Design contemporain et beaucoup de fenêtres de profiter pleinement de cette belle site de la maison. Ce bijou Black Butte Ranch (GM # 188), se trouve dans un quartier calme de Glaze Meadow avec vue sur Black Butte, Glaze Meadow et Heron Lake.

Votre famille adorera le plan d'étage ouvert, spacieuse avec la lumière et en contrebas salon lumineux et grande cheminée dans cette spacieuse 2001 pieds carrés à domicile.

Une chambre du roi partage une salle de bains avec une baignoire à jets avec la chambre de la Reine en bas. Il ya une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux et une deuxième chambre avec lits jumeaux et une reine à l'étage. Elles sont idéales pour les enfants, avec une salle de bains commune dans le couloir. Un loft à l'étage offre un grand espace pour les enfants à visionner des films. Cette maison peut accueillir confortablement 8 lits.

Une grande table à manger dans la salle à manger, plus un bar de l'alimentation, et une grande table et chaises pour les rassemblements en plein air seront satisfaire tous vos besoins. Un grand barbecue à gaz est disponible pour les soirées de cuisson.

Un salon en contrebas avec wrap-around assise en face de la grande cheminée en bois fera pour des conversations agréables après une longue journée de plaisir ou fournit une zone intime pour visionner un film sur le téléviseur à écran large. Internet haut débit sans fil est disponible pour rester en contact avec famille et amis.

The home however is in need of some repairs and updating. The downstairs shower needs to be replaced as well as the old microwave. We have stayed in BB properties numerous times over the years and this time the house was not as clean as it could have been.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Glaze Meadow 188. My parents were one of the original owners that built this house back in the 1970's. Our family spent many a summer on the bike paths and winters skiing in the mountains. We had last visited the house 30 years ago and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed the house and Black Butte. I stumbled upon the listing one day and was ecstatic to find it was for rent.The house and property was just as we remembered it. Although some reviewers were put off by the decor and dated appearance, we found it perfect as it was like coming home again. The condo was clean and well stocked and location cannot be beat. It is quiet and tucked away in the back of the ranch, away from the crowds. The Ranch has been well maintained with good bike paths and updated pools. We will be back again. Thank you.

GM 188 2018

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the fourth time we have rented GM 188 and our overall experience has been wonderful each time. We Love the location as it is quiet, away from the activities at glaze pool, but also an easy bike ride there.the kids love the sunken living room and having a premier view of Black Butte is spectacular. Unfortunately the house continues to show greater wear and tear, especially the old kitchen. This time the dishwasher Was not secured in its position and clunks About when pulling out the drawers and the door is badly in need of some oil. I enjoy working with Jody and sharon and the staff at Howells as they are always super helpful and knowledgeable. I would only recommend this property to a friend with the above disclaimers and if I were satisfied that there are no other more updated properties available at a similar cost. Whether we continue to rent GM 188 or another property, BBR is a magical place and we will return.

My parents originally built this home, so it is like coming home for us, but I have to say that the place could use some TLC. While we enjoyed seeing all of old chairs, dishes and decor, it is starting to show wear. The location and view cannot be beat, however. It is on one of the best lots in the Ranch.

WARNING: renter beware, do not book

My husband and I rented this property for a week on our honeymoon. Upon walking into this house we knew we were in trouble. There is no central AC, the unit they have for the whole house is in the small bedroom upstairs where the cool air cannot circulate - we put a few fans up there to try and push the air out but it was 95+ degrees and the inside air temp was at 80 during the days. The carpet, decor, furnishings and bathrooms have not been updated since the 70s - only book this house if you are looking to travel back in time with a carpet that has stains and has not had a deep clean in years. A simple update to even the wall decor, sheets and linens would be a step up - even the master bed is furnished with bedding from something you would expect at a budget motel on the side of a highway. In addition to this - the hot water is spotty at best, after 3 attempts to contact the host we just started showering at the nearby pool. The tub had hair all over the drains and a film from years of what we assumed was disuse. We didn’t stay in the house much as it was dirty and hot, and management seemingly screened our calls until we used a different number to contact them. We had planned to address these with the BBR welcome center upon check out - but were told it was not in fact owned by them. This property is managed by BBR and kept as a budget house - for that you can expect dirty carpets, spiders in the house due to screens being broken and a hot stay with AC only suited to cool one room with two twin beds. We brought our well trained dog, not knowing it wasn’t dog friendly as most ranch houses are - we were accused of trying to make complaints because we had a dog there and shouldn’t have - but our dog was the cleanest thing in that house on arrival. We were charged and paid for the dog on top of the nightly fee, plus management and cleaning fees. We would have been better off renting an RV. If you are looking to camp out on the porch - book this house, the view is amazing. But the house itself the ranch host admits needs updates and they are urging the owner to perform these, but that seems unlikely. We were shocked that BBR would allow this property to be rented our under their management, it is a quality control and brand nightmare - we were told by the host at BBR when we finally could contact them, that if we wanted a nicer experience we needed to spend more money…

Great view but needs some TLC

The house adequately met our needs for a wedding weekend with friends. We loved the open feel of the living room and the view is fabulous but overall this place needs updating in order to meet Black Butte standards. The oven is tiny. Glad we weren’t planning on cooking a lot. And the Jack and Jill bathroom on the main floor is a bit awkward. Even just upgrades of linens and pictures would go a long way.

Perfect for our Month Escape

Great views!

Our group of 4 adults and 5 young kiddos loved staying at black butte ranch! The house is great for 2 families with plenty of open space. The view is beautiful and there is a ton of privacy! Can’t wait to come back soon!!

Annual Trip to Snow

No snow, but still a swell time

Great facilities, but we had to wait a LONG time in line to check in at welcome center. Best to avoid the afternoon rush! Only difficulty with house was that the printed information regarding wi-fi was incorrect, and it took awhile to get accurate information on correct WiFi password.

Not worth what we payed, very unsatisfactory

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would not recommend the stay here to anyone as the only upgrade I think was the dishwasher an fridge. There was a roll an a half per bathroom of paper (not good), they want us to clean the house when we leave but left no cleaner for us to do the job. There was long hair from a dog all over. The beds were very old an no one slept. There was a sewage smell out front. Not enough trash bags, To much to list. We were not happy about this stay to say the least...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has a wonderful location. Near the end of black butte and backing on a meadow with a view of the butte. However, it looks like nothing has been updated in the house since it was built. Old furniture, dreary cabinets, broken floor tiles, spider webs inside, mismatched silverware and plates with next to no knives and full sized forks. Ran out of bath soap. Staff got it as clean as they could. The unit has possibilities but needs a remodel.

The space in the house was great. The house does need some major renovations like the kitchen floor. House felt like it was from the 1970s. Being I am in my 70s, I felt right at home. Howell's responded quickly to a problem with the toilet.

Short walk to a gravel road for long off-leash dog walks (and a shortcut to Sisters.)
