This stunning 3 bedroom, 2 bath OCEAN VIEW end unit is ideally located just ONE BLOCK AWAY FROM THE BEACH and bike path in Wildwood Crest. Offering ocean views from not only the living room, but every room in the unit, and beautifully finished with hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wifi, and more! There is a beautifully tiled master bath shower and a wet bar complete with wine fridge. The complex also offers an elevator, pool, storage, and two car assigned parking. Enjoy your morning coffee on your private deck with table and chairs and a view of the ocean. Morning sun, afternoon shade.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. The additional bedrooms share a full bathroom and feature two twin beds and another king size bed. The living room features a queen size sofa bed with upgraded gel mattress, recliner chair, three swivel arm chairs, and an electric fireplace! There is also a rollout bed to allow more sleeping options. WE PROVIDE ALL THE BED LINENS AND BATH TOWELS. This unit sleeps up to 8 people and is 1512 sq ft.

The Kitchen is a modern kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher and microwave. It is well stocked with all the equipment and utensils you need to cook and dine in. Want to take in the fresh air? The sliding glass doors open up to the private deck with ocean views. Outdoor dining table seats 4 people.

You can also enjoy the shared outdoor area! This shared space features an in-ground heated pool with steps and tiled turtles on the bottom as well as lounge chairs and umbrellas to take in the sun or enjoy the shade. To rinse off the salt and the sand from the beach, there is an outdoor shower too. The pool is only open in the summer season (limited days and hours in May, early June, and September).

Additionally, guests have access to our private storage closet which is fully equipped with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and a beach cart.

ENTERTAINMENT / TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features four flat screen Roku TVs with cable and the ability to access all your favorite streaming sources (must have your own personal accounts). The TVs are in the living room and all three bedrooms.

Rentals are usually Saturday to Saturday during the summer months. Off-season rental check-in days are flexible. Rentals are a minimum of 7 days both in-season and off-season.

Access to the unit is by keyless entry. Access code will be provided one week before check-in.
