Stonecreek. The condo complex is aging, but very well cared for and clean. Only one pool is heated in the off season, and can get pretty busy at times. The unit itself is clean with nice furniture,and a comfy king size bed. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but functional. All in all, we were pleased with our stay. JoAnn is great to deal with and well organized.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I bought my first condo at Anasazi Village 13 years ago. The bookings were so strong that I decided to buy another one! Now I have one on the ground floor and one on the 3rd floor. Perfect. I find some people like the convenience of the ground floor and others love being on a higher floor . Both are designer decorated and model home perfect!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We enjoy walking the Stonecreek Golf Course in the morning. We also LOVE the big lagoon pool! It's like something out of the Flintstones with dramatic, huge boulders and cascading waterfalls. Very cool!
