Welcome to Sugar Bear Cabin, a gorgeous well-maintained 4 bdr./3 ba. that sleeps 10.

With 1,800 sq. ft. of living space, tall vaulted ceilings, and large windows looking out in the beautiful woods, this cabin's unique layout separates it from the rest!

Wake up to the sounds of the forest and start your morning on the spacious deck with a fresh cup of coffee. After a day of exploring, soak in the private hot tub, gather around the outdoor fire pit, or cozy up indoors by the gas fireplace.

Enjoy your morning coffee on the 2nd-floor balcony or relax around the fire pit at night when it cools down. If you're looking to snuggle up inside, enjoy our 65" smart Roku TV above the fireplace.

The 2 nearest grocery stores are Food City (2.3 miles away) and Publix (4 miles away).

Even though there are some other rental cabins nearby, you will still have lots of privacy and feel very secluded!

House rules
• All BOOKING guests must be at least 25+ years of age (except children accompanied by their parents) and present during the entire stay. No exceptions.
• Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period (including damage done by pets) which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse.
• No refund for weather-related issues, or road conditions. Power outages are beyond our control.
• Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 P.M. and check-out time is no later than 10:00 A.M. Late checkouts/early check-ins will have a $50 charge per.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Our condo warmly welcomes pets, allowing a maximum of 2 furry companions, with a pet fee of $150.

• For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
