Are you in need of a vacation rental with plenty of space to spread out? With enough room for 12 guests, this home can accommodate large and multigenerational families, as well as friend groups and reunion getaways.

Guests can choose between five cozy, curated bedrooms: one on the first floor, and four on the second floor. Bathrooms aren't an issue either – with a full and half bathroom located on each floor (one with a claw foot bathtub!), getting ready in the mornings will be a breeze! When it's time to plan out the day's activities as a group, you can convene on the sectional sofa in the comfy living room or in the adjacent seating area. These are also a great place to wind down at the end of the day with a movie, or to host a game night. The kids in your group (and the kids at heart) will also be sure to love the many whimsical play areas located throughout the home. In the lower level, a converted basement offers a recreational space with ping pong and foosball tables, dart board, TV and high-top table - perfect for rainy day activities!

Not a morning person? You might actually enjoy them here! Brew a cup of coffee to enjoy on the front porch swing, or in the second floor seating area overlooking the backyard. When it's time to prepare a meal, you'll be sure to enjoy a well appointed kitchen that has been stocked with everything needed to prepare a gourmet feast. Attached to the kitchen, is a large dining area with enough seating for the whole group!

While the interior is comfortable and spacious, you'll probably be dying to get outside where the magic really happens. The grassy, beautifully landscaped back and side yards are huge. We also wouldn't judge you if you spent your entire vacation poolside, swimming, and sunning on our umbrella-covered lounge chairs. The heated in-ground pool is open to guests from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Take a dip when the weather's hot, then gather around the tranquil outdoor fire pit space for conversation and marshmallow roasting. On cooler nights any time of year, when the air is crisp and the stars are bright in the sky, there's nothing more magical than a soak in our private hot tub. Relax and enjoy the total privacy of this backyard patio space.

Additional Information
The swimming pool is typically open from May through Labor Day, weather depending, and is set to a comfortable 80 degrees.
