Upon entry of the home, you'll be greeted with a wide-open floor plan with a bright interior, modern farmhouse decor, and an inviting fireplace where you can enjoy a good book. Relax and watch your favorite movie or tv show on the large sectional couch or share a home cooked meal in the spacious kitchen.
For those seeking entertainment, the game/bunk room is a haven of fun and camaraderie. Challenge your companions to classic board games, an arcade console with 500+ games, basketball shot game, and the popular hook and ring game. You will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have full access to the dock and boat ramp.

The surrounding area is very secluded and private to each home. There are a few homes nearby yet far enough to have plenty of privacy and the ability to enjoy a quiet atmosphere.
Boones Cove has its own private entrance and parking area. Once you enter through the gate there is a parking area directly to your left that can fit up to four vehicles. There is additional parking straight ahead in front of the boat garage as well.
Liability Waiver:
You understand that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming, hiking and using the kayaks. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur.
You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking or using the kayaks. All Airbnb Guests in your party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.

PLEASE READ:
We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we have partnered with Truvi, formerly known as "Know Your Guest" (Superhog), the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Therefore, before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Truvi. This verification is REQUIRED in order for you to stay at our vacation rental. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you and/or your guests cause accidental damage during a booking.

We also want to note that this is a TVA (Tennessee Valley Authority) dam-controlled lake. Lake levels fall slowly beginning in September and will fully rise again in April. The lake levels are dependent on rainfall and TVA operations (see TVA website for current levels). The summer levels stay consistent at their highest levels where you can enjoy boating, jet-skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tubing, and fishing. The fall and winter lake levels will create a wide, sandy shoreline that is great for exploring.
Lastly, please make sure to read all of our amenities carefully. If it is not listed, then that means it is not available once you arrive to our lake house. Our cleaning personnel do a great job of providing a few complimentary items to get you through your first 1-2 nights of your stay. Afterwards, it is up to the guest/s to provide any items needed such as toiletries, groceries, spices, etc. Furthermore, if anything breaks, leaks, tears, or stops working during your stay, please let us know as soon as you can so that we can help to remedy the situation as soon as possible.
