Bienvenue à l'accueillant et charmant Kataluma Inn, situé au cœur de la pastorale vallée de Selle.

Ce chalet/bungalow bien aménagé, éloigné de tout, est immergé dans la beauté naturelle et la faune abondante, avec un accès facile à l'infinie diversité de loisirs en plein air du nord de l'Idaho.

Ce charmant refuge est idéalement situé à environ 11 km du centre-ville de Sandpoint, de la navette pour Schweitzer Mountain, ainsi que de l'accès public au lac Pend Oreille.

En descendant l'allée privée, vous trouverez le porche couvert accueillant, parfait pour siroter une boisson favorite et se détendre.

En entrant, l'artisanat et le caractère de l'espace vous donneront l'impression d'avoir pénétré dans les pages d'un livre familier.

Vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris une cuisine complète, une smart TV, un coin repas, une salle de bain complète avec chauffage au sol, une cheminée à gaz, un barbecue, une chambre en mezzanine, un WiFi rapide, etc.

What a fantastic stay in the woods! The property was close to Sandpoint and we went back and forth to town several times a day. Lots of attention to detail, a sense of welcome, hospitality, and warmth enveloped us from the moment we set foot in the door. The perfect cozy cabin getaway for two.

The cabin was adorable. Small but very comfortable. Was welcomed with delicious cookies. The cabin had everything we needed including everything for coffee. It was private and just lovely. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful cozy cabin

Such a beautiful cabin in a gorgeous location! I wish I could stay forever. The hospitality was amazing! From the handed written note and freshly baked cookies, to all the little details in the cabin. Everything was so thoughtful! Beautiful clean property and close to town. We had a wonderful weekend! We will definitely stay again!

Amazing!! From the time we pulled up, we knew we made the right choice. This adorable little cabin was perfect for a quick get-away for the two of us. Super clean, quiet and private...with lots of little touches to make our stay special. Kendra and Tyson have thought of everything and are fantastic hosts. Great location too...nestled in the forest, yet just a quick drive to Sandpoint. We hope to be back again!!

Anniversary Getaway

This little cabin was the perfect celebration getaway for us. It was peaceful and serene. My husband was delighted to witness the deer frolicking in the meadow just after sunrise. We will definitely return.

Comfortable Cozy Cabin

We enjoyed our time in this cabin immensely! It was nicely furnished, and had everything we needed. The cabin was located in a peaceful and private clearing in the woods. We had our older dog with us, and there was plenty of room to walk him on the property. Our host responded to questions in a very timely manner. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back!

Cabin in the Woods

My husband and I enjoyed our stay! The cabin’s location is in a quiet setting. We desperately needed to get away from “the crazy” and this was a perfect second stop on our North Idaho/Western Montana vacation. There were so many thoughtful “things” in this cabin. My favorite was sitting by the fireplace with my cup of coffee after a day’s worth of adventures. We stayed three nights and looked forward to going back to the warm cozy cabin. Greatly appreciated the hospitality these folks provided!

Great little cabin getaway!

Loved our little getaway to this property! The communications with the property managers was easy, with prompt responses. Ever need was already thought of and taken care of, including a warm reception (cabin was warmed and lit up for our arrival...with cookies and a welcome note). Very very clean, comfortable, and tidy with every detail beautiful and well thought out. Thank you so much for a great stay. Would definitely recommend...and already have to many!

Autumn Cabin Bliss

Location was excellent being about 15 minutes from town but also far enough away where you are tucked into the woods and away from any bustling roads where you can listen to the rustling of leaves from the wind and the rain bouncing off the leaves and roof. The stars are night at plentiful. The cabin was very cozy. My fiance and I were very comfortable with our two dogs (Aussie & Portuguese Water dog). Excellent modern touches with a rustic feel. Very picturesque.

Cozy Insta-Worthy A-Frame Cabin Getaway!!

9/17-9/22: We drove 650 miles to spend our 9yr anniversary at this cabin with our black lab, Kobe. The cabin has a very welcoming vibe that makes you NOT want to leave. So, we spent most of our time at the cabin relaxing. We enjoyed perfect fall weather by the campfire! Took the dog for walks on their nature trail; where we saw deer & turkey. The amenities are all there as advertised! Thank you for everything provided,(esp the firewood & coffee).

Cutes little get away !!!!

Honestly was perfect, was perfect location, and they had everything we needed were quick to respond and property was perfect for a get away, near downtown and amenities… we had dogs and we loved taking them on multiple walks around their property…. Only thing I would recommend is durning the warmer seasons putting a fan upstairs to help circulate the the nice breeze at night with the window open, did get a little toasty upstair, and to be fair I’m sure if we had asked for a fan they would have supplied it as they were super attentive to all our needs!!! Thank you for sharing this cute home with us!!!

Qui vous reçoit ?

Vous êtes reçu par Tyson & Kendra Adams

Tyson and Kendra moved to Sandpoint, ID in 2019 but have called the greater Northwest home our entire lives and have spent years visiting this beautiful location. Our favorite things about Sandpoint are the access to the outdoors it provides. We love to Ski, hike, bike, and be in or around the lake as much as possible in the summer.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The design of this cabin began long ago in our imaginations but officially began to take form around 2019. We broke ground in the Spring of 2020 and put the final touches on it in the Fall of 2022.

Most of the building was done by Tyson with a construction background provided by YouTube “University” and a bit of trial and error. It certainly couldn’t have been done without the relentless support of Kendra allowing Ty to spend countless weekends and late nights “down at the cabin.” This project also would not have been possible without the dedicated support and help provided by our dads toiling away for only room & board (and time with the grandkiddos).

This space was created with the intention of providing guests a unique and cozy space; reminiscent of something you’d find in the pages of a favorite book. We hope you find this space relaxing and nourishing to your soul.
