Upon entering, guests are welcomed into a warm living area adorned with cozy furnishings and panoramic windows, offering uninterrupted lake views. The open-concept design ensures that whether you're lounging in the living room, preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, or dining at the spacious table, you're always connected with your group and surrounded by nature's beauty.

Each bedroom has been curated for relaxation and comfort, with plush bedding and ample storage. Two of the rooms offer breathtaking waterfront vistas, perfect for early risers wishing to catch the sunrise.

Due to the constraints of the home's well system, shower usage is limited. Please use the shower in only one bathroom at a time and avoid using showers in both bathrooms simultaneously.

Please note that BBQ may not be useable during the cold season.

Outside, a spacious deck awaits, complete with a hot tub, BBQ grills, and ample seating. It's the ideal spot for alfresco dining, sunset cocktails, or simply lounging with a book. For boating enthusiasts, the deck for boat launches ensures direct access to aquatic adventures.

For those chilly nights, an indoor fireplace provides both warmth and ambiance. Whether you're here for action-packed water activities or seeking a peaceful retreat, our cottage is designed to cater to all your needs.

Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire cottage, ensuring a private and uninterrupted experience. This includes all four bedrooms, the living areas, the fully-equipped kitchen, and both bathrooms.

Outside, the spacious deck with the hot tub, BBQ grills, and seating area is all yours to enjoy. If boating is on your agenda, you’ll appreciate the unhindered use of our boat launch deck.

For added convenience, there's also an on-site laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer, which guests are welcome to use during their stay.

Please note that there's a storage shed on the property, which remains locked as it's used for maintenance equipment. We kindly request that guests do not attempt to access this shed.

Child Safety: While we welcome families, please be aware that the cottage is located directly on the waterfront. Parents should monitor their children at all times, especially when using the deck and boat launch area.

Seasonal Considerations: If you're planning a winter visit, our hot tub remains operational, but we recommend packing warm attire for those brisk lakeside evenings. The cottage also has central heating to keep you cozy.

No Smoking: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cottage. If you wish to smoke, please do so outdoors and safely dispose of any waste.

Connectivity: While we offer Wi-Fi for guests, please note that due to our secluded location, internet speeds might not be as fast as urban areas.

Quiet Hours: Out of respect for the serene ambiance and our neighbors, we kindly request guests to observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests and neighbors, please adhere to the following:

No Smoking: Our home is a smoke-free zone. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.

No Parties or Events: To maintain the tranquility of our space and community, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings.

Fines: Please be aware that any violations of the smoking and party policies will result in a substantial fine of $5,000.

Due to the limitations of the home's well system, showers are restricted to 15 minutes, followed by a waiting period for the water supply to replenish.
