This waterfront estate on Douglas Lake is spread out over three floors including 8 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom! Floor plan includes 3 master suites, with one on each level. Property is waterfront on a quiet cove with parking for your boat at your personal boat dock. Swimming and floating off the dock is safe for all the kids, with no boat traffic nearby. Two fully furnished kitchens, with one on the main floor and one in the walkout basement. Wrap around covered porches with seating and waterfront views from all three levels! Bring ALL of your family & friends because this house DEFINITELY HAS the room! Keep the adults entertained with a hot tub on the balcony and the kids entertained with pool and ping pong tables. Visit the fourth floor cupola to take in the distant lake views through the telescope! Enjoy the peace, quiet, and privacy of a cul-de-sac lot with no other home in site. Centrally located on the 28,000-acre Douglas Lake with marinas, fuel, and waterfront restaurants all within 15 minutes by water!

Douglas Lake water level is controlled seasonally by the Tennessee Valley Authority. Douglas Lake overall is accessible 365 days a year at any water level via public boat ramps nearby. The lake is typically accessible DIRECTLY from this property from April through September. Guests are welcome to use the private boat ramp at this property for small boats or jet skis if/when water levels permit. Normal size or larger boats should be launched at public boat ramps which can be located via online map service under the names "Boat Ramp" (on Boat Launch Road, Sevierville, TN, 37876) or "Dandridge Dock".

The home was spacious, Comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen was stocked, we made chicken and dumplings, chili and more.Location was perfect close enough to Dollywood, Gaitlinburg and Pigeon Forge but yet quiet and peaceful.

Truly a home away from home! Having two kitchens was very helpful for our ladies group! So many bathrooms for everyone to get ready and lots of places to have a quiet moment to yourself when needed. Very spacious and relaxing! Thanks for sharing your home.

Family vacation

We greatly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our three families. All issues and questions were quickly handled by our host. I especially appreciated when we asked about a crockpot they brought one over same day. The second kitchen was great for cooking for the large group. The only thing I might add to the description is that the driveways are steep and it might be nice to add a larger or second grill.

Great Family Getaway!

We spent the week here for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful time in the house! Kevin was so great to work with and very responsive to any questions we had. The layout of the house was perfect for our three families and there was plenty of room for our kids of all ages. The views from the house were beautiful and the location was perfect!

This house is amazing! The layout was perfect for our large group and we never felt crowded. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and everyone said their room and bed was comfortable. The stairs to the water looked new so only issue was how many there were!

Good friends, great memories!

Location was beautiful. The house was huge so we had plenty of room. It was truly a lovely stay. We loved that there was so much to do! The lake was wasn’t crowded at all, so we had plenty of space to tube and ski. There were just a few small things that were a little disappointing. The hot tub wasn’t up to temperature when we tried to use it the last night, the outside furniture cushions were really worn and stained and the kitchen wasn’t as stocked as we would have liked, but other than that a great stay!

Family vacation

We had 14 people in our group ranging from 2 years to 65 years. The house has 3 levels so there was a family on each floor. We enjoyed the middle deck. It was so peaceful and serene. We were within 30 to 40 minutes of all attractions that we went to. The house had everything you need to enjoy a family vacation.

Great Home

My husband and I took my son and daughter and their children there for a weeks vacation. There were 10 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us. We had such a great time. We went sightseeing during the day and spent quality family time together in the evening. There were a few small concerns but Kevin addressed them immediately. He was definitely a great host and was easily accessible. You could stay in this area for a month and still not see everything there is to see and do!

Family Time

As a family we always enjoy coming to Eastern Tennessee to vacation and spend time together. This year was no exception. The property we rented was perfect for our crew. There was ample space for everyone and with the two levels, the younger group took over the lower level with the pool table, additional kitchen space and large TV. This allowed the older visitors to spend most of their time on the entry level, minimizing stair climbing for them, yet they also had access to a large TV and a full kitchen. The multiple decks allow great views of the lake, the mountain ridges and some beautiful sunrises. We traveled in late October and I was amazed at the extremely low water level of the lake. I had never seen it this low, so we actually were walking “on water” as we explored the lake area. Overall, We found the house to be well equipped and clean. There was ample toilet paper, detergents for both the sink and the washing machine, and kitchen basics. This isn’t always the case when you rent a home for the week. I found Kevin easy to work with, and his communication was very helpful and informative. Thank you! We will definitely consider a return visit next year, as the location is far enough away from the Pigeon Forge chaos for respite, yet close enough that an activity isn’t an all day event.

Location was great....but the experience was not the best....

It is truly a gorgeous property and a great location. There was 15 of us that stayed here so we utilized the entire space and all bedrooms. We have stayed in many rentals and cabins in the area and have never had to "share" space with the owners. Most closets and drawers in the bedrooms were filled with personal items (their undergarments', their clothes, their personal hygiene items. Guests had to keep items in suite cases and didn't feel comfortable touching someone else personal items. The fridge/freezers were full with food and made space limited for the amount of food we could keep for a week long trip for 15 people. Once of the reasons I chose this house was because it had gas fireplaces on every floor. However, we were notified on the day of arrival that they had no more gas and that someone should be coming out in a few days to fill. The gas was never filled during our trip and the inconvenience was expressed to the owners through out the duration of our stay. One of our guests found a plugged in camera in one of the rooms they were staying in. Notified the owners how uncomfortable we were to find this and that our privacy is very important and we should not have to worry about feeling violated by cameras in private areas. Was told that the camera is not active. Regardless, it is not appropriate to have in a rental, especially in a bedroom. At the end of our trip we were to take off all bedding as part of our departure procedures. When we did two of the beds had huge yellow stains on the mattresses. We utilized the game room down stairs daily and enjoyed being able to relax in the hot tub.

Tennessee vacation

The house is nice the house location on the lot is quiet overwhelming lots of stairs thank goodness for the driveway to the dock that is a lifesaver my wife and I are in our 70s the grandchildren didn’t have any problems all and all it was a good family vacation ( all of the mattresses need to be replaced they are very uncomfortable )

This house was perfect for our large multigenerational, multifamily group. Access for our kayaks and paddle boards was great and the kids love swimming off the dock in the protected cove without boat traffic. House was well equipped, and everything was as described in the write up for the property.This house and the surrounding area is ideal for a family vacation and we would rent again. Kevin is a great communicator and host for the property.

Quiet location with plenty of space. Beautiful wrap around deck on both floors. Far enough away from busy streets, but close enough to go on adventures with the family. Property Manager is awesome, quick response if we needed anything. Overall great experience.

Family vacation

The house is HUGE. Plenty of room for 11 adults and 6 grandkids. House was clean and a very easy drive to the house. Plenty of parking for 4 vehicles. Beautiful views from every level. The only negetive, and it is completely out of the owners control, was that the lake was not filled for the season yet. It did come up about 10 feet while we were there. We were able to make a short walk to the water but it was not in front of the house.Everyone had a great time and would all love to rent this house again.
