The Space:
Welcome to our piece of paradise on Cedar Creek Lake! This serene lake front property sits directly on open water perfect for swimming, fishing, and pulling in and out water crafts with it's own private boat launch and mooring poles for watercrafts. This home is ideal for children and adults needing easy access to getting in and out of the water. This home does NOT have a dock.

Step inside to the stunning home which has a desirable open concept perfect for gatherings allowing great entertainment and flow between the kitchen and living room. The living room has a large mounted smart TV, cozy reclining couch, sleeper sofa and accent chairs, family board games, and sliding glass doors that walks out to the large deck overlooking the backyard paradise and lake.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream with stainless steel appliances, fully stocked cookware, dinnerware, serving-ware, bakeware, coffee bar, and small kitchen appliances. Ample counter space for ideal catering and serving to guests. Find a seat at the breakfast bar and dining room table with plenty of room for everyone!

*Complimentary starter supply of regular and decaf coffee, creamer, sweetener, a variety of cooking spices, salt, pepper, cooking spray, and cooking oil.

Bedroom 1 (sleeps 2): The bright and airy bedroom has a beautiful queen-size bed, two night stands, desk and office chair, mounted smart TV, room darkening curtains, and highly rated mattress and sheets await you. There is an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, laundry room and closet space.

Bedroom 2 (sleeps 5): This bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a full size mattress on the bottom bunk and twin size mattress on the top bunk, twin rollaway bed and mattress, comfortable bean bag chair, and room darkening curtains.

Bedroom 3 (sleeps 4): This bedroom has two full size beds, night stand, and room darkening curtains.

A lovely guest bathroom is located off the main hallway and single sink with storage underneath, and combo bathtub/shower.

The laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, laundry basket, iron, and ironing board.

The backyard oasis features large raised deck that extends across the back of the house and overlooks the backyard. The deck features a dining table and chairs with shaded umbrella, 2 lounge chairs, and hammock. Stay in and cook with an outdoor BBQ grill (propane tank included) and fire pit with seating for roasting marshmallows (complimentary starter smore's kit and firewood included). The backyard has beautiful views of the water and skies. Plenty of backyard games including cornhole, bocce ball and ladder ball to keep guests busy for hours on end! Two kayaks, and life jackets are available free of charge for guests to use. There is a private boat launch at the end of the driveway and mooring poles for guests bringing their own water crafts or rentals.

All Smart TV’s have Roku, Hulu, Netflix, HBO Max, etc. (There are NO LOCAL CHANNELS) You are able to log into your accounts on any of the TV’s.

The home is located within a short 10 minute drive to Main Street in Gun Barrel City which provides quick access to restaurants, shopping, Starbucks, and nearby state parks.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. There are 3 closets locked for owner/cleaners items.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood on Cedar Creek Lake in the city of Mabank, Texas. The neighborhood is all single family homes. The homes are a mix of weekenders and full time residents.

Getting Around:
You can walk/bike around the neighborhood but would recommend a car if you wanted to go to shopping or out to eat. You are just a few miles from the main road with shopping, restaurants, attractions. You are about 15 minutes off highway 175 that runs from Dallas to Athens. You are about 30 minutes from Canton Trade Days!!

Friendly pups are welcome (2 pet max). There is a $50 fee per pet. Depending on the booking channel, the pet fee is sometimes invoiced for after booking confirmation. Pet fee must be paid prior to check-in.

There is a 5 car max per reservation.

Guests will use a keyless entry code and contactless check-in.
