Stay in the much sought after Mount Pleasant Area nestled in the neighborhood of charming character homes!
Walkable & central spot with everything close by. <10 minutes WALK to nightlife, restaurants, murals, shops, and cafes on Main Street, <20 minutes WALK to Commercial Drive. 7 minutes drive to the Olympic Village Square where you can begin your journey on the Seawall, and a 9 minute drive to the buzzing downtown core. Major bus routes are only 2 blocks away from the home on Broadway street.
Parking:
Free street parking available in this neighbourhood. No time limits, 24/7. Please respect others when parking and ensure you leave room for others.
The space:
This is a character half-duplex in the ever popular Mount Pleasant neighbourhood. Setting this home apart is its expansive and functional family oriented layout, its great location, and a warm and inviting design aesthetic.
Light is fantastic in this home throughout the year with east, south and western exposure. The south-facing private backyard is especially pleasant in the summer months. LOTS of natural sunlight! The back door also has a magnetic SCREEN DOOR, allowing you to keep to back door open during the summer without letting pests come in.
Two-floor home for you and your friends and/or family to stay in-- featuring 3 double beds, 2.5 bathrooms, 1 fold out twin-sized bed, and a full kitchen. Please let us know if you would require the 1 fold out twin-sized bed as it would require set-up prior to your arrival.
Modern amenities include in-floor radiant hydronic heat, on-demand tankless hot water, and a full heat recovery ventilator, providing fresh, temperature controlled, filtered air even when all the windows are closed.
Basic necessities will be provided for, along with complimentary coffee and tea.
The Area:
Best of both worlds-- this home is just a block off of two large streets, making it very CONVENIENT to walk, transit, or Uber/Lyft around, while also being nestled in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. This area is charming, and walkable distance to various parks, art murals, cafes, restaurants, and bars if you are looking to explore Mount Pleasant.
Not to mention, this home is between two vibrant key streets in Vancouver, arguably with the most character in the whole city, Main Street and Commercial Drive (ie. "The Drive"). In these areas, you will find all of the local favourites for restaurants, bars, breweries, cafes, art, and events! We are also within close proximity is the emerging âFraserhoodâ commercial area and the Kingsway/ Fraser triangle with its many hyper-fashionable restaurants, shops, and services.
Being centrally located, exploring other areas like Olympic Village, Chinatown, Granville Island, and the core of Downtown are all within a 10-15 minute drive.

If you're missing anything, want a late night snack, looking to cook, etc., there are a few grocery stores and convenience stores (one is open 24/7) within a 2-5 minute walk! See neighbourhood details below for more information:
