La Casa de la Cima (House on the Hill) is a secluded, private, and spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in the Great Smoky Mountains. La Casa de la Cima offers spectacular mountain views and is conveniently located only a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Entering the home is a large living room, with a wood burning fireplace. From the living area you can access the fully equipped kitchen, laundry room and first bathroom. This home offers a split floor plan for plenty of privacy. The large master bedroom, with a king size bed, is just off of the living area. The remaining three bedrooms, with queen size beds, are just a few steps down a short hallway along with the second bathroom. Need a little more sleeping area? La Casa de la Cima also has a sofa sleeper in the living area. Take a few steps outdoors to the large hot tub and grill situated under the mature hardwoods with views of the Smokies! La Casa de la Cima offers a play station an "Arcade Infinity" game system that includes 40 games such as Clue, Monopoly, Sorry, Chess, Checkers, Life, Battleship, Scrabble, Dominos, Jigsaw Puzzles, Hungry Hippos, Sudoku, Tic Tac Toe, Yahtze and Operation. There are televisions in each room, cable and wi-fi. For an extra fee, enjoy a round of golf at the onsite Bent Creek Golf Course! It’s time to relax and enjoy the mountains at this one of a kind overnight rental.

We do not provide firewood, it is avaliable for purchase at local grocery stores.

Pet Fee is $60 per pet.

After the road in after dark, the place was perfect. The only dissapointment was....no bears. We were 5 68 year old friends who met in kindergarden. So the house gave us all we needed, a cozy place to tell the same jokes we have told for ages. Gotta love number 437, especially funny in the mountains as it turnes out. Thanks.

wonderful area only one draw back on the third night the neighbors had a very loud argument and was threatening to shoot someone cabin was excellent and the bear show was fantastic would stay again private, relaxing

Mountain Cabin

Quiet and peaceful settings away from the chaos of the towns. We enjoyed the solitude that the place had to offer. The place was clean and decorated with a southwestern decor. Perfect size for large familyor multiple couples .

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed a weeklong relaxing stay in this clean home. Hot tub was clean and ready to go. Lots of Space for eating in the kitchen and space for sitting in the living room with our group. The beds were even moderately comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome location

My family stayed here when we went to Gatlinburg for spring break. The location was nice and private and we all had plenty of space. The hot tub was nice but it could use some lighting in the area. We had plenty of sleeping space. We did notice when we were takings showers in the morning the hot water didnt last for 3 of us to shower, but not a big deal. Our stay was great and the place was nice. We will definitely return to this location.

This rental was all that it described. The location was perfect... secluded and peaceful. The house was clean and had ample room for our 4-generation family vacation. Some of the beds could be updated, but they are not bad. One thing that would be helpful is to have printed instructions in each of the rooms on how to get the TV's working. We never did figure out how to work it in the master bedroom, but it was not a problem for us... just might have been nice to have it. Overall, the pictures are a good representation of the property. We had an awesome time and would rent this again in the future.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Purchased property as an investment and for family use. We wanted something very private and quiet with a mountain view and this is what we got! This property is very close to the golf course and less that 15 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg and approx 20 mins to Dollywood.
