Wild Grass Cabin is a brand new tiny cabin on an acre of land in Sandpoint, Idaho – three miles to downtown and near Schweitzer Mountain.

Our cabin recalls glamping, but with way more comforts and spaces that feel like home. Unwind among cozy new furnishings, a full kitchen and two bedrooms made for sleeping in. There’s also a game cabinet and bartop that calls for late-night conversations that create lasting memories.

The Space:
SANDPOINT LOCATION
Wild Grass Cabin is tucked away on an acre in the countryside of Sandpoint, Idaho.

We are three miles to all the action of downtown Sandpoint, a charming town along Lake Pend Oreille with views of the Selkirk and Cabinet mountains. Some of our favorite pursuits in town are the Cedar Street Bridge Public Market with artisan shops and eateries on a bridge; the historic Panida Theater which hosts live music and film screenings; and Sandpoint City Beach for swimming, beach volleyball, tennis, and more.

A little further out, awe-inspiring hiking and biking abound along with water activities from boating to fly fishing and whitewater rafting. Our tiny cabin is also 14.5 miles to all the winter fun at Schweitzer Mountain and 30 miles to Silverwood Theme Park.

When it comes to food and drinks, these nearby spots top our list: MickDuff’s Brewing Company for handcrafted ales and hot chicken sandwiches in a historic federal building; Jalapeños for their big margarita menu and delicious Mexican dishes; and Sweet Lou’s for smoked ribs and the yummiest bacon cheeseburger.

SERENE YARD
Fall off the grid in our serene yard which meanders for an acre. Tall trees, wild grasses, a field for play, happy birds and geese, the hills beyond, deer, turkey and more – all this is yours to admire and enjoy with loved ones.

Just outside our cabin, you’ll find Adirondack chairs set around a bonfire pit so you can roast s’mores and talk for hours beneath wondrous, wild stars. And up on the porch, enjoy your first sips of coffee or a glass of wine as the sunset puts on a show.

Please note: we ask that you supply wood for the fire pit. For an additional fee, you’re welcome to set up a tent or camper on our property. Please inquire for pricing.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
Our snug living room and kitchen come together among warm walls of knotty pine and scenic windows.

Unwind on our beige sofa which sits beneath a wooden pendant light. There’s also an ottoman for extra comfort while other homey touches include a faux cowhide rug, game cabinet, artwork and skis affixed to one wall.

Cook up a storm in our kitchen, which expertly maximizes every inch. Our countertop bar not only seats several guests, but provides extra counter space for meal preparations. We also have a coffee and tea bar, plus new appliances and all the dishware and cookware you may need.

2 BEDROOMS, 3 BEDS
Two bedrooms are brimming with cozy cabin vibes, each featuring pine wood paneling, a pendant light and window that looks out to leafy green trees. Dimmable recessed lighting and a plush mattress with plenty of pillows round out each space.

Our tiny cabin sleeps up to five guests.

Our bathroom reminds us of a sauna as wood paneling is everywhere. A small vanity has a cabinet for storing your belongings while our glass-enclosed shower invites you to relax with two built-in seats. Our washer and dryer are also here for easy access.
