Manatee Bend is located on the main river of the amazingly clear waters of Weeki Wachee. Sitting right in the middle of all of the action that the river brings, watch the manatees or even a dolphin go by, you are surrounded by pure beauty. You are right around the bend from the famous hospital hole.
Picture yourself sitting at the seawall relaxing by the waterfront and watching the manateeâs go by or in the screened in porch. This is an ideal home for your next family retreat or a getaway with a group of friends. Bring your charcoal and your burgers and grill up your familyâs favorite meal. To the right side of the property, enjoy the covered bar area with seating, ceiling fan, a sink and mini fridge that overlooks the river.
The Space
This ranch style split floor plan home has a great layout for two families or group of friends. Walk in the front door and you are greeted by the open living and dining room combo. This home has 3 bedrooms. You have 2 ensuite are on opposite sides of the home for added privacy. Your first Ensuite has a King size bed. The second ensuite has 2 queen beds. The 3rd bedroom space has a queen size bed. The living room also has a comfortable memory foam queen size sleeper sofa. Your fully stocked kitchen has everything that you will need to whip up your favorite dishes while overlooking the river. Your screened in porch will keep you comfortable with a second dining area and lounge area. The backyard that overlooks the main river will keep you entertained for days. You have stepped access into the river right from your backyard, making it easy to get in and out of a kayak.
We have 4 single and 3 double kayaks and 1 paddle board for your enjoyment. We have life jackets and whistles for you to use as well which is required to carry on your water vessels . You will also find a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal) and a river front wood fire pit for you to use.
The âManatee Bendâ has it all for you to enjoy days and days on the river.

Hello, we are the Houstonâs â Jen, Kyle, Harper and McKenna. Iâm originally from the middle of nowhere, just outside of Kansas City and Jen is originally from Baltimore. We spent 13 amazing years out in San Francisco and now call Tampa Bay our home.
Our family does everything together. We once drove our 36 foot RV from Disney Land to Disney World. Nothing is more important to us than the time we spend together as a family. Thatâs why we love opening up our condo to families just like yours. Knowing that we play a part in building lasting memories for families we may never meet, is a gift we canât describe.
Our hope is that the time you spend inside our home is something you and your loved ones hold dearly for years to come.
