This bright and inviting 2-bedroom condo is the perfect launching pad for year-round fun. Surrounded by trees in a peaceful area, the home is located steps away from a stop on the FREE bus line which will have you at the Main St Station in just 9 minutes, from which you are less than a 10-minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift! After your adventures, retreat to this charming home with its inviting open living area or step onto the balcony to savor breathtaking mountain views.

The Space:
Step inside this 2-bedroom condo and be greeted by a bright space with a rustic mountain charm and impressive views over the surrounding mountains. When you first arrive to the home you will come to a tiled mudroom with a built-in bench with storage space, coat hooks, and shelving with storage bins. This well-thought-out mudroom serves as the perfect space to unload your outdoor gear, keeping the area clutter-free and your belongings neatly organized.

An open and social layout welcomes you from the mud room, where you will first come to the living room. Relax and unwind in this cozy space, where you will find a leather couch and a reclining chair situated atop a large area rug. The comfortable furnishings are situated around the wood burning fireplace with a mounted 55” TV above it. Next to the fireplace is a built-in bookshelf where you will find puzzles as well as informational books on the surrounding area, you never know what hidden gem you may find in the books to go explore. At night, you can turn this area into an extra sleeping space with a queen-size pull-out inside of the leather couch.

From the living room you can step out the sliding glass doors and out onto the back balcony where you will find four metal chairs and a bistro style table. This outdoor area provides the perfect spot to enjoy a snack or your morning coffee while you sit back and enjoy the fresh air and view over the surrounding trees and mountains.

On the other side of the living room, you will find the kitchen and dining area. You will first come to the dining area where you will find a cozy corner dining nook with built-in bench seating and a pull-out bench providing plenty of space to accommodate your group. Opposite the dining table, you’ll find a built-in workspace with a spacious desk and chair, surrounded by cabinets offering extra storage space if needed. Head into the well-laid out kitchen, where you will find a full range of appliances and cookware, so you can easily prepare a delicious meal. The kitchen overlooks the living room, so you don’t have to miss out on a conversation while you meal prep. Plus, you'll appreciate the calming view of the trees through the kitchen window as you tackle the dishes. Guests will also have access to a stacked washer and dryer in a closet off of the kitchen.

When you are ready to tuck in for the night, this cozy retreat offers two comfortable bedrooms with abundant natural light and plush carpeting. The master bedroom provides beautiful views right from the king-size Sleep Number Bed, customizable for individual comfort. The bed rests on a platform frame with built-in storage drawers, and a closet with cabinets adds extra storage space. The bedroom includes an ensuite bathroom with a single-sink vanity with ample storage and a soothing steam shower, perfect for relaxing tired muscles. The second bedroom is perfect for sharing, offering twin beds with a nightstand in between. A corner desk and chair by the window create a functional workspace for any remote work needs. Additionally, the room includes a 42” TV and a closet with built-in shelves. A full bathroom, conveniently located between the two bedrooms, features a single-sink vanity with under-sink storage and a bathtub/shower combo.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, a balcony, and 2 parking places in the shared parking lot in front of the building. Parking is first come, first served, there are no reserved spots.

The Neighborhood:
This charming condo is situated in the Baldy area, a paradise for hiking enthusiasts with both the Baldy and Boreas Pass Loop trailheads nearby perfect for summer hiking adventures. Another great option is to enjoy a sunny day with a visit to the Blue River, just an 11-minute drive from the home, where you have endless opportunities for fishing and kayaking. In the fall the Boreas Pass turns into an explosion of fall colors from the aspens changing colors making for a beautiful scenic drive. In the wintertime, you are less than 20 minutes away from Breckenridge Ski Resort and under 10-minutes from the BreckConnect Gondola getting you out on the slopes in no time. For those who enjoy learning more about the history of an area, be sure to visit the nearby Breckenridge Sawmill Museum or Washington Mine and Milling Exhibit for a look at the history of this area. If you are looking for a bit more city life you are under a 10-minute drive from Breckenridge's historic Main Street, where you will find a bustling area of eateries, breweries, shops, boutiques, and entertainment options to enjoy.

Getting Around:
Experience the perfect blend of serenity and convenience at this mountain home. Surrounded by tranquil nature yet just minutes from downtown, it offers the best of both worlds. Just a few steps outside your front door, you will find the Rock Ridge bus stop on the Boreas Pass Loop of the free Summit Stage, which takes you, not only to Main St. Station, but all the way to the gondola lot. The bus will drop you off just steps from the gondola and it can conveniently take you to Peak 7 and/or 8. There's no need to even walk 10 minutes in ski boots!
Uber/Lyft are always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

To reach the home, guests will need to go up two staircases totaling 17 steps.

Please note that smoking and pets are strictly not allowed.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.

Breck ski trip

Great location—place as described. Fully stocked. Master bed very comfortable!! Steam room in master bath was nice touch. Just an fyi…owner doesn’t supply firewood so if you want just grab at the market in town.

The perfect little mountain hideaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at this meticulously thought-out condo. You felt more like you were in someone's home than a ski rental property. The amenities were above expectations, and the communication and virtual guest guide made everything about our stay in Breck clear and easy to understand. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything you could need, with labels everywhere, making it easy to find things. The master bath has a built-in steam bath, which was a nice bonus, and we used the wood-burning fireplace every night after a long day on the slopes. We were a party of 4, with two adults and two teens, so the second guest room worked for the adult-sized teens, giving them each a bed. My friend had a #HUGE master bed, and I slept on the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper was as comfortable as a normal bed, and there were plenty of additional pillows and bedding for it. The entryway has a small vestibule with an external door and internal door, plus a heater built in to keep shoes/boots/coats warm. Check-in was a breeze (digital code lock), and communication with the property managers worked well. The only concern I had was the parking. It states there are two parking spaces allocated. however, the three condos and 12 units do not accommodate 24 cars. For most of our stay, we could find a spot, but because there are others who own and live in the condos, there were definitely more cars parked there in a space large enough for 15-17 cars maybe (with snow)
