Relax at our peaceful oasis in the heart of Cape Coral.

Our modern and freshly renovated vacation home is close to everything, yet in a quiet neighborhood for your peaceful enjoyment.

Spacious and well-appointed indoor and outdoor spaces are designed and prepared for your complete relaxation.

High-speed internet is available.

We allow up to 2 small dogs (25 lbs maximum) on a case-by-case basis. Breed restrictions apply.
The space
As you approach the house you will be greeted by a manicured, landscaped front lawn.
You enter into a large open living space with vaulted ceilings that continues to an open kitchen area, fully equipped with appliances and utensils and a kitchen island.
The split floor plan has the master suite with an en-suite spacious bathroom on one side, and 2 more bedrooms, connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom, on the other side.
A bonus room, game room, or additional sleeping quarters (Queen Sleeper Couch) is right off the living room.
From the kitchen, you have access to an oversized, screened-in pool deck with outdoor seating, dining, and lounging furniture.

For year-round enjoyment, the pool is heated to a comfortable 85 degrees Fahrenheit in the winter. Please be aware that pool temperature may not reach 85 degrees during colder than normal periods.

NOTE: For your safety and ours, we operate an outdoor camera at the front door and a second camera in the garage. There are no other cameras on the property, assuring you complete privacy during your stay.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to all areas of the house, and yard including the 2 car garage with garage door openers.

Bedroom 2 - Queen bed
Bedroom 3 - 2 x Twin XL beds (can be combined to 1 x King bed on request)
Den - Queen size sleeper couch.

Living room, master bedroom and bedroom 1 have smart TVs ready for you to log into your favorite TV apps.

Lightning fast internet service (Xfinity Gigabit) - ideal also for those who need to work remotely a little while on vacation.
