I have stayed at 8 different vrbo properties in 7 different states over the past 4 yrs. This property was far and away the best overall!! Cole, our host, could not have been more helpful starting with my first contact with him 3 months prior to our arrival. He was great and the property exceeded all our expectations.
The host provided plenty of helpful information about the property and the neighborhood and responded quickly to questions. The salt water hot tub is very relaxing.
This was such a great little place to stay for our week in Seattle! It had nearly everything we could have needed, from grilling to entertainment! The beds were a little uncomfortable for two adults, but great for our teenagers! Having the beautiful yard for relaxing was amazing and access to the hot tub was a plus! Our host was very considerate and helpful when called upon! We felt safe where we were located and it seemed to be a lowkey neighborhood over all!
Cole was a fantastic host! The house is well stocked and so comfortable. We loved the personalized touches and how we immediately felt "at home". The attention to detail was amazing. Neighborhood is quiet and the house was easy to find. We will definitely be back!
I highly recommend staying in this bungalow and would do so again if I return to the area. The host has clearly put thought into making guests stay as comfortable as possible and far more enjoyable than a hotel. The light rail is close and easy to use making downtown just a short ride away. The hot tub was amazing to enjoy after lots of wandering around Seattle.
Check in was very easy! We felt welcome as soon as we stepped in the door and promptly let out a big sigh and sat down to relax. The front porch is delightful with comfortable and private seating and lovely flowers and plants everywhere. Perfect for sitting outside in the evenings.Cole is easy to talk to. We didn't have any issues that needed his attention, but we did have questions about the best places to eat and he was quick to answer. My one and only regret was that the kitchen didn't have any mixing bowls, so making him a fresh batch of muffins as a thank you was out of the question.
The house was very clean and tidy (and super cute!). Cole (the host) was extremely accommodating and friendly. He had lots of recommendations for the area and Seattle in general. We even used his offered Airport Shuttle service which was extremely helpful and convenient. The area of the city felt relatively safe and was about a 20 minute walk from the nearest light rail station which made commuting into downtown very easy. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone coming to Seattle.
Okay, so first off, Cole is THE BEST. Anything we wanted or needed we had. He was always one step ahead, just an amazing host. The house⊠PERFECT for a small group/family. The front yard will take your breath away and no number of pictures do it justice. I stay in Seattle a few times a year, and I will be staying with Cole EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thereâs no number of stars I could give that would be enough. See you next time, Cole!!
Coleâs place is comfortable and clean. The front garden is a very lovely place to sit and enjoy. The beds and linens were great! It is definitely a nice place to return to after site seeing in Seattle. Itâs quiet and removed from the hussle and bustle. After spending a few weeks in the islands, we werenât quite ready for a big city again. So it was very nice to return to this lovely cottage. Even though it isnât right by a lot of the tourist sites of Seattle, all were still easy to get to and Highway 5 is nearby so location wasnât a problem for us. Cole was a very friendly and responsive host.
I don't think I've ever stayed in a place where every detail for a guest's comfort was so thoughtfully and lovingly provided. The decor and art was such an unexpected plus. Thank you so very much, Cole, I'll definitely return!
My friends and I had a great time relaxing with the hottub and celebrating a recent birthday! The property was clean, well furnished, getting in was easy, and there was a handy binder that had the answers to basically any questions we had.
Our stay here was amazing. The place itself is very welcoming and homey, with lots of natural light and comfortable seating and bedding, along with vibrant decor. Cole was an amazing host! He left a personalized note with some chocolates for our check-in, and made sure to give us privacy for our stay. He provided a binder with clear and concise explanations of house rules, extra amenities, and useful info (with pictures of his adorable dog!). Above all, he was incredibly attentive and generous! Every message was responded to within minutes, and every request fulfilled just as fast! And he always kept a cheerful and kind demeanor, no matter how late at night or how silly the question. Our stay here was absolutely amazing, and I would jump at the chance to stay here again! Thank you, Cole!
The cutest bungalow and yard made us feel secluded and cozy! Everything was clean, it was super easy to communicate with the hosts about hot tub use, and overall just loved the little place! Highly recommend for a seattle getaway.
Cole was an excellent host and quickly responded whenever we needed anything. The place was lovely and cozy in the cold weather, and the hot tub was perfect!
Hello and Welcome! I am Cole. (my husband, Jason is the blonde)
I am here to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible. Please reach out if you need anything, or if any of your expectations are not met in any way! I am at your service. :) We are both born and raised in Montana and have been living in Seattle for the last seven years or so. Our favourite things are: taking the ferry to Whidbey Island and enjoying the dog beach there, going on long walks with our dogs, eating amazing food, cooking amazing food, hot tubs, and spending time with our chosen family.
Jason is a physician in family practice in Ballard. I work as a consultant from home.
I own the property and have only one short term rental, so you will have my full attention and will never have to deal with a management company. I take great pride in my rental and aim to exceed your expectations in every way.
The house is convenient to explore all of the Puget Sound area. It's north of the city center, making for less traffic if you are exploring north, or to the East Side, yet still super close to the Link Light Rail Northgate station making exploring the city easy as well. It is in a safe residential neighborhood of mostly single-family homes. The fully fenced yard is perfect for a dog.
The home is a short walk to Northacres Park, which features wooded walking trails, dog park, splash park and playgrounds for kids.
I am the owner operator of my home. I only have one rental so youâll have my full attention and will never have to deal with a management company. I take great pride in my rental and your comfort, privacy and satisfaction. I am available quickly should you have any issues or need any assistance.
The property has a salt water hot tub , two dedicated parking spaces, and a fully fenced yard for your dog. The house is decorated with many original artworks, live plants, and has hepa filtrations throughout.
