Spacieux front de mer avec 257 pieds de façade sur le Chanel qui mène au lac Tubbs avec un accès à plus de 2000 acres d'eau sur la chaîne Martiny Lakes, où l'on peut observer la grande pêche et la faune. Cette maison offre 3 chambres à coucher, 2 1/2 salles de bains, salon, salle familiale avec cheminée, salle à manger, cuisine avec appareils électroménagers et meubles neufs. Un lit king size, deux lits queen et deux lits bébé. La chambre principale a de la place pour ajouter un matelas pneumatique pour dormir davantage. Il y a un canapé sectionnel et un canapé pour plus d'espace. Foyer extérieur avec sièges. Beaucoup d'espace à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur pour les souvenirs à faire. Deux ponts et un quai complètent l'ensemble. Deux kayaks sont également disponibles. Court trajet en voiture à Barryton pour faire du shopping. Idéal pour se détendre au coin du feu ou explorer la chaîne de lacs Martiny sur le bateau ponton disponible à la location. Séjour minimum de 3 nuits. Une heure et 15 minutes de barrage pour la pêche et près de la terre ferme pour la chasse.

Fun access to lakes

We had a nice stay at the property. Boat rental was mostly beyond our budget (we rented it for one day), but it is a lovely kayak ride over to Tubbs lake from the cabin. Thank you for a nice week!

Nice and quiet

Neighbors were great gave us good advice. Boat ran great and made our stay amazing. Only downside was the thermostat was locked at 72 and everyone complained it was warm even my 70 year old mother who is always cold. We slept 8 and an infant i think 12 would be tight. Overall it was a great place to stay. We enjoyed the deck and time relaxing. I would recommend it to anyone and would stay again. 12

Annual Fishing Getaway

My dad, brother, and I stayed for a few days for our annual fishing trip up north. We enjoyed everything about the place. It’s a beautiful property and very well maintained. The pontoon was perfect for us, despite some trouble the last day but anyone who owns a boat knows things happen. The lakes were beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. This place has plenty of space for everyone and one of the nicest yards around. Host was very responsive and would highly recommend this place for a nice summer getaway.

Great Place

The House is beautiful and clean the property is spacious and quiet, being on the canal was peaceful and fun.The Master Bedroom & Bathroom/Shower were amazing. The Boat was great to have and you catch a ton of fish off the dock and in the canal & Lakes. We wish there was a bit more swimming close by as the closest thing is a boat launch but the owners were amazing at pointing us to multiple very nice beaches within 20 mins. Overall a Great Location to spend a vacation. We had 6 adults and 3 young kids and were not cramped at all. We all Loved it!

Our Michigan Vacation

We loved boating through the open channels and seeing the beautiful vegetation and wildlife on the lake. The house was nice, and had everything we needed for our trip. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and fishing in the canal by the house. Great get-a-way for any family! Owners were very helpful!

Unplugged/ Reboot Trip

Had a great time here! Was nice being able to rent pontoon with the stay. Plenty of water to see and fish. Kids had fun fishing off shore, making s’mores at the fire. Plenty of room inside the house. Was great to get away from the everyday hustle and bustle and unplug for a few days.

Summer Rental

The house was spacious and clean. The host replied to our inquiries in a timely manner and was helpful in providing other info we asked about. It’s a great place for anyone wanting a quiet getaway. Suggestion for Improvement: Allow your guests to adjust the thermostat while they are there Note: The neighbor had firewood at a good price 😀

Girls Weekend!

Rented this house with my Mom and Twin Sister for our birthday weekend - it was great! House is clean and roomy. Hosts are very responsive to questions, but some info was lacking on the check in page. Instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow once we got them. Comfy furniture and beds, clean linens, fast wifi and right on the water. Couldn't ask for more.

If renting a pontoon, one might think there woukd be fuel available. Gas can was furnished, but had to get & pay for our own gas.

Family Vacation

Great family vacation!! The house was very clean and accommodating for my family of 10. We spent the day at Silver Lake which was about an hour and 40 minutes but worth the drive. The kids enjoyed the fishing by the dock. The bonfire at night was very peaceful . Everyone had a great time! Rented the boat for Saturday but we had thunderstorms so we didn't get to go to the surrounding lakes or spend a lot of time on it. Paul was really good about answering all my questions. We will definitely be back again!!

Up North Adventure

House was great for up to 12. We had a little mouse problem and found mouse poo in places we didn’t want to but we caught one and didn’t see anymore the rest of our stay. The fishing wasn’t great from the dock due to being shallow but the kids caught a few and we also went fishing down the street. The house setup was perfect and so was the bonfire pit..although a few broken chairs. along with plenty of serving utensils in the kitchen.. bring your own prep knives if you prefer sharp ones. Downfall.. the cameras we found setup around the house without owner notifying us of them (not happy with finding these having young children with us) and the smell of smoke when we arrived in the house (but the owner explained someone didn’t open the hatch of the fireplace previously). The smoke smell cleared prior to departure. The house size itself was fit for our clan. The shower door in the master bath made me nervous with kids as well due to not on track and being sliding glass so we forbid the kids from using it. There were kids games and cards, internet and fresh air. The house is not on a lake but on a canal that leads to a lake. We would stay here again!

Nice Extended Weekend

Nice house with lots of room. Inside of the house was very clean. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The price of the house was worth it. Communication with the owners was very quick and easy.
