Peaceful Setting! Short Walk to Peak 9/Main St.
Updated condo in the coveted Powderhorn building with fabulous river setting nestled in the pines. Listen to the the blue river that runs just behind the complex from the deck. Enjoy the ski-in convenience, being just steps to the Quicksilver Chairlift and all the shops and restaurants that downtown Breckenridge has to offer. The building includes underground parking, elevators and use of the Columbine pool and hot tubs.

• 2 bedroom/2 bathroom.
• Master bedroom features a queen bed.
• Second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle underneath.
• Gas fireplace located in the living room.
• Open concept kitchen, dining and living area.
• Dining table with seating for 6.
• Kitchen bar with additional bar seating for 4.
• Living room features a comfortable pull out couch with two oversized chairs and a rocking chair.
• Covered balcony with bistro table, and two chairs. Peaceful in-the-woods setting, overlooking the blue river.
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Fast internet: 417 Mbps download and 5.36 up
Building Features and Amenities:
• Elevator
• One dedicated parking spot in the underground garage and one spot in the unassigned, first-come, first-serve outdoor parking lot.
Guests have access to the Columbine pool:
• Approximately a 3 minute walk from the condo. It features 4 outdoor hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool.
• Winter hours are 12pm-9pm
• Summer hours are 10am-9pm.
• This location is closed fall and spring. Current planned pool closure dates:
- Spring Maintenance 2026: 4/26/2026 – 5/21/2026
- Fall Maintenance 2026: 9/27/26 - 10/30/26
Location:
• Brief walk to the Quicksilver Lift and base of Peak 9/The Village. Approximately 350 yards or .2 miles from the building. * Peak 9 may be closed early and/or late season and is dependent on snowpack and mountain operations. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations.
• Walkable to Main Street Station shops and restaurants (approximately 350 yards or .2 miles). Main Street is just on the other side of Main Street Station.
*The property is across a short walk from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the base of Peak 9. While Airbnb considers this ski-in/out, we want to fully disclose that you cannot ski right up to the front door of the condo.

Parking Limit: 2 - additional or oversized vehicles that cannot fit into the garage (height restriction 6'1") or a standard parking spot would need to park at a Breckenridge overnight pay lot. More information can be found at Breckpark.

• The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials. We also provide complimentary salt and pepper, coffee and tea, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, and a sponge.
