Vous serez sûr d'apprécier la combinaison du charme du vieux monde et de l'artisanat, ainsi que des équipements modernes de cette maison! Profitez de la piscine privée, de la torréfaction des s'mores au feu de camp, d'une partie de basket-ball ou tout simplement d'une courte promenade en ville pour la crème glacée de Sherman. Le stationnement ne sera pas un problème car cette maison est située à seulement deux pâtés de maisons de tout ce que les gens aiment à South Haven! Veuillez noter que les tables de ping-pong et de billard sont situées dans la salle de jeux du garage non chauffée.

La piscine devrait être fermée le 30 septembre ou aux alentours de cette date. Si vous êtes intéressé à rester une semaine complète en basse saison, de septembre à avril, veuillez envoyer une demande avec vos dates de voyage et nous serons heureux de fournir des prix hebdomadaires pour votre voyage. Si un animal passe des vacances avec vous, des frais non remboursables seront ajoutés lors de l'approbation de votre demande de réservation.

Family getaway

The location is great - easily walkable to the beach and downtown. Check-in was very easy. Everyone enjoyed the pool, fire pit, pool table and ping pong table. There were a lot of pool floats in the garage as well as sand toys and a beach wagon. The fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs.

South Haven with family

The house was everything we wanted and more! Great location, plenty of room, every amenity we could have wanted. The pool was great and our entire group - from ages 4 to 75 had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay again.

South Haven Perfect Location

This property was very comfortable for a big group. There is a great pool, several outdoor porches and a firepit, and a barn with a pool table. It is close to town and the lake. The rooms were comfortable. The six bedrooms upstairs all had fans as well as a/c and were nice and cool. I worried that an older home may not be cool upstairs but that was not the case. We had 14 people and with the four different shower/bathrooms it was no problem. Great time with all ages in our family.

Christmas 2023

This house is comfortable, warm and spacious. The location to downtown, parks and shoreline is perfect. Every bed was a welcome retreat. We will return to this house that accommodates 10+ adults and a toddler.

Lots of fun things to do!

Great pool, out door fire pit area was very nice. Great location to walk to downtown and beach. Only reason not a 5 is lack of tvs in several bedrooms, tvs very difficult to work, with no instructions.

Great fall break in South Haven

We rented this home with 3 families—kids ranging 9-17. Had a wonderful stay. Perfect location with plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved basketball and hottub, parents loved fire pit. Thank you!!

Fall getaway

We were a family of 13 celebrating an 80th birthday. The house accommodated us quite comfortably. We enjoyed that we could walk to the beach and downtown. There was plenty of thing to keep our young grandsons busy. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped.

Amazing House with Endless Entertainment

Everyone in our group loved the house. Beyond the fact that the house was in pristine condition and included thoughtful conveniences, its amenities made our trip a pleasure. The hot tub and pool worked well, we grilled and played bocci on the lawn, and the patio lights were beautiful. Also, management was very helpful and attentive in ensuring a great stay. Thanks, and we hope to be back again soon!

South Haven Summer

The Ross House was a perfect destination for our family of 16 (10 adults and 6 children from ages 3 to 19) to meet from near and far! The house was so charming and easily accommodated us! The kitchen was well-equipped and the outdoor amenities exceeded all expectations!! The pool, hot tub, game room, fire pit and porches provided spots for endless activities for all members of the family. And, the location could not be more perfect -- easily walkable to the beach, the harbor, the lighthouse, multiple playgrounds as well as the quaint downtown shopping/dining area. There could not be a more perfect location to enjoy all that South Haven has to offer!

The location and neighborhood was so great, cleaning very good, Bathrooms locks were broken and the hot spa was not working that was disappointed. Need more update inside the house

Perfect House, Close to Everything But You Don't Need to Leave

We had such a great time at this house. Our extended family of 11 people went and we were so pleased with the Ross house. The pool was fantastic-the kids spent all their time in it. The hot tub was great. The house was amply stocked with pool floats, toys, games and everything you could need to make the stay comfortable. The kitchen was great and there were plenty of areas to eat inside and out. Our favorite part was making nightly fires in the firepit and sitting out until late. The house was located close to town and walking distance to the beach. It was the perfect place. We hope to be back.

Nice house, property managers could use improvement

The house was great - it is huge, has 7 bedrooms and lots of outdoor space. Our kids loved the basketball hoop and playing pool in the garage area, though the garage was full of a lot of pool supplies so it was pretty difficult to navigate - getting to the ping pong table was very difficult. The house was decently clean but we did find more than one left over sock under the beds so that was gross. My main issue was with the property management group. When we arrived there was some one in the drive because the hot tub was broken. He wasn't able to fix it so they sent someone out the next day. The maintenanc person they sent was planning on emptying the hot tub into the yard while we were there (I only found this out as I went outside and saw the hose from the tub into the yard). We asked them not to because we didn't want the yard to turn into a swamp and freeze over at night (we were with 4 kids and 2 dogs). He called the the management company to let them know of our concern and then he left. I then called to request a late check out (check out is 10 am) which I had previously called about but they told me to call back the day before leaving. There was no reservations for that day or the next day (I checked) but they denied my request because they had to fix the hot tub. Which I found a bit ridiculous given it was not our problem the hot tub was broken but it became our problem. Then on the day we were checking out, we were unpacking the house, it took a bit more time (we had 4 kids between 5 and 8 and two dogs) and we were about to head out around 10:30 when I got a call from the property managers saying the cleaning people had "driven by 3 times and were waiting for us to leave". We were clearly packing our cars and trying our best to get out, so I found this a bit distasteful. All and all the house was great and it was easy to access I just felt the property management company only cared about getting us in the house and not necessarily ever having us come back. They were more concerned about the next client then the current one.

Good Points: spacious. Nice pool. Enough pool toys. Ample driveway space. Nice fire pit and outdoor chairs. Not Good Points: hot tub broke. Small replacement also broke. Not clean house; needed return visit by housekeeping. Wet carpet back hall. MBR toilet runs VERY slow. Pool cover pegs protruding; tripping hazard. Pool water chem abnormal; not fixed after complaint. Hammock broke. Refrig taking very long time to cool. MBR door handle not working. Various dresser drawer knobs loose or missing. Unstable dining room table. Very few bath towels. Some chair slip covers stained and torn. Lamp in living room not working.

Family Get-Away

We wanted a low key Father’s Day weekend get-away to spend with our dad. This house gave us that and then some. We not only had a beautiful house to stay in, we also had a great place to enjoy ourselves and have that family bonding we hadn’t had in years. My family appreciated everything this house had to offer.. pool, ping-pong table, pool table, etc. Thank you to the staff who have been more than helpful and accommodating to us.

Great Birthday Get Away

We couldn't all be together for Thanksgiving so wanted a central location to gather and play games and be together. This spacious house with many bedrooms was perfect.
