This quaint home enjoys a prime location on a quiet street, just a short bike ride to Seaside, and within a half-mile of the nearest public beach access (Ramsgate Beach Access). It's the perfect location away from the crowds, yet still close enough to enjoy all the incredible restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Some of the attractions you will find nearby include Grayton Beach State Park, Point Washington State Forest, Blue Mountain Beach, Camp Helen State Park, Gulf Place Town Center, Topsail Hill Preserve State Park, and Conservation Park.
This charming home offers a bright and airy open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. There are two living areas on opposite sides of the floor plan, offering inviting furniture and TVs so you don't have to fight over the remote. Right in the middle is the well-appointed chef's kitchen, which is complete with all stainless steel appliances. French glass doors lead you to the enclosed backyard, which boasts a deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
