*The hot tub is cleaned and chemically treated weekly by a professional hot tub service. The technician will enter the backyard through the exterior gate and will not disturb guests.

*The house is not equipped with central air conditioning.

*A portable air conditioner is included for your stay during warm weather months and is installed in the bedroom.

*During the cooler seasons, the portable A/C is stored away in an area inaccessible to guests. Should you require the portable A/C be available during the cool weather season, please notify the host in advance so we can install it before you arrive.

*Portable tower fans are available to guests year round and can be placed anywhere in the house near an outlet.

*Parking is free and available on the street in front of the house.

*The second bedroom is used for storage, and is not accessible for guests.
