SUMMARY: The Condo was built in 2019 and has the amenities that you would expect with a newer condo. Self check-in keyless entry, Stainless steel appliances, new furniture, and a clean modern beach décor.

OCEAN VIEW: This condo is top floor, the entire living area is ocean facing which is literally the most desirable condo location in the entire complex. You have ocean views from the open floorplan living room, kitchen, dining room, as well as from all three bedrooms! The exterior balcony has an ocean view, and because it is south facing you can also see breathtaking sunset views over Sunset Lake.

ACCOMODATIONS: The Condo has three bedrooms (one King bed and two queen beds all Casper memory foam mattresses), 2 full bathrooms, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Maximum occupancy is 8 people. The condo has elevator service and two dedicated parking spaces in the parking garage.

AMENITIES: All essentials are provided. Bath AND separate beach towels, bed linens, pillows. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking utensils, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker.

INSIDE ENTERTAINMENT: The Condo is equipped with a massive 80-inch Samsung Smart TV and Master bedroom also has a 55 inch Smart TV. Both TV’s have basic Xfinity cable service. Free high speed Wi-Fi is provided. Board & card games.

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT: There is a heated swimming pool on site with bathroom, outside shower, foot wash, and two BBQ grills. We have a private ground level storage room with keyless entry that has 8 beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, cooler bags; all the beach gear you need to enjoy a day at the beach. You can also store bikes in here if you bring them.

This location provides several activities within walking distance. The condo is located on the narrowest part of the island. This means not only is it one short block to the beach, but it is also only a 4-block walk west to Sunset Lake. During your vacation you do not want to miss the picturesque sunsets. People come from all over the island to witness the beautiful sunsets here.

While at Sunset Lake, get out on the water by walking 3 blocks north to LakeView Docks to rent Jet Ski’s, kayaks, paddle boards, water bikes, or fish and crab from their pier.

Back at the condo, a 3-block walk to the north brings you to Sunrise Park with a new playground and splash pad for the kids, bike rentals, and the start of Wildwood Crest’s oceanfront biking/jogging concrete trail. If you rent bikes in the morning, you can ride them north to the wooden boardwalk, past the famous Morey’s Piers all the way to North Wildwood!

OFF SEASON RENTALS: We are required by our Condo Association Rules to rent 7 day blocks. However, prior to Memorial Day and after Labor Day we are willing to host a minimum of 3 day rentals. Just request to book the entire 7 day block, and then email us which days in your 7 day block you want to rent and we will modify your booking accordingly.
