NEIGHBORHOOD: Growing lakeside community with a blend of new construction and older homes. Sunshine and Whiskey is located in the area of the neighborhood that is mostly newer homes.

INDOOR LIVING: Open concept living, dining and kitchen area with 65-inch smart TV, electric fireplace, Pool Table, board games, and books - all to enjoy in the living room or around the custom kitchen island/dining table. A fully- equipped kitchen featuring some unique extras, like a Margaritaville frozen drink machine and a Ninja Air Fryer.

OUTDOORS: Lie in the hammock, soak in the hot tub, or make some S'mores by the firepit. Outdoor BBQ grill works for both propane and charcoal. Enjoy your meal outside at the dining table under the awning.

GARAGE GAME ROOM: Play Air Hockey, Foosball, Ping-Pong, Shuffleboard & Darts

BEDS/BATHS: Master retreat has a comfy king-size bed with a 50-inch TV, and en-suite full bathroom. Second guest bedroom has a queen bed, 43-inch TV located next to the second full bathroom. The Treehouse Bunk Room features 2 bunk beds (4 twins) and it's own 43-inch TV, perfect for a movie night.

LAKE ACCESS: Community lake access has a fishing dock and a boat ramp, and is just a 5-minute walk from the house. A key is provided for this gated area. If you plan to tow a boat with you, please discuss it with us in advance as parking is limited. Lake levels may affect use of the boat ramp at times, we cannot guarantee availability in advance.

DOGS WELCOME: 2 dogs are welcome. Food and water bowls, pet waste bags, pet blankets and towels for dirty paws (or any other mess) are provided. We do not charge any upfront fees or deposits, please help us keep it that way. Guest are still liable to cover the costs associated with any excessive mess or damages left behind by pets or people. IMPORTANT NOTE: For smaller breeds, the fencing surrounding is a little high off the ground in some areas. Please plan accordingly to make sure your smaller pets are leashed if needed to keep them inside the yard.

GUEST TRADITIONS/BOTTLE COLLECTIONS: We started with 15 empty liquor/wine bottles displayed - our guests started the tradition early on off leaving their empty bottles behind, and we love it! The collection has grown to well over 100 bottles! We encourage our guests that would like to participate to continue this tradition. We are looking for ways to add new display areas soon, so we can continue the tradition as long as possible.

SUPPLIES: A starting supply of the following items are included: coffee, filters, sweeteners, creamer, salt, pepper, cooking oils, toilet paper, dishwashing and laundry supplies, trash bags. Items may/may not last your entire stay, please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Firewood is not included in our rates but can be provided for a $10/bundle. Each bundle contains 4-6 logs depending on size and a fire starter log. Just make arrangements with us in advance of your stay.

Propane is provided for the grill, but charcoal is not. If there is anything more you would like for your stay, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make arrangements whenever possible.

CHRISTMAS TREE: A decorated Christmas tree is provided during the holiday season. It is usually put up right before Thanksgiving, and taken down right after New Years.

PET OWNERS: Please take note that the fencing surrounding the home is a little high off the ground in some spots and may leave room for some smaller pets to find an escape route. Guests with smaller breeds should plan accordingly to ensure their pet stays within the yard, or on a leash if needed.

RURAL AREA/ANIMALS: Just like people, all types of animals and bugs also like being near the water. Home and yard are treated by a pest control service on a regular schedule to keep the unwanted visitors to a minimum, to the extent that this is possible. It is not uncommon to spot raccoons, foxes, snakes, frogs, bugs, spiders, stray cats/dogs in all areas around Cedar Creek Lake.

GARAGE GAME ROOM: Air Conditioning and Heating are NOT provided for the garage area. The temperature in this area of the home will be totally dependent upon the weather.

DOGS WELCOME: Those with pet allergies should take into consideration before booking, that even after thorough cleaning, we can not guarantee a 100% absence of pet dander.

EMPTY BOTTLES/DISPENSER: The beverage rack located on the wall next to the pool table and kitchen is primarily for decorative purposes. Please do not attempt to use this for dispensing beverages, or remove any of the empty bottles. You are free to use the wine glasses.
