Welcome to Unit 1086, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the 8th floor of Tower 1 at Shoreline Towers. This luxurious unit offers stunning views of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the vibrant cityscape of Destin. As a special perk, enjoy complimentary beach setup with two chairs and one umbrella during the 2025 season, from March 1 to October 31.

The extended living area features a unique layout, and the fully upgraded kitchen boasts new cabinets, countertops, and brand-new stainless-steel appliances. For added convenience, there's even a TV to enjoy while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast bar with four stools complements the dining room, providing ample space for family gatherings. A separate study includes an oversized desk and a large window offering captivating city and harbor views.

Family get together

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Every year from December 25-30 my daughters and their families meet in Destin for Christmas. For the last seven years we have gathered together at Shoreline Towers and hav e never been disappointed with our accommodations. This year was just as wonderful. Our unit lacked nothing and we will most assuredly book again, same time next year.

Enjoyed our stay, but room for improvement

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was positive, but there is room for improvement. The cleaning of the unit was fair. Found sock and towel in dryer, garbage under couch. Lobby and grounds need a lot of work. The construction has severely degraded both. Location and size of unit are real positives. Sectional is worn and stained, should be replaced.

Disappointing accommodations.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was hot- had to keep the blinds closed at all times in the unit. The unit stayed at 76 degrees during the day and evening. We couldn’t cook in the kitchen, we couldn’t keep the lights on. Most I’ve EVER spent on a vacation. Truly disappointing.
