"Our family came for an extended stay for me to have cancer treatment in Tampa. We found the house so clean and well stocked during our arrival. We were impressed with the locker of beach toys. They have umbrellas, towels, toys, nice beach chairs, umbrellas and even a wagon! . The beds were comfy- the back yard is fenced all the way in so it's great for the kiddos! Well stocked kitchen. We did have a situation arise that caused us to have to leave early. We were so disappointed! “Live Simply “ became our home! The management team immediately came to our rescue and went above and beyond to look after my health and provide the best for me. When we come back to Tampa for follow up this will be the first property on my list! Thank you Sandy Feet for taking such good care of us!!"

~ This home allows up to 2 dogs of any size. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 which covers up to 2 pets (max of 2 dogs and no cats allowed).
~ When making the reservation make sure to only pick 1 pet even if you have 2 or it will charge you 2 pet fees.
~ Pet(s) must be disclosed to Sandy Feet VR prior to Guests' arrival and the weight and breed of dog must be approved by Sandy Feet VR.
~ If Guests come with an unapproved pet they will be charged a $500 pet fee and Sandy Feet VR reserves the right to terminate this Reservation Agreement, and require pet and/or Guests to vacate the
premises immediately.
~ The property is equipped with outdoor video surveillance 24/7 for security. No camera inside. Please provide the accurate number of pets & guests staying during your reservation.
