Ce condo en front de mer au 1er étage offre commodité et
abordabilité juste sur la plage. Internet sans fil gratuit. Tu es
à seulement quelques pas de la
le sable et le bruit des vagues. L'unité dispose de deux chambres aménagé en
une chambre avec deux lits doubles et une chambre avec un lit double
lit. Il ya un queen size canapé-lit dans le salon. La
cuisine est entièrement équipée. Le locataire doit apporter des serviettes et du linge de maison.
*** Malheureusement, nous ne louons pas aux personnes de moins de 25 ans, aux semaines de bal ou aux semaines seniors. Je vous remercie.

Awesome location

We had a fantastic stay!!!! The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had all the necessities. The proximity to the beach was amazing as well as access to the laundry facilities. Would definitely recommend staying here with a family!

Perfect location close to the beach

After my reservation with a hotel was cancelled do to closing I scrambled and found a perfect little place equally as good as the hotel , plenty of room and comfy atmosphere too , shorter thrn short walk to the beach , and if not a beach day little pool to relax at , I’ll def look to rent again

The condo was on the first floor with easy accessibility. Spacious family area and kitchen. Comfortable sleeping spaces. Highly recommend as it was clean and well stocked. Thank you for allowing my family to use the space.

Perfect Location!

Great spot right on the beach. You don’t even have to cross the street to get the the sand. Lynn and Scott were also great. During our stay, one of the TVs stopped working and they had someone there to replace it within an hour. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Clean, comfortable, perfectly situated

Lynn & Scott's condo is great. It's right on the 1st floor, so no walking up and down stairs with all your possessions. It's RIGHT ON THE BEACH so you just walk across the condo parking lot and you're on the beach. When we arrived it was CLEAN (because I always wipe down with Clorox wipes when I arrive, and there was nothing on them!) It's roomy and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, glasses, plates, etc. The beds were comfy and the bathroom is updated too. We'll stay here again if we get the chance!

Worth the Stay

My four children and I stayed for five nights and had a really wonderful experience. The place was clean and the kitchen really had everything you could expect from your own home kitchen. The distance was perfect to walk right on to the beach. The pool was a perfect temperature and never overcrowded. The grills and laundry area were clean and easily accessible. We were a few minutes drive to the boardwalk. Lynn was amazing with communicating months prior, days prior, and even during our stay. We give an all around FIVE STARS. Thank you for helping us add to our family memories! We are grateful.

Wonderful location, plenty of space, exactly as described.

My family goes to Wildwood Crest every summer, and we always end up with a small balcony apartment on an upper floor. This year we tried this first floor condo, and by the second day we all agreed it was way better. The condo was exactly as described, perfectly clean, and had plenty of space for our family of 5 (including 3 teenage boys). It was so nice not feeling crowded. Being on the ground floor was great too - it was so easy to just walk out to the beach, and the pool was literally a 10 second walk. I loved not having to climb up and down stairs with groceries or laundry, or when loading the car to leave. Lynn was very helpful and responsive when we had questions, and check-in/out took less than a minute.

Very cute condo right on the beach with pool on site.

This unit was very clean and very cute. It is on the beach and you can walk to the water. Keep in mind this is first floor condo in the corner of the building. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Only down side to this unit are 1) the wifi was spotty. I have Verizon and had to leave the unit and go outside to the parking area to get solid coverage. There is only 1 parking spot on site. Parking is available on the street and was manageable.

Great stay

We had a great stay. It was bigger than the pics looked. We were happy to have a full sized kitchen to eat breakfast at in the morning. Kids loved being so close to the beach and loved the pool.

Nice location

Nice location right on beach! And no beach tags required in Wildwood Crest during our stay. This place was not fancy but met our basic requirements for a 4 night stay - including proximity to beach, condo pool, outdoors spickets for washing sandy feet off, and kitchen essentials provided. There is a community condo laundry room on first floor for 1.50 a load if you choose to use it. I didn’t realize you have to bring your own blankets in addition to linens, so make sure you bring both (that was my fault- didn’t read fine print in condo description). Only downfall was that it was a little dark and damp being on the ground floor and not a lot of natural lighting- but we pretty much spent all day at the beach and pool so it wasn’t a dealbreaker for our girls weekend. Overall a very convenient place to stay for smaller groups and this section of beaches were very clean and we felt safe staying in this neighborhood!

This was the perfect spot for our mini vacay with an active toddler! So close to the beach and having the pool there was a nice option! The property my owners were Super easy to complicate with!

Place was exactly as described. No surprises. Best part was the location. Made it easy to get on and off the beach. You could go to the beach for a short stay several times a day with ease. No problem carrying all your beach stuff for blocks

Daughter Mother Weekend.

All in all our stay was fine. Great location and place was comfortable. Lynn was very pleasant to deal with. We were not happy with the mildew smell even though I know it is common in beach properties. Unfortunately the smell permeated in the dishes in the cupboard. We also experienced spotty wi-fi. Still had an enjoyable stay. Thanks Lynn.

Yes, it is challenging to stay on top of the mildew in the fall. The warm days and cool nights... that is why we keep the dehumidifier available for anyone who would like to run it. I will address the cupboards and the dishes. Thank you. Expect fresh smelling accessories on the next visit. We understand the wifi can be an issue. We provide free service and several different modems to ensure connectivity. Update 1/17/2020 - we have installed a faster internet connection with better connectivity over the winter.

First off, if i could give this place less than one star i would. When we first got there we had to scrub the floors, along with the table and sink because they were clearly not clean and what i will talk about later will lead me to believe the place was not cleaned after the last people who left! We also were smacked in the face the entire time by a rotten mildew smell that came home with us from our clothes being in there. There was also a fly issue, we killed so many flies in that house that we almost took them and put them in a bag to show how many we had to kill. Second, the room is listed as ocean front, ocean view, the complex itself is ocean front but the room is not even close to that, we stared at steps the whole week. Thirdly, there was 0 phone service, not only in our room but the entire complex. The WiFi we were given to use also did not work so to send any type of message, receive anything or simply use your phone at all you had to walk all the way over to the street. Fourth off, we received a charge after we left, for leaving the place in disarray such as “not making the beds”. Mind you, we had to bring all of our own sheets. So with this being said, this leads me to believe that the comforters were not washed before our stay because we got fined for not making the beds. Because why would the beds need to be made if they were going to be washed? The booking said it included housekeeping, and obviously we didn’t not get that during or even after our trip because we were charged for this apparent mess we made. I can’t even believe that me and my family stayed in a place that probably hasn’t been cleaned for more than half the summer, ESPECIALLY, with there being people before us. I will never recommend this place to anyone. There’s many more things I could complain about but I only am given so many characters.

Unfortunately, your experience did not meet your expectation. As one can see on the rating I gave to you, this is a two-sided issue. With that being stated, this renter is the only one who required additional cleaning this season after he left. The issue of cleanliness and mildew smell was not addressed upon arrival to our unit (which we would have been able to correct) but after we kept money from the refund. Location is stated in the description, as well as a photo. We wish this renter well and many future happy vacations.
